Fantastic experience: Dr Hau and his team have been extremely helpful and patient in helping me sort out several issues with my teeth. They have helped me organize visits to other dental specialists, have done multiple fillings on different teeth, and have done 10 veneers on my top teeth. I have to mention that all of it was pain-free which is an important issue for me as my teeth are extremely sensitive. It took me a few days to get used to my new veneers, and now it feels like I’ve had them forever. I am very happy with how they look: I went for a natural color that wouldn’t be extremely different from my bottom teeth, and that would look like real teeth, and honestly the veneers look amazing! Fantastic experience: I had previously engaged another dentist regarding veneer work and was quoted over double the costs involved (not saying the other dentistry is bad) however I felt the costs involved was extremely expensive. I visited with smileon and the process was smooth, minimum prep work was required which didn't leave me teeth looking like they've been in a vampire movie. The entire process was excellent and professional throughout. The staff including the Dr Hau made sure to keep informed during the entire process and accommodated my requests. I received excellent advice from SmileOn. The new smile I have has already received lots of positive comments I feel a lot more confident in my smile best of all the work done was half the price of the other dentistry and the quality of perfection SmileOn had performed was beyond expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone to visit SmileOn. Honestly can't go wrong. I had 20 veneers done, the other dentistry wanted over double just for 10!! Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Hau and his team at smile on Perth enough! I was extremely emotional when I met with Dr Hau, as i had veneers previously fitted by the last owners and just had ongoing issues with them that hadn’t yet been resolved. After having my concerns validated (by a different dentist practice) after months of issues; the previous owners removed a few veneers that I was told were not fitted correctly. After being removed, I was later informed that the previous owners had sold the business before they had a chance to fit the new veneers. Dr Hau and his lovely wife made me a top priority, and got me in ASAP, creating time in their personal schedule to ensure i was seen promptly. Unfortunately, we found that the new veneers that had been ordered weren’t suitable either. Dr Hau spent a lot of time ensuring to capture correct images for the new order, he then made and beautifully placed composite veneers, which felt amazing in contrast to what had previously been fitted. I was very happy and felt assured i was in good hands for when the new veneers would come. Even though it was the previous owners that i had paid for the service, Dr Hau didn’t charge me for his time and service and he treated me with an exceptionally high level of customer service and seen me multiple times. They spent so much time with me ensuring I was comfortable and ok throughout the process, they were very friendly, compassionate, professional, and kind. I highly recommend seeing Dr Hau if you’re considering getting veneers they are such kind, beautiful and approachable people. Thankyou all so much once again, I truely appreciate all of your time and efforts made to ensure I felt like a valued customer!

Fantastic experience: I attended my veneers consultation yesterday really apprehensive as I am not good with dentistry and have always hated my teethe to the point I do not smile in photos with them etc.. the consult was quick, to the point and pain free. Meeting Lara was definitely the highlight of my visit. I attended with my 10 month old baby, who EVERYONE treated so kindly and happily looked after during my consult, and I ended up explaining to Lara that I am a newly single first time mum who is just wanting to feel good about myself again. She not only gave me advice and information but made me feel so at ease and cared for. I really felt as though she cared about me and wanted me to have that boost of self confidence as well. I almost left in tears just from how looked after I felt. My fitting app is booked in for April and I cant wait. When I looked at their Instagram, I could not really see many Asians have their veneers fitted, and I was worried how the outcome would be as an Asian myself. HOWEVER, it turns out AMAZING. :) It has been a great experience from my first appointment to the end. All staff members are friendly and welcoming. It only took two appointments to have the veneers fitted which is great for people who works full time and live a bit far. The veneers fit very well, and they do look natural!! It does take about three or four days to get used to them. Now I finally can smile with my lips open, and thank you to Sean, Lara, and all SmileOn staff to make the SMILE possible.
