Fantastic experience: This place is fantastic. My parents and I have been going to this place for me over 30 years and I have been going since I was a child. A beautiful practice that has been operating for a long time in Parramatta. They have evolved with the times whilst still maintaining an excellent level of friendly and personal service. I have moved to the other side of the city and still drive back for the amazing work they do. Special shout to Dr Farag, Dr Bandodkar and the whole team. They have made the dentist a calm and enjoyable experience even at the hardest of times. I will always come back.

Fantastic experience: I'm an anxious dental patient who consulted with Dr Nik Bandodkhar after transferring from another practice I was not satisfied with. I couldn't ask for more from the experience: Dr Nik was exceptionally kind, competent, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and I left with an excellent result. The practice is clean and efficiently run, and all staff (Kristy in particular) I interacted with were exceptional. I have upmost confidence 6 monthly cleanings and any future dental work will be no issue here.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Care & Expertise – Highly Recommend Dr. Moheb ‘Moey’ Farag After our 6-year-old son fell and hit his front teeth on concrete while playing basketball, we were overwhelmed with worry—there was a lot of blood, a lot of tears, and so many questions. Were his adult teeth damaged? Would his baby teeth need to be removed? Should we take him to the hospital? Thankfully, Dr. Farag provided the expert guidance we needed. He took the time to carefully assess our son’s situation, talked us through the X-ray findings, and explained exactly what to expect. His calm and reassuring approach put our minds at ease, and thanks to his advice, we knew how to manage the situation moving forward. They have instead scheduled us with another available dentist for a weekday appointment at 4:00 pm, one month from now.

Fantastic experience: If the thought of going to the Dentist makes you nervous this is the only place to go. Friendly pleasant staff, nice clean facility and possibly the best Dentist in Sydney! Dr Mo is super friendly, professional and immediately puts you at ease. I recall my first visit years ago, not one but a double wisdom teeth extraction. Heard many horror stories leading up to it and expected the worst. Felt like I was in the chair for only 5 mins when he announced the procedure was over. I insisted on seeing the teeth as I was in disbelief! Did such a good job that I went to work the very same day. Since then I've never considered going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this surgery for 27 years, terrified of anything to do with my teeth from a childhood dentist who traumatised me. I was lucky to have Greg and now Mo, my teeth are never easy and have had difficult crown work, root canal, gum issues, and a broken tooth removed. Not only is the treatment amazing but you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off! I travel a fair distance with my now grown children to attend this dental practice as I don’t want to change dentists. The staff are so welcoming and professional and I appreciate all they do. Dr. Matthew is skillful, patient informative and has all the traits you want your dentist to have. He patiently explained to me my case and what my options were. During my molar extraction, he talked me throughout the procedure. He made it feel like it was a teamwork, never condescending. Vicky is customer service personified. When she said " I will call you back" she did and got me an appointment in just a short notice. She makes me feel like I am always welcome. ... and oh, it was the first time I received a call from a dental clinic after post dental work to see how I was going, courtesy of Dr. Matthew and Vicky. Dental skill + personal touch= Parramatta Dental Surgery Team. I would say, Parramatta Dental Surgery is certainly in my dental procedure and check-ups calendar from now onwards.

Fantastic experience: I am ever so thankful for the genuine people at this surgery who cared about my dental needs during these difficult times with COVID-19 restrictions. Dr M monitored my mobile messages and replied prompty and even very late at night we where messaging the issues, he was willing to assist anytime I needed help. Well my tooth didn't settle down and he opened the practice to treat my very painful tooth which was a blessing to me as I couldn't even drink water. It was cute to see Moh trying to do the admin tasks, x-rays etc on his own and I must say he handle it all very well but I am sure he was missing the team. Thank you for your compassion and service in these challenging times. Appreciate it very much.
