Fantastic experience: My previous dentist retired a few years ago and I had been looking to find a new dentist. Have been wanting to try this place out for a while now but have just not had the time until the other day when my tooth started hurting, giving me no choice but to book an appointment before it got worse. The whole experience was positive. Dr Sharleen is very caring and the whole process was faster than I anticipated, pricing is also good in my personal opinion. Will definitely be back. Thank you for fixing my tooth.

Positive experience: Ordered toothpaste two weeks ago. No confirmation email, have tried contacting and gotten no response. Looks like a scam. Finally got an update and arrived. Changing the rating from 1 to 4

Fantastic experience: We have been going to see the Tooth Fairy since our girls were young. Having such great experiences learnt from a young age have allowed for ongoing excitement to go their 6 monthly checkups. We have also recommended many friends who have children with anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist, and Fairy Steph and her team have turned them into converts too.

Negative experience: I have been using Tooth Fairy for quite a few years. But getting an answer by phone is problematic, and finally upset me no end. I phoned several times today. The normal, "You are important..." and after a long wait, get asked to leave a message. I drove there to ask the question. But I first asked why the phones are never answered. Oh boy, met with seriously bad attitude from the receptionist. I decided to ask my question, also answered with a smirk and attitude, and I left. My next appointment is August. But I do not intend to go back. Ever. First line customer interface is a critical success factor. Bad attitude is not helpful. See ya.....

Fantastic experience: Tooth Fairy & Co has been our go to family dentist for years! Fairy Steph has taken care of my 3 little boys and now we get to see the beautiful Fairy Alice who has been SO wonderful with my kids! Everyone is always kind and happy there and they recently started making their own tooth fairy paste which is ABSOLUTELY a game changer for my kids! I have one with ASD and he struggles alot with brushing because of gross minty toothpaste so when Fairy Steph released the AMAZING Melon and Berry and Fairy Floss tooth pastes, my kids now all love brushing time! Thank you so MUCH!! :)

Fantastic experience: I had one of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Aiden Roze and his assistant Max. Dr Aiden provided me with all the information i needed. He was extremely gentle and regularly checked to see how i was doing. 10/10 would recommend for any extractions. I didn't feel a thing ! :)

Negative experience: Totally unprofessional. We had 2 appointments booked in for our twin girls for weeks, one for her first ever dentist visit and we get a call the day before asking if we can move our appointment because there was a 2 hour gap between appointments which we couldn't do and then on the morning of the appointment we get another call saying the tooth fairy has now closed out her afternoon and would we want to see a different dentist. What's the point having appointments available if you're not going to keep them?

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth extraction by Dr Roze and it was the best experience i have had at a dentist in a long time! Naturally getting a wisdom tooth out in a pretty nerve-wracking experience but Dr Roze and the dental assistant talked me through the procedure, made sure I was comfortable and pain free and it was over very quickly with detailed instructions on recovery. Cannot recommend enough!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. That’s why I had put it off for years. The practice is beautifully decorated ….doesn’t smell like a dental surgery. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. Netty and Lachie were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and were very informative the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. I just wish I had found them sooner ……. Fantastic experience: Dr Min at the Tooth Fairy Thornlands was able to do an urgent repair filling on a shattered molar recently, and did an amazing job. I didn't even feel the needle. The dental nurse and reception staff were also very friendly and professional, and I will continue to use the Tooth Fairy Dentists for all my future teeth care and maintenance.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth extraction at Tooth Fairy & Co Thornlands Pty Ltd, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The receptionists showcased incredible gentleness and patience, creating a welcoming environment. Dr. Aiden Roze, the principal dentist, exhibited remarkable responsiveness to our needs. Due to work commitments, he accommodated our request to have the teeth extracted earlier than the originally scheduled time. This flexibility was greatly appreciated. I have a history of TMJ, and I was particularly impressed by how the team worked around this condition. Their approach was both considerate and effective, ensuring a smooth and comfortable procedure using mainly happy gas, numbing agents and bite block. Throughout the extraction of all four wisdom teeth, I felt no pain, a testament to Dr. Roze's skill and precision. Additionally, Esther, the dental hygienist, played a crucial role in the procedure, and her professionalism was evident. Post-procedure, I experienced no side effects.

Fantastic experience: Great efficient experience with soft music and a setting of a Paris cafe to look at during the treatment.

Negative experience: Went to the thornlands clinic on the weekend with my child. Told the fairy no to certain products and they were used on my child anyway. Don't bother going here if you actually want medical issues taken into account or if you have allergies.

Negative experience: Front staff left a rude message telling me to come back to settle bill while I was still there waiting to pay. I wasn’t happy with what the dentist said, so got a second opinion at another practice and I am glad I did. Never went back for more work.

