Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Steve and Dr Lee they are incredible, I've always had a fear of the dentist but not any more after 60yrs I finally found the perfect Dentist. Between 2 Brilliant dentists the staff are amazing just can't do enough for you and always have a smile waiting when you walk through the door. They have done more than fix my teeth, they gave me my confidence back and you just can't buy that genuine care.

I cannot recommend higher, he is always informative and descriptive and develops a rapport with the children before hand to ease their nerves. He is fantastic. I always appreciate the front staff/assistants who go above and beyond to help find the perfect time and move things around to suit our needs. They are always so friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and recommend them wherever I go.

The treatment plans from both Drs are clear and practical. I trust their expertise and I like the way they approaching the issues by provide me with options for treatments. Fantastic experience: Cant rate this practice high enough I went there with the biggest fear of the dentist. I had to have two teeth removed and I never felt any pain when ot was done and even the next day very minimal pain . Thank you guys I will definitely be back to get more work done now I'm over my fear .

Thoroughly done and professional, I had some concerns with my gum health and he put my concerns at ease and showed me some ways to improve my oral hygiene. They called today to see how I was and answered a few questions I forgot to ask on the day of my treatment. Negative experience: Looking for a new dentist, so thought I'd try this clinic because of the good reviews. On calling to make an appointment, I was told I had to pay $100 then and there!!! WTH Never been asked to pay before I even get there before.

Fantastic experience: Angela, Eddy and Steve are very friendly and excellent at what they do. We take our 2 and 4 year olds there and, as strange as this sounds, they LOVE it. Steve makes balloons out of the disposable gloves and it never disappoints. Highly recommend the team here.

Fantastic experience: Parm, was so helpful from the first call I made to ask about treatment plans. (Multiple extractions and denture) From the first visit, I felt completely looked after by the team. Dr Eddie has most definitely gone above and beyond to make sure iv been happy every step of the process and happy with the end result. Iv always had a fear of the dentist, but Dr Eddie and his beautiful team have certainly helped me to feel more at ease while in the surgery.

After having a bad experience at a different dentist in the area, it was recommended that I try Boronia Heights Family Dental. I have been a number of times and have felt comfortable with their advice and happy with the work they have provided and the follow up care is second to none.

Positive experience: I always enjoy the smiles when greeted at the practice. The dentist is open to questions and explains what he is doing throughout the process. His dental assistant works with a great flow supporting the dentist and myself with what seems like ease. On a things to improve would be timing. I have visited a couple of times and always have to wait. Besides that enjoyed the experience. Who even says that about the dentist right?!!

Positive experience: after deep consideration ill share my experience. So I called a few days prior to get booked in for a deep clean, x-ray and consultation. I asked over the phone how much it was going to cost and the receptionist couldn't give me the price(said she didn't know). I booked the appointment and asked them to send me the quote and remind me that I have an appointment on the day. she said she would do it. When the day came in the last hour I called them to double check the time I had booked with them. (No reminder given to me neither the quote given). I showed up to the appointment and met the receptionist there. I must admit they are very friendly. dentist was friendly. nice guy. proceeded with a deep clean. in the session it was quite painful. the numbing worked and their service was done. Right after the session I had to take an x-ray. dentist gave a thorough summary of my results. then gave me prescriptions. it had been around 10 minutes since the session to now and I start feeling so much pain in my gums. getting uncomfortable without having taking medication yet the receptionist recommended I come back in 6 months. throughout this pain she's trying to book me in for another session. that was not on my mind to book in another session. it was getting really sore and I had to drive home, I had to get medication too cause pain was 8/10 by this time. She then hits me with the bill. $530? she already knew the price and wouldn't tell me on the phone. I was very unhappy with that. if I had known the price earlier I wouldn't had gone. I just wanted to leave so I paid it and headed next door to the pharmacy to get my prescriptions when I showed it to the lady she told me they had none in stock and to stop requesting this medication. I then had to wait an extra 10 minutes while the pain was getting worse while they sorted out another prescription for me. it was a very unpleasant experience for me. Pros- friendly and genuine staff Cons- If you're trying to reschedule your customers for another session, do it before the session, make sure you send reminders to customers cause I never received one. And how hard was it to tell me the quote? comparing to other local dental centres the price was overpriced.
