Fantastic experience: Courteous service and staff.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would for Dr Samar Malik. Her lack of compassion and actually listening to her patients is disgraceful. As a medical professional you DO NOT COMPARE PATIENTS SYMPTOMS TO YOUR OTHER PATIENTS! So unprofessional and out of touch. Dr Samar Malik has lost her passion for helping others and should no longer practice as a ‘doctor’. She shows no empathy, she refuses to help me and compares me to her other patients, this is wrong medically and ethically. Every time I see her, I feel she doesn’t want to see me, I feel she isn’t REALLY listening when I talk to her. AGAIN, this is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I have genuine health problems that I’m concerned about and Dr Samar just brushes it aside because she can’t be bothered! My advice, if you have serious health problems DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR.

Negative experience: I went to the medical centre on 02/07/2025 at 3.12pm . All I needed was to see any Dr for antibiotics as I had the flu and chest and sinus infection.I understand we need to book an appointment but surely you’ll be accepted as a walk- in . The receptionist Mirna ( told me we can’t take you in today we are very busy ). Please make sense as I have captured the moments of having to many patients waiting on the seats . All seats vacant . Not a single person at St Luke’s Medical Centre. As a patient walk- in is available. I didn’t even have that option of waiting . You go to your regular Medical centre because other medical centres have capped patients and you are left nowhere to go.Looking at the previous comments from St Luke’s and we will address the issues. Nothing has improved. It’s easy to reply to patients reviews. We need to see the better outcomes. Please take this matter seriously as your patients are keeping St Luke’s operating. No patients No St Luke !

Negative experience: Horrible service by reception staff. Constantly lied to by them regarding Telehealth appointments. The manager of this place has even personally told me my doctor did not call me after the receptionist staff told me the doctor did. The service is not good.

Fantastic experience: I have never looked back since meeting Dr Malik. My daughter was born with many health issues and I was so nervous about choosing the right gp for her. Dr Malik is such a incredible, caring, loving and wise doctor. She takes her time and really cares for each of her patients. She always gives myself and my daughter 100% attention and and makes you feel heard and well looked after.

Negative experience: I came here to take my 3rd dose of Vaccination and arrived at 12:45pm and the lady at reception asked me to wait for the Dr as she already booked before 1pm and told me it will cost $65 as I m international student and then Dr took me into his room at 1:15 and my vaccination finished at 1:30. The lady asked me to pay $85 this time cuz he said after 1pm we charge $85…This was ridiculous as I came before 1pm and on insisting her she didn’t agree she said but now its 1:30pm you have to pay $85.. Very disappointed what they are doing..

Negative experience: Either you take walk in patient and make them wait reasonable time or don't take walk in patient at all if you make them wait hours and hours. Communicate well and let them know how long it gonna take. It seems that you don't care at all. Really disappointed! Customer service lacks welcoming behavior and seems they gave up smiling to customer since ages. Terrible customer service !

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mina and Dr. Malik are both amazing, especially if you have young children. My daughter has become a frequent flyer due to her first year at daycare, and they have both gone above and beyond for her and myself . As a first-time mum, not knowing what to do at times, they are both very reassuring and keep you at ease . Also, they are very calming for my daughter and talk to her to keep her comfortable. I am so happy I found this medical centre .

Negative experience: I'd usually say this place is fantastic but when you call up ahead in significant pain are projectile vomiting and crying profusely of pain in your stomach and projectile vomiting again. We got in and told to wait and wait and wait about 3-4 people went ahead all they did was say drink water did a urine test and a poked really hard for a blood test would have had to wait a few days for test results. Ended up going straight to hospital with a kidney stone and projectile vomiting again on the way to hospital and was told to stop drinking water. On top of that the doctors have no idea when it comes to being overweight and not listening to my concerns or help in anyway they have no idea what Polysistic Ovarian Syndrome is. I do not recommend they have no idea.

Positive experience: Drs are great. Health engine app is a great and allows easy bookings. Egan, whos retired now, and Mina are great drs. I would recommend this surgery. Sue wherever you went come back to st luke please.