Fantastic experience: Loved my experience with Dr Sharleen, doing some filling work. I did not feel the injection at all !!

Fantastic experience: I actually enjoyed coming to the dentist! Everyone was so friendly, all the staff excelled in their own areas. The clinic is decorated beautifully. I recommend this clinic to everyone. Especially people who are nervous about visiting the dentist.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time and money This place causes so much pain and they don't listen Even recommends things that are not needed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away with this beautiful practice! The reception staff were beautiful, Steph the pirate dentist and the tooth fairy nurse were so caring, gentle and just beautiful with my son. I was shocked to learn he ended up needing 5 little fillings, and they managed to get them all done in one session! Their beautiful themed rooms make it fun for the kids.. they’re really created a fantastic environment! The practice is an hours drive from where we live, but so worth it and they’re now going to be our regular dentist for the little ones!

Fantastic experience: I usually have a big fear of the dentist, however after 2 visits (a consult and the wisdom tooth extraction) with Dr Roze, that fear is gone. He was so caring and understanding, as was the dental assistant. I would highly recommend the team at the Tooth Fairy - in particular Dr Roze.

Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely loves going to see Steph at tooth fairy and co! She gets excited in the lead up to her appointment and gets treated amazing when she’s there! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Can’t fault them at all!

Negative experience: Went to Cleveland Tooth Fairy 3 to 4 times over the last 4 years or so and each time a different dentist so staff turn over must be an issue. 18 months ago I had a filling that just now crumbled in my mouth but they wont come to the party saying that dentist has left. AVOID!!! Forget the fancy chandeliers that you are helping to pay for go to a practising owner operated dentist.

Fantastic experience: Really great customer service, I had some questions regarding insurance and the receptionists were extremely helpful in attending to my queries. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family looking for dental work.

Fantastic experience: Wow, just wow❤️I was in absolute agony with a back molar and nerve pain. The lovely staff found me an Appointment that day. I turned up early, in a very bad way and I was looked after by two wonderful fairies. Patients were shuffled slightly and I was able to be seen by the Amazing Grace, and I didn't feel a thing, and before I knew it, I was pain free. The tooth was already broken, but she got it out intact with no damage or trauma to surrounding tissue. They literally saved my life. I am a very nervous patient, but they handled me with care and kindness. I'm now pain free and going to see Aiden, their implant guru to get missing teeth replaced. I can't fully express my gratitude and my amazement at their quality care and work. I will be back, these amazing people are now my new dentists and I couldn't be happier. Thank you all so much ❤️

Fantastic experience: A very family friendly and thorough dental practice. Great with children and very supportive and rewarding of preventative care. If you’re looking for nice reception staff, good facilities, reasonable prices, an appointment that starts on time and personal service then it’s definitely worth trying the Tooth Fairy. The fairy glen room plus the Children’s dentist (who knows just how to put kids at ease) dressed as the tooth fairy makes a visit to the dentist something that our daughters look forward to. There are dentist looking dentists/rooms at the practice too for those who prefer a little less magic in their oral hygiene check.

Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL LADIES at reception, we gave them some grief, running late (there were four brothers for the dentist to see) and forgot the new client forms. BUT they really kept their cool with us. As for the Dentist ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL LADY and her assistant as well. Could not fault this service

My daughter loves her Fairy Floss toothpaste so much that when we ran out she couldn't wait an extra week for her appointment to get more, I had to stop in to purchase some or no teeth would get brushed!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing!!! I took my 5 year old Bella here just before she started prep this year and she was extremely nervous and scared. Tylen looked after her and made it all look so easy she was blown away with his outfit and was so focused on him she forgot about being scared. He knew just how to handle the situation from start to end! She wants to go back already!!! After seeing this, I decided to book myself in and attended today and saw Jessica. Again I was a little nervous as I can't remember the last time I went to the dentist. She was so gentle and at the end it was not bad at all, very surprised and extremely happy, have just booked my husband for tomorrow!

