Fantastic experience: I need to start by saying I’m usually scared of Dentists. But Dr Jason at Gentle Dental was so respectful of my fear, and put a calming YouTube video on the ceiling of the room to distract me. He was so calm and reassuring throughout the clean and there was no gap with my health insurance. My teeth were surface cleaned to perfection with no pain or discomfort. Cannot rate them high enough.

They are a very caring team who do a magnificent job, treating us with great respect and kindness. The administration staff are very welcoming and are also caring whilst doing a good job. Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough of Gental Dental. For someone who doesn't usually enjoy going to the dentist, I actually found it an enjoyable experience. The dentist and staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, gentle, patient and they explained everything clearly as the procedure went along. I really appreciated that they gave me time for breaks when needed, which made the process so much easier. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the service was exceptional. Even a follow-up call the next day to check in. Pricing was also reasonable for the level of care provided. Fantastic experience: The quality of care at this dental practice is reflected in the name. I see Dr Sharon Loi as my dentist. My most recent appointment was to have a molar tooth extracted. I am not a great fan of dentists, but Sharon was patient and kind and gentle and what could have been a traumatic experience became a positive experience with her attention, skill and professionalism. I have the highest respect for her as a skilled dentist and am so glad to have found this fantastic dental practice.

Negative experience: Worst dentist I have ever attended. Asian dentist gave me three needles. first two okay, third needle placed on top of my tooth and thumped into the nerve. Worst pain I have ever felt. Only giving a one here because there are no lower scores. Not recommended by me.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my recent visit to Gentle Dental Drayton. I had a broken back tooth!!!! The dentist explained my options (crown or filling) and the likelihood of risks of each. I decided filling due to expense. He did a masterful sculpting of a back tooth with the most care and lack of discomfort. Pretty expert work! He also told me of the needed care of it in the next few days until my gum settled down. Yes the tooth had broken off under the gum line!!! . Loved the staff too. The whole practice inspired confidence. I would go back there if I needed dental care in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have never had an easy time at the dentist in my life and have severe anxiety and panic disorder. Dr Jeff and Kergan were amazing. Dr Jeff was soooo quick. He didn't give me any time to think about what was happening and the whole appointment.....numbing, extraction...was less than 30 minutes Keegan is 100% in the right job. He was the one that distracted me and got me through. He gave me a stress ball.....then a teddy to squeeze (a 60 year old cuddling a teddy ) and talked to me the whole time. He will never know how much he did for me and how much of a difference he made. He was phenomenal. They worked do well together and it was so quick...I still cannot believe how quick it all was....and it was what I needed

Fantastic experience: I attended Gentle Dental yesterday, it had been over a year since my last dental appointment. The ladies on the front counter were extremely pleasant and professional. The Dentist and his assistant were friendly and professional with how they went about their work. The price was reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care.

Fantastic experience: Friendly dental team with great urgent service. I'm currently travelling Aus in a caravan so don't have a regular dentist. I felt a filling falling out whilst in Inglewood, QLD, and called around to see who could fit me in last min, knowing I was heading up towards Toowoomba on the weekend. These guys fit me in Sat morning, and were flexible to push my appt back 20min when I was running late. The whole consult took less than 30min, they did an xray and repaired the filling and tooth that had started to chip. No pain. Small gap only payment so I didn't have to claim back from my insurance after the fact. The team work together really well, had the tv on the ceiling as a good distraction to relieve the nerves whilst they worked quickly and professionally. Great follow up on Monday to ensure all was going well. Highly recommend the Gental Dental team.

Fantastic experience: This is honestly the best dentist in Toowoomba. Very lovely team - Dr Jeff, receptionists & dental nurse. I've had a problem tooth for a while and went to two other dentists in Toowoomba who did not assist me in getting to the issue. But Dr Jeff helped me right away and put a plan in to action to find out what the issue is. He was very gentle with the clean I received & I didn't even need to have the area numbed (as my teeth are very sensitive). I was not feeling anxious as I normally do when I go to the dentist. Fantastic experience: I went to gentle dental today at Drayton for the first time. I am seriously phobic of Dentist and needles and have been putting off going for five weeks with a broken tooth. I was that scared. I even took my son for support .The ladies at the counter were absolutely lovely ,kind and very polite and the Dentist I had was amazing. He was very gentle was nice and slow so I didn’t have to panic so much and I would definitely go back again. No questions asked.. Would recommend gentle dental at Drayton for anyone who has a phobia with dentists definitely. Best dentist I have ever been to in my life .

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. I was running late for my appointment and they called me before I had the chance to call them. They were able to book me in later the same day. Their dentists are great, they walk you through the procedure and are very calm and friendly. They are honest with you and only treat what needs to be treated, unless of course you have any other concerns. They don’t try to talk you into unnecessary visits and last but not least they are very affordable :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Pawan was really quick and even tho I am a very nervous patient, his expertise for being in Dentistry for 10 years now gave me comfort that I am in good hands! I was scared that I had to extract my tooth but he assured me my tooth can be saved with a filling and it never had any problems from then on. Fantastic experience: I had a very painful infected wisdom tooth treated at Gentle Dental Drayton. They squeezed me in to diagnose the problem that day and treated it the next day. Dr Sharon talked me through every aspect of the treatment so I knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. I was very happy with the speed and effectiveness of the treatment I needed. And a follow-up call to make sure I was doing ok the next day. All the staff are friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: I saw Jeff at Gentle Dental, Drayton. I have severe back pain and can’t stay immobile for very long. Jeff is amazingly efficient. He fixes issues very swiftly, but beautifully. He also doesn’t do any unnecessary procedures which make the bills excessive. I am incredibly impressed with Jeff’s expertise, his caring, calm nature and his ability to sort dental issues out with ease. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: My 10year old son and myself really enjot seeing Sharon for our dental needs. She is really good with kids, explaining everything as she went and he loved watching funny dog videos on the TV on the ceiling. Great distraction! She also fixed a problem tooth for me that had been seen by 2 other dentists. Such a relief for the pain.

Fantastic experience: Our family all go to Gentle Dental, and when it comes to Dr Pawan, he lives up to the clinics name. He has been great with my kids each visit and this week when I needed work, he was so gentle as he worked on my teeth that I left and have recovered so easily. My Dentist is Dr Jason who has been looking after my needs for the past 3 years now and I must say that for a young man his skill and professionalism is just wonderful. On this particular visit I required amongst other things a New Crown, and to their credit I had it all done & dusted on the same day with a great result and a more than fair price. Fast forward to Tues morning & I received a follow up call bright & early to see if all was well with my recent dental work, and yes, I am very happy with all aspects of the whole experience. Negative experience: If you have Dental Benefit Scheme or Midank Private Health don't be Surprised if this Dentist takes all your money, very high priced and he will take advantage of all those Benefits unfortunately. Plus it's 'Very' Unprofessional to constantly get phone calls pressuring and hounding to push for more Visits, this actually 'Isn't' how Australian Businesses should run but at this Dentist he will be Extremely Persistent and it's not Professional at all!!

I honestly feel so comfortable, at ease and confident to have him as my dental surgeon. The assistant is lovely, the girls at the front desk have so much empathy to ensure your visits are what you need, the after call people always ensure you are doing well and I could not be any more happier with this team.