Fantastic experience: Ive been attending this practice for a long time. We would not go anywhere else. I usually see Dr Tosson who is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Added to this, he's an excellent doctor who is extremely well networked and thought of amongst the specialist Dr community, so when things go wrong, which happemed to me recently, Dr Tosson had me seeing one of the best specialist in Sydney literally the next day. I have seen other doctors at this practice and have always felt safe and well looked after. I could not recommend the practice highly enough and personally, I am very comfortable to pay a minimal co-payment to see a high quality doctor who knows me and my medical history.

Negative experience: The Receptionist Gabby could not possibly have been more helpful but her senior receptionist the incompetence level of this person is beyond words I booked an appointment for a medical because of my age services NSW JUST SUSPENDED MY LICENSE BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE and needed a Comformation of booking before they would lift the suspension so I could travel back to Sydney to have said medical and she denied it leaving me stranded on the side of the road with no food or drink or means to get home and get this I had a load of PHARMACARE on my truck that’s right URGENT MEDICAL SUPPLIES which will now not make the destination on time! This incompetent person needs to be sacked and as it looks I will lose my job and I will be taking this to the highest authority to make sure she loses her job for holding up people’s medicine who need it and the recorded message says they looking after their patients is of the highest importance NO ITS NOT THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT she has caused myself mental anguish and cost the state thousands of dollars let alone the people who’s medicine didn’t arrive on time PATHETIC EXCUSE OF AN EMPLOYEE I WILL BE DOWN THERE TOMORROW AND WILL DO EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO EXPOSE THIS PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING

Negative experience: Horrible wait times Made an appointment and still have to wait 1.5 hours for my 4 year old Go somewhere else if you can. I recommend Optimal Health in Gregory Hills

Negative experience: My family has attended this centre for 2 years and today it has come to an end. My 7 year old had slipped and landed on the back of his head resulting in a big egg so i took him here as no other doctors were open at the time, i asked the lady at the front desk if he could quickly speak to a doctor just to check him over and was told no as they had stopped seeing walk ins for the day, i explained that he had just fallen over and had an egg on the back of his head and her answer was still no. No advice given, no compassion and not even an ice pack offered we were just turned away! Absolutely disgusted and will not be coming back due to the lack of care !

Negative experience: This was a great practice, up until their billing practices changed where they removed bulk billing for adults without emailing. So not really a family practice anymore, we can take our kids but if we are sick then tough luck I guess.

Negative experience: Have had a terrible experience here over the last 3 weeks finding myself going in after getting shingles and doctor prescribes anti-inflammatory and recommended a heat pack, went back in a day later as thayt didn't help and they throw me another prescription that also didn't work, later in the evening I went to greggory hills medical centre and the doctor said I had shingles before I even walked in the door and was surprised that the previous doctors didn't notice it, he sorted me out with creme. It wasn't until I went to hospital a day later and they were able to figure everythig out and that creme wouldn't work at this point because it was well past the 3rd day of break out which the 1st doctor should have seen now I suffer from nerve damage in my face and after 4 visits to St lukes I've decided they aren't competent enough to look after my health they shouldn't throw out prescriptions the way they do aswell the amount of money I've spend on medication is absurd and none of it even worked.

Negative experience: Very disappointed in new policy taking advantage of working people, called to see doctor if your a walk in they charge a fee unless you have a health care or pension card. And they do not take appointments after 5pm, so just plan out targeting working people and taking advantage because they can. will never go back to this place again.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best medical centre in the Southwest. Very polite, kind, professional and well mannered receptionists and doctors. My 3 year old daughter like Dr Chan, very nice and accomodating to children. He was thorough with his assessments, ordered pathology right away and gave conservative management. My mom is a private patient but not treated differently. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Shenouda for my kids. My son is non verbal and it can be difficult to know what he's feeling as he can't say. The Dr is always very good with him and explains options to me in depth, I don't even bother with a pediatrician for everyday problems because Dr Shenouda has it covered. The receptionist can come across rude but I don't care, I have a good doctor. The nurses are very good too. The physical therapist is the best I've seen and he's helped my parents too. On occasions I've seen other doctors if Shenouda is not available and have never had an issue. They're a good team.

Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Dr Mina or Dr Chen... both are the ultimate professionals and make visiting them so easy. Dr mina is easily the best doctor I have ever met in the campbelltown area and is the most compassionate and understanding person. Dr Chen is just as amazing and understanding.