Fantastic experience: Due to a pre-existing medical condition it was necessary that all of my teeth be removed. I am new to Redland Shire and settled on the Tooth Fairy & Co. after reading the practitioner profiles on line. From the get go I was impressed with all of the staff, from front desk to the practitioners. Dr. Sharleen Chu handled all of the presurgical impressions for dentures, with a great deal of patience and expertise. Then the teeth were surgically extracted by Dr. Eden McHugh. I am 70 years old and have never before met a more skilled surgeon. There were unforeseen complications relating to elevated blood pressure and these were handled with absolute professionalism. I stayed overnight in a motel close to the surgery and received a phone call from Dr. Eden at 8.30 pm to check on my condition. I was given an after-hours private number to ring in case any further concerns arose. They did not. My recovery has been a very smooth process due, to a large extent, to expert advice/treatment/surgical skill. It is a privilege for me to give this practice the highest possible recommendation. As of 6th January, 2021 and due to very rapid healing I have had my dentures relined. Because of the manner in which the mouth healed, it was challenging for Dr. Sharleen Chu to ensure that the impressions for relining were absolute perfect. This part of the procedure is very important because the accuracy of the bite greatly affects comfort levels. Dr. Sharleen paid close attention to detail and the result has been very successful. It is also obvious that the Dental Laboratory Services used by the Tooth Fairy & Co. are second to none. For me the proof is always in the fine detail, and I could not be happier with my outcome.

I have been seeing Dr Min Kang from the Thornlands office and can highly recommend - she is a very open/honest dentist who is obviously passionate about what she does and also comes across very gentle and kind - Important for a good dentist I would say. ;) Thanks guys. Fantastic experience: I was slotted in with Dr. David with a broken tooth and have a severe fear of the dentist. He and Madi were unbelievable! They actually had me laughing! They went above and beyond as a team to help fix my teeth and keep me calm and relaxed. Im so very grateful to them both.

Fantastic experience: Fairy Steph and Fairy Rainbow are just AMAZING as are the DELIGHTFUL receptionist staff at Tooth Fairy and Co. My daughter wouldn't even get into the dentist chair during her first visit to a different (and also very nice provider), but the fairy touch made all the difference. She sat there in wonder, asked lots of questions and was really interested in how to look after her teeth, questioning when we would go back. And it was all covered by our private health (a nice treat for the parents). Thank you for a fantastic, and necessary, service for the anxious little (and big) people out there.

Fantastic experience: Like many of the reviewers below I had a morbid fear of going to the dentist and it had been a looooong time since I had seen one and then I thought I broke a tooth and I called the Ormiston team and I told them of my fear and then they just welcomed me in and took care of me. I saw Dr Lauren first, she had a calming and soothing effect on me straight away, she is a beautiful human being. My problem is a bit tricky so she made an appointment for me to see Dr Eden who along with Kylie made me laugh most of the time I was with them, they should team up all the time! Anyway I now have a plan with Dr Eden and I am actually excited about getting my teeth sorted Kate and Ness at reception are just gorgeous and a true asset to the company. They are professional but down to earth ❤️! The actual surgery is absolutely beautiful, I love love love the Tiffany touch! If you’re scared, don’t be, go and get taken care of by the Tooth Fairy & Co family.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Ingrid and Dr Steph at tooth fairy and co. My 3 year old boy is no longer scared to go to the dentist. The costumes, colourful character rooms and friendly staff have made this practice a happy and safe space. Dr Ingrid has gone above and beyond by seeing my son outside of her normal working hours ensuring he got the correct treatment ASAP. Fantastic experience: i have been going to this dentist for the past 10 years the dentist is my biggest fear and since i first started going when i was 10 they helped me feel relaxed and comfortable with the idea of going to the dentist i saw steph from 10-18 years old and i now see maria she has been my dentist for the past 3 year and she helps so much with my anxiety and fear i love coming here i feel so welcomed and cared for by the team

Fantastic experience: The Tooth Fairy & Co are wonderful. I suffer from a dreadful fear of dentist and have for a very long time. I will put up with pain rather than go to the Dentist. Well today I had no choice but to go to the dentist as I had major damage to my front tooth. I went to reception and spoke with the beautiful Karen who helped me by making an appointment with Min. Karen made me feel at ease and helped me in everyway she could to make me feel comfortable. Min and her assistant were so good with me understood my fear were patient and told me what they were doing and what would best suit me. I was amazed at how painless it was and how beautifully I was looked after. Already I have made another appointment which with me never happens. Truly first rate and worth the five stars. All of the staff that helped me today were wonderful from Reception, to the Manager,the Dentist and her assistant. Thank you all for your help today greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: As a man who loves avoiding dental visits I can’t recommend these guys highly enough! Everyone in the practice was so kind and made me feel like I was in good hands. I saw David and he was absolutely fantastic and so gentle, I didn’t feel a thing :)

Negative experience: I have waited to write this review until I calmed down, but I am still extremely cross. The Tooth Fairy is NOT A DENTIST. We utterly believed she was, and were not informed otherwise, she is a dental technician. She decided to replace a loose filing in one of my daughters front teeth, long story short, both her front teeth will have to be removed under a GA (by an actual dentist) as she is terrified after the trauma in this place. We are left with a massive bill and a phobic child. I regret ever taking my children through her doors and strongly recommend you don't.
