Fantastic experience: It was such a great visit. It was first time in Australia I went for Dental appointment. Though I don’t like dentist, he was super nice and calm. He gave me all the information I need for dental care . It was so good . Loved it. I forgot the doctor name but he’s really good as well as all the staff working there.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the Campsie Family Dental clinic for three months now. I was initially introduced to this clinic by my colleague when my previous long-term dentist retired unexpectedly during COVID, leaving me with an unfinished root canal. Before that, I didn't know what to do and let the root canal flare up for three years until the infection was out of control! Luckily, when I visited the clinic for the first time, everyone was so helpful and tried to find an urgent appointment for me as soon as they could. Thanks to the nice staff and doctors, I was able to get an urgent surgical appointment with Dr. Song immediately. I was very worried because of the level of infection and the traumatic nature of the removal, but the whole operation performed by Dr. Song was smooth and painless! I later had multiple appointments with Dr. Tsang, who has also been awesome and dealt with my crown and other treatments. I am very happy I got introduced to my new dentists in Campsie. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I called the dentist for an emergency appointment at 9 am on a Sunday morning, and my husband was seen very quickly. The service was amazing, and the dentist was very gentle. My husband experienced pain-free treatment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I always had respect for korean people because of their can do attitude, but after today's experience my respect for them has sky rocketed. First of all I would like to thank the Dr. James Song and the sincere Hygienist(who did an amazing job assisting), for taking out my 2 wisdom teeth, from the x-ray till the very end no pain at all, slight discomfort from the numbing injection, roughly took 12-17 mins to take out the 2teeths very professional and always smily face from the professionals made me feel comfortable and trustable. I highly recommend anyone who is having tooth problems to please come visit this place, especially if you are in pain. Thanks again guys. Xxx

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist! Dr Hannah Chong is friendly and listens to you. I've never had a dentist be so gentle and willing to pause if I need a break. She also took the time to explain each step and check if I had any questions throughout the appointment. I went to different dentist and they all said one of my wisdom tooth is tricky and close to nerve and they all referred to me the specialist and had to get it done in the hospital under general anesthesia. When I came to see Dr Song, he said he can do it and got it pulled out yesterday. He got it done efficiently within 30mins and I recovered very well without any numbness in my mouth. I really appreciate it. It saved me a at last 2 grams! Also, he got my root canal done, it was perfect. He’s got excellent skills and very professional! Highly recommend him

The nurse even gave me a stress ball to hold during the procedure for me to reduce my dental phobia. Dr. Philip Tsang is a very nice, passion and heartwarming dentist. Speaks nicely and made me felt calmed throughout the whole experience. He even numb my gum before injecting anaesthesia! The receptionist was very nice as well! I overcome my dental phobia finally! Will definitely come back for my dental check up routine in future! Reasonable price too!!!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental clinic! Dr Hannah Chong was so lovely and caring! My usual dentist does not do wisdom teeth removal so I had to look for another dentist and decided to go here as the reviews seem excellent. My top wisdom tooth was giving me trouble so I knew it was time for it to be removed... I was very nervous at first (like most people are when it comes to a dental procedure), but after talking to Hannah, I felt like I could trust her. She explained every step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The only uncomfortable (but bearable) part was the injection of the anaesthetic but that's expected (tbh, it wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be). The procedure was over quickly, and most importantly, pain free. Their pricing was affordable and the clinic was nice and clean with fancy equipment. She also gave me a little goodie bag to go home with. Thanks so much! I'll be back :)

Fantastic experience: 치과를 엄청 싫어하고 무서워해서 사랑니때문에 죽겠어도 안가고 버티다가 붓고 난리가나서 찾아가서 발치했습니다. 이번에는 왼쪽이였고 오른쪽 한국에서 발치했을때 발치후에 너무 고생한 기억이 있어서 이번에도 걱정 한가득 안고 방문했는데 아니 왠걸 사랑니는 고사하고 마취주사도 이렇게 안아픈 치과는 처음봤네요. 발치하고 난 뒤도 통증도 많이없고 붓기는 거의 없었어요 선생님들이 엄청 친절하시고 유머러스 한데다가 설명도 너무 자세하게 해주셔서 걱정되는 마음도 안생기고 시설도 너무 깨끗하고 리셉션도 너무 친절하고 깔끔하고요 여러모로 치과에대한 이미지와 생각이 송두리째 바뀌었습니다. 제 인생치과를 찾은거같아요 . 감사합니다.