Negative experience: I've had severe fatigue for a few months and got multiple blood tests to see what was going on, a few of the doctors were very quick to dismiss how I was feeling and blamed it on my mental health. They wouldn't listen to me when I said it wasn't that. I was in the range of 'normal' for a variety of different things we tested for, but was in the low end. So they said I was 'fine. When I couldn't get out of bed after 12 hours of sleep, needed a nap during the day and had to take a lot of time off work because I couldn't use all that energy.  They wouldn't give me a doctor's certificate for work so I wouldn't have to Work overnights while feeling like this. Every time I left that place I was more upset, stressed and frustrated than when I went in.

Wait time can be longer to see him but this medical centre takes bookings that will always generally run on time, I've never waited more than about 15 minutes outside of my booked time. Nice amount of waiting room space, tv.. quiet, clean, air conditioned and friendly reception. Also on site, pathology and nurses who can do your needles etc Always parking available- the most friendly chemist, directly next door

Negative experience: Dr Chan is good. Everyone else is rushing you out the door to bring in their next patient that they are late for. You have to diagnose yourself because they always give basic answers like 'flu', when it isn't that. They will hand out any script just to get you out of there.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this medical practice for many years, I have been very happy with the staff as well as all the Doctors. They advise you on the phone if there aren't any booking you may come in as a walk in but the doctor's will see patients with appointments first so you are aware that there may be a wait. Every time I have been in there Sue has been great with the kids, she has immunizations everyone of my kids and they love all the staff there as they are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this medical practice

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this medical centre for over 18 years and the staff and doctors are very good to their patients. My GP is doctor Egan he tends to my whole family and has always been extremely kind, and professional with the work he does. As soon as you walk through the door the receptionists are all so caring and sweet, one of our favourites is Sue seeing her smiling face will absolutely make your day. When you are in need Sue will alway be there to help you and look after you she is never rude or impolite. People like Sue and Egan are what make medical centres the best that they can possibly be. Thank you for taking care of us.

Negative experience: The worst medical centre ever, the receptionist with the curly long hair was very rude and unprofessional, she even doesn't look at you when she's taking the details. She said I'm the first one in the queue when i get there and she kept calling every one coming after me ignoring me and my two kids when their temperature was over 39 degree crying badly and every time i ask her when my turn is she says i'm next which never happened!! I waited for more than 1.5 hour and then i left without seeing any doctor and she didn't even say sorry for the delay. I don't recommend at all, STAY AWAY !!!

Positive experience: Been coming here 2yrs now. Pretty good practice. Depending on who you get, I’d recommend Dr. Chan for parentslooking to get their kids checked out, he’s awesome. Very attentive and friendly. I would also recommend Dr. Tosson too. The nurse is great too! Very patient and gentle.

Negative experience: I have been going to this Doctors surgery for many years... But after today's experience and the way we were spoken too. . I'm definitely thinking of not going back..... Very bad service

Negative experience: Took my 3 month daughter in with a high temperature, was told to take her home and give her nurofen. It didnt sit well with me so I took her to campbelltown hospital and she was in for 3 weeks with suspected meningitis, turned out to be stage 5 reflux an enlarged kidney treated with 2 years of follow ups, serious antibiotics and testing. 20 year old Sister went in with glandular fever and was told she had hepatitis.. even after explaining that it was impossible he still insisted, went to see another doctor at a different centre who laughed at what was said and told her she was fine. Both times from Tosson the man who supposedly runs the place absolutely ridiculous would definitely not recommend at all especially for Babies or children these are people's lives not a joke.

Although they have a wonderful team of doctors, Dr Mina and Dr Tosson have done an amazing job looking after my family’s medical concerns. My 2 young children adore them both as they have showed them nothing but care and patience. Would like to commend on the head nurse, Sue as well. Sue has always been kind to us and have cared for my children as well. I have all trust in this medical practice and am happy to be able to attend whenever I’m in need.

Fantastic experience: One of the best medical practices around. I particularly like Dr Mina. However I rang last Wednesday for an appointment and was told nothing available until Sunday. This is most unsatisfactory. So do you make an appointment to see a Dr and then go home and get sick?

