Fantastic experience: They have a friendly receptionist that welcomes you that's the first. The Dentists are very gentle especially with my kids and they do it carefully. What I like most is that the dentist always ask if you're OK or it hurts. They don't keep doing for the sake of finishing you off on the chair.

Negative experience: When I approched them with an infected wisdom tooth they partially removed and ask me to come back next day to meet a senior doctor to complete the procedure along with the extraction of other infected wisdom tooth. I was in immense pain all the night and next day when I was about to go to my appointment, last minute they call me and cancelling the appointment stating the doctor didnt have much time to do the procedure. And given a referral for the partially removed tooth with a dental surgeon. Then whats the point of giving these appointment to someone who is suffering in real pain and agony Awaiting your reply as I send on the same day as per your reply in google review

Negative experience: Been here twice now to fix some problems I had with my teeth and also needed a clean. on my first visit they tried to charge me extra for a X-ray I didn’t do as well as a clean, and they also told me that they wouldn’t be able to do a clean that day due to them being behind. I was a little annoyed but just came back the next week. And then they just kept trying to add a bunch of random things that needed to be done without actually doing anything. As an extra from my experience the two different dentists I had they were very rough with me and went home in a lot of pain both times.

Negative experience: The 'treatment' received here sent my dad into literal shock. Ambulance, emergency, and a very traumatic experience for him and his adult family. Seemed the dentist was most interested in the money, not the patient

Negative experience: I attended this Clinic and left angry, disgusted and horrified that in this day and age a Dentist could be so cruel and unprofessional. Dr Greena had no " bedside manner " gave 2 injections for an extraction and violently went about rocking my whole head sideways to extract the tooth. I was very clear that this was very painful but was told time and time again that it was pressure. 35 minutes later this was finally over and the look on the Receptionists face.said it all. This was so traumatic that my Family called an Ambulance 1 1/2 hours later as I went into shock and didn't settle for about another hour. I am 68 years old and dealt with various physical injuries and some terrible dentists along the way but this, now tops the list.

Negative experience: All I can say is Do Not go to this dental clinic. My son went there they would not remove his molar split tooth, charged $140 for xray, examined tooth.. gave him a referral to specialist. Very upsetting.

Fantastic experience: If you’re scared of the dentist then go here, they’re the most down to earth, friendly and gentle group I’ve been to. Everyone from the receptionist, dental assistant and the dentist were phenomenal. Am beyond happy with my results and how they took care of me Dr. Mandeep and her dental assistant were just as knowledgeable as they were lovely. I’m not a dentist obviously but they put everything into terms that I understood what was going on during the session, the best course of action and how to take care of my teeth better without being condescending. Will be booking all my future treatments with her, she was fantastic and I can’t tell you how appreciative I was for everything she and her assistant did. I’m always pretty good at the dentist but even without anaesthetic or gas I was nearly falling asleep and actively had to keep my mouth open. 11/10, thank you all for having me and keeping my teeth looking and feeling great!

Negative experience: this place is awful. Dr Irfan Malik filled my teeth last month, but suffering pain since then and have to take painkiller every time I eat something. he doesn't want to take responsibly to fix the problem. I am not sure how the system keeps him as a dentist.

Negative experience: Had work done and 4 days later had the same problem...$250 down the drain. Manager couldn't care less about a refund. Then they tried to scam another $200 for a consultation. Amateur dentists. Avoid at all costs.

Negative experience: My partner went to this dentist yesterday, he had so much pain in his gums and the only thing dentist done referral for oral specialist!! How can he wait to see specialist without any pain killers or medication for his infection and they charged 70$ just for the referral!!! He could of go to his GP and pay less than that for the referral, the dentist didnt help at alllll for his pain and his infection

Negative experience: I have been going for a few years and have had major work done and been pleased. However, I am still extremely disappointed with my last experience, last year. I made it to the 2nd session of root canal treatment and $700 later - out of my own pocket, the dentist gave me a temporary filling and referred me to a specialist because he couldn't clear one of the roots. Tooth shattered before the appointment and then I had to go back and I had to pay to then get the tooth removed ..Now I have no tooth there...

Fantastic experience: Happy that I'm seeing the same dentist over the last couple of years and I feel she's remembered my situation so each visit as been an added learning experience conversation rather than being advised the same thing over and over again if i i was seeing a new dentist each time. The cleaning services I've got has been excellent and thorough without being abrasive or painful even without any sedatives or anesthetic. The advise i've got is also practice and applicable. Thankfully I don't have any major issues and my health insurance pays 100% of the clean so I'm really happy with them and will continue to trust them with my dental hygiene.

Positive experience: Been coming to this clinic for quite a few times and it's generally good. The staff are all pretty friendly. Had a general check-up today with Dr. Irfan Malik. I made a mistake at the end by spitting out some liquid in the sink (which I wasn't supposed to but he didn't explain it to me beforehand). This guy just yelled at me and went on about it even I repeatedly apologized. It was a really bad experience for me and this is also unprofessional of him as a dentist. Please improve.

Negative experience: Went in to get a tooth pulled, they tried and couldn’t do it only irritating my mouth and making the pain worse, shouldn’t of even tried but they did anyway 3 days later my mouth is swollen and infected, in a lot of pain, please avoid this place at all costs

Negative experience: Had the filling and after 7 months it fell in to pieces. Come back for them, doctor said nothing she can do rather I pay more than $200 for refill. Very expensive service. I won’t come back to any Pacific Smiles branch anymore.

Fantastic experience: Visited this place 1st time. Absolutely brilliant. From making the booking , to walking out . A follow up call to remind me if I was attending the appointment, a sms alert to reply, the staff at the counter upon attending the day of my appointment and last but not least the great dentist, Stephany. Thank you for being so gentle understanding and thorough. Explaining , helping, taking x-rays and showing them, and my goodies bag. :) I will be back in 6mths. Now to get hubby there. Negative experience: Overpriced and not as thorough as my old dentist. I'm going back to 32 pearls in Craigieburn. They are fantastic!
Negative experience: Not a good experience with Dr Irfan Malik. Due to my insurance preferred clinic, I booked my first appointment with him for normal check-up which normally cost $99. During check-up process, he performed extra things and I ended up paying $377. He should have explained the cost prior to treating extra things which would be helpful to patient like me who has no experience of dentist process/cost. Luckily, I had balance with my insurance, so I didn’t pay from my pocket. As I used most of balance in my first appointment, I ended up paying higher out of pocket in my following appointment today with him. 09/01: I'm yet to receive a call from your staff.

Negative experience: The receptionist is so rude .... no manners to talk
Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Maggie at Pacific smiles couple of days ago and we are extremely happy with her friendly and professional care. Highly recommend to my family and friends :)
Positive experience: Very nice friendly, specially dentist maggi thanapala very friendly experianced dentist. And dental nurses always there to help you . Little expensive but treatment is good.
Negative experience: Terrible experience. Had my daughter in and out in 20mins failed to see how they did all the treatments they charged for in that time frame! $253 for full oral exam,clean, fluoride treatment and x-rays. All in 20mins because they were in a hurry to go home, and then had to pay up front because they claimed that my AHM card wasn’t working and couldn’t do it manually either- no issue any where else mind you. I will be returning to my old dentist 1/2 price and twice the treatment! It’s like a bulk bill clinic profits 1st patient last!
