Fantastic experience: Liza and the team at Mt Eliza Dental Centre are truly amazing! Friendly, helpful, caring, thorough, professional and always giving options for treatment. The rooms have great decor. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and hope Liza never retires!

Fantastic experience: Even though we don’t live in the area, we make the 40min trip here for our daughter’s dental treatment because the service is fantastic. Ray is thorough, informative and communicates the situation and options clearly. The process of getting braces and the regular checkups has been super smooth and relatively painless for our daughter and I highly recommend Ray. And the waiting room is lovely and makes the waiting experience so much more enjoyable too!

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr D’Souza for the first time today seeking an opinion on my teeth. A couple of weeks ago, another dentist in Mornington advised me that my teeth were in a state of disrepair and required $24k worth of work. I chose not to mention this to Dr D’Souza, as I wanted an independent assessment. After examining my teeth, Dr D’Souza advised that they are in reasonable shape and require no immediate treatment. On his recommendation, I simply booked a routine clean for six months’ time. Dr D’Souza impressed me as someone who puts the interests of his patients first. He was communicative, thorough, and engaging. The reception team also reflected this same professionalism and warmth. On that basis, I have no hesitation in saying—I’ll be a patient for life.

Fantastic experience: Considering I've probably been one of the worst patients they have ever had, I really cannot rate them highly enough.. I went to them seeking help to fix my teeth, we opted for Invisalign. The process was really smooth. However due to my own doing, i had to have them on for a lot longer than suggested. Lisa was lovely and so were here dental nurses. They are all very much down to earth and easy to talk too. Fantastic experience: I am terrified of going to the dentist. Went to Dr Raymond for the first time and was told I needed a root canal. I couldn’t face this so opted for tooth extraction. Worked myself up for a week. From the greeting at reception to Ellie the nurse and Dr Raymond I couldn’t have been in more capable caring hands. Thankyou for your patience and care.

Fantastic experience: Mt Eliza Dental Centre feels like a boutique dental practice & I felt immediately relaxed when I walked in. The dentist I saw spent a long time explaining my treatment plan to me & provided all the associated costs. The team of nurses & administrative staff were friendly & caring. I am just so happy I have found a lovely practice & can build a relationship with the same dentist every time I attend. I love the lemongrass candles burning & the beautiful hand wash products in the bathrooms. They also have an array of lovely up to date magazines.

Fantastic experience: Over several years I have had a range of procedures done by Dr Wright, including an implant, several inlays, veneers and also a root filling. Excellent treatment at all times, including being seen on time, very courteous and professional staff and quality of dental work second to none - recently confirmed the quality of work during an extended stay in Europe, where the quality of work done on my teeth was rated as very superior. Not having very good teeth, I have been in and out of dentists since I was a teen. This is the first dentist I am not afraid to go to. Even his injections are done with so much care that you literally can't feel them. As always, you get what you pay for, if you're looking for the best dentist around, this is the place to come.

Negative experience: Thanks Kate for reminding me of who Dr Wright was. I had an encounter with him years ago and still remember him being so rude and cold re my discomfort and having to inject another anaesthetic because I could still feel pain while he was trying to extract my wisdom tooth. Even snapping at me to stop talking and causing huge added anxiety to my already existing panic attacks. I made an appt today with the clinic for a dental implant before reading your review. I knew I had been to the clinic many years ago and had a bad experience but being the closest to me doing implants I thought I'd have the appt and see how we go, not remembering the name of the awful person that I'd dealt with about 10 years ago. When I saw your review the name stood out and I cancelled my appt immediately. I'd rather travel to Burwood from Rosebud than see that man again. So thank you, you saved me a trip!

Negative experience: Awful, awful, awful experience! Dr Wright lacked any compassion for my anxiety at having a tooth extracted and his no nonsense approach seemed more suited to the military than a family dental practice. Also a 30 minute tooth extraction cost $385, which seems very expensive. Be afraid!!