Negative experience: I have been to this medical centre many times over the years and have found most the doctors great with the exception of one a DR Fadi i think his name is or something like that. I had a consultation with this doctor regarding a proven documented workplace back injury and when i asked for a script of Panadene Forte i was made feel like i was a drug addict looking for a fix up. i rarely go to doctors and dont like taking medications if i can avoid it but this doctor made me feel very uncomfortable and i was in extreme pain seeking help.i live in the area and are proud of it but this doctor looked down his nose at me and made assumptions about my condition without any reason to.i am a family man over 55 years old and dont go to wait in a doctors surgery for 1/2 an hour to get a box of pills for a fix.i was in excruciating pain un able to sleep and was seeking assistance and some releif.So i live in Campbelltown does not mean i am a junkie...i dont know where you live but dont judge people because thats wrong and your supposed to help and do no harm..you failed DR Fadi and i am not alone in my accusations

Positive experience: Have come across two dedicated Drs in my travels & I believe i was very lucky to find Dr Jules Egan who works at St Lukes. I hesitate to laud him as it takes long enough to get in to see him now & i wouldn't want him to be overwhelmed by more people. people

Negative experience: I have been going to this centre for years unfortunately my usual doctor left ,a week ago I saw DR GEORGE TOSSON as my left breast extremely painful and discharging h said go to hospital I did ,the hospital operated draining the left breast and packing the wound on Monday they said they were going to discharge me on Tuesday ,but then suddenly in the Monday afternoon they said I could go home Monday afternoon and not to worry about the community nurse as DOCTOR GEORGE TOOSSON SAID HE COULD DO THE DRESSINGS AT HIS SURGERY .But as I have no one to help me I asked to see community nurse for dressing she came out yesterday and today I went to DR GEORGE TOSSON for more pain relief , a medical certificate ,and to examine my breast and change the dressing ,DR TOSSON REFUSED HE SAID TO ME SORRY WE DONT DRESSSINGS HERE, I ASKED FOR STRONGER PAIN RELEIF HE REFUSED AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN 5 DAYS TIME FOR ANOTHER MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AND PAIN RELEIF THE SAME WHICH ISNT STRONG ENOUGH THESE PEOPLE ARE HEARTLESS SADISTS , I ASKED SUE THE GIRL AT THE DESK FOR PAIN RELEIF HER ANSWER WAS SORRY DARL THATS DOCTORS JOB NOT MINE.DOCTOR TOSSON SAID TO ME WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM I CANT KEEP COMMING BACK BY TAXI S AND COULD HE REFER ME FOR PATIENT TRANSPORT HIS ANSWER WAS NO ,HE SAID GO BACK TO HOSPITAL IF YOU ARE IN PAIN I AM TO BUSY TO HELP YOU OR CAN YOU SEE A DOCTOR CLOSER TO HOME ,AFTER TELLING CAMPBELLTOWN HOSPITAL TO DISCHARGE ME EARLY BECAUSE HE LIED AND TOLD THEM HE COULD DO THE DRESSINGS AT HIS SURGERY BUT WHEN I WENT INTO THE TREATMENT ROOM A YOUNG ASIAN GIRL ABOUT 16 SAID SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO DRESS MY TYPE OF WOUND,I CANT AFFORD TO CALL AN AMBULANCE NOT IN A HEALTH FUND CANT AFFORD THAT SO WHEN I ASKED DR TOSSON FOR A TAXI VOUCHER HE REFUSED SAYOING TO ME GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR SORRY I CANT HELP YOU . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LYING SADISTS

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing all the doctors at this practice for over 15 years and they are all very nice and caring.I have been taking my 2 daughters to this practice since birth and they are the only doctors they are comfortable and happy to see. They especially like seeing the female doctor there Dr Sam Etemad as she has a natural caring way about her that makes my daughters feel comfortable to see her. I trust and respect the doctors and especially Dr Sam Etemad and would recommend this practice to everyone.

Negative experience: The worst medical center I have seen ever ! The receptionists were very rude and unprofessional. The supervisor Sue was the worst ever who was yelling all the time. I don't recommend this medical center to anyone, stay away!!
