Lovely receptionist serving with a smile and made me feel welcome, the dental tech and his assistant were so welcoming and ran through every aspect of my tooth situation possible. I had 2 teeth removed today and leaving in less pain than I walked in with and will be back in 2 weeks for a check up which doesn’t have me nervous or hesitant one bit. And then there’s Nikita—his hilarious, chatty sidekick who keeps the vibes light and the professionalism high. You’ll come in for a cleaning and leave feeling like you just caught up with an old friend. The dentist acted quickly and got the broken fragment out gently. Then after it was all over the dentist made my children with balloon animals. Staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The dentists are very professional and patient with little kids, so my children enjoy coming in for regular check-ups. The dentist was very friendly and professional, showed me what was going on with my tooth using photos and xrays and started a root canal, I barely felt the injection. Negative experience: I booked an appointment for six children at this dental office, expecting a seamless experience with two dentists. Instead, we were subjected to a chaotic visit with only one dentist available for all six kids. The lengthy wait was unacceptable, and two of my children even fell ill from the terrible aftertaste left by their treatment. We have been seeing this dentist for six years, and his service has consistently gotten worse until this breaking point. We felt compelled to stay due to previous X-rays and dental history reports. However, we’ve come to realise that his high prices are misleading. His reports and history are poorly maintained, resulting in us needing more X-rays and unnecessary visits. It has become clear that it’s better to seek care elsewhere. It was infuriating to watch other patients being seen by the second dentist while we endured subpar care for hours. This practice clearly prioritizes profits over good patient care, as the quality of service was far below what one should expect for the high prices they charge. Additionally, the secretary was deceitful, assuring us that two dentists had been booked after the initial appointment and confirming this the day before our visit. This lack of transparency only added to our disappointment. We also suspect that the high ratings on Google are misleading, especially given the poor reviews from 2018. His service has only declined since then, leading us to believe he may be buying positive reviews and flagging negative ones to inflate his reputation. To make matters worse, the owner responded to my concerns with intimidation tactics, threatening my wife with legal action for defamation. As a couple well-versed in the law, we were not intimidated by these efforts. If he truly wants to take us to court, he can have his lawyer get in touch, as he claimed to have already consulted with one. I strongly urge anyone considering this dental office to think twice. You deserve a place that respects you and provides the quality care you and your family need.

Negative experience: Messed up my partners filling missed a cavity on my Xray and resulted needing urgent filling. Messed up the split and was causing the teeth to have more pressure instead of releasing the pressure. Had multiple issues and went to another dentist and that’s what uncovered all the issues that this dentist practices caused spent hundreds of dollars having to fix all the issues the dentist from this practice caused. My mother if law also had the same experience from this practice. I do NOT recommend and have also reported to AHPRA.

Fantastic experience: Do you experience anxiety knowing you need to go to the dentist.....well....buckle up buttercup.....no more anxiety if you book at this dental practice. I highly recommend their dentists especially Dr Mei. I had a filling fall out and needed extensive repairs, it was a funnily enough a pleasant experience.....I know right ....who would've thought it ! Pain is gone, no pain throughout the procedure and have booked next appointment. Go on do yourself a favour and pop in for a check up and clean just for starters.

Fantastic experience: I always walk way from Yarrabilba Dental with clean teeth and a smile on my face. The staff are friendly, the pricing is fair, they and comforting during the appointment and walk you through every step. There’s no need to be nervous for your appointment. I’ve had such bad experiences at other dental practices and I’m so happy I found Yarrabilba Dental. They don’t overcharge you, they accept health insurances, they explain all expenses to you current or future and there is no judgement about the current state of your teeth, gums or dental history. They also won’t make you have procedures you don’t consent to, which other dental practices have forced me into. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental experience ! I was in absolute agony due to my upper left wisdom tooth breaking and I contacted Yarrabilba dental and they were able to get me in within 30 mins. The dentist was very informative and very friendly. After all numbing was completed, he was able to look at the xray and judge what part of my tooth was strong enough for him to use as an anchor to push/pull my wisdom tooth out and he did so without drilling, cutting etc and was able to push it out using whatever techniques and the tooth came out completely intact after 20-30 seconds which is amazing considering how badly broken and decayed it was. Was given extra gauze and aftercare sheet to look after the area. Day after, no pain or discomfort at all and the receptionist also contacted me the next day to see how I was going. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be coming back for all other dental needs.
