Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Smile Connections with Dr Wei. The dental clinic is spacious and modern, and I was warmly greeted by all the staff upon arrival. Checkup and clean was painless - my teeth were cleaned with a gadget called "airflow" and I left with much brighter teeth. They've got the latest technology and great customer service to complement it. Highly recommended!

Every time i have an appointment, i am always greeted by the great and friendly staff, their work is always fantastic and they never disappoint. There is honestly no other place i would rather go to and they are simply the best.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here. Wei shows experience, and uses modern technology with a week equipped practice. I had a broken tooth cleaned and repaired with a crown 3d printed and in place by lunch. I do wholly recommend him. I work in health and have high expectations for people who work in health and for the expertise and care I experience. I’m booking my next appointment with him now.

Smile Connections reassessed my xrays and said that I only needed one tiny filling and to preserve my teeth as is. Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming to Smile Connections in Ivanhoe. I came for a clean and booked in through Karin. Once settled into the chair, I was greeted by Stylianos and the nurse, Evie, who were both so polite and kind. They talked me through the process of my teeth cleaning—what was involved and how it was done—to ensure that I was comfortable, which was also achieved through Evie, as she was super easy to talk to, reassuring, and kind. I highly recommend the two and will return.

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a new home for the care of your teeth, from start to finish, this clinic is exceptional. The the clinic is warm and inviting, easy to reach location, the receptionist was so patient and lovely, and the staff both dentistry and assisting were polite, funny, and so informative. The cost makes care so accessible and affordable, but the quality of said care far surpasses what you pay. I now have a plan in set, had multiple checks and baselines adjusted and feel so much more confident in my own routine and future of my teeth. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service- each step explained, including photos of what the dentist (Wei) was seeing and why the next step was needed. Great patient communication and empathy skills (and I'm a doctor overseeing training of specialists- I know good when I see it). Amazing technology- scanners, on-site crown production, much more. I came in for a 2 hour crown but it became apparent 2 were needed and they just went on and did them- 4 hours, 2 crowns and an extremely satisfied patient!

Fantastic experience: I commenced my aligner journey just under 3 months ago with Dr Wei Jiang. His team have been excellent and very attentive with my needs. I have been very satisfied so far with their service and regular reviews of my progress. Can’t wait to see the final result!

He was so amazing during a dental emergency over a long weekend and followed up with extra care that I needed ( even while he was at the football) ! I believe Dr Marcus Ford (the practice principal and team leader),and Dr Cynthia Chu each have over 30 years experience. Recently I benefited greatly from the new "Same Day Crown Capability" which included the new advanced Chairside Mill and Intraoral Scanner.These have refined the quality and speed of the crown-making and fixing process, saving me time in the chair and additional appointments waiting for delivery of an externally made crown. All my dental care at the clinic has commenced with attentive listening to my concerns and needs, then broad-based discussion leading to the best treatment options. I first attended in June 2020 and have received the best treatment I could wish for with remediating some of my existing dental work and also doing some cosmetic work, the results of which I love. Fantastic experience: Had to have my dislodged crown (from another dental surgery many many years ago somewhere else) re attached, thankfully a new crown was not necessary as the dislodged one was still good. Dr. Cynthia Chu attended to this task with high friendly professionalism and reattached the crown successfully and with great care. The Smile Connections team of receptionist Karin and the dental nurse Rose make Smile Connections a pleasant one to go to. Appropriate Covid19 precautionary practice also well done!
