Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned, checked, and filled. I met Dr. Charu Bansel. She worked so well, delicately, and carefully on my teeth that I entrusted her with cosmetic work on my teeth, and she did two cosmetic works and four fillings on my teeth. Whatever I say about her excellent work is not enough, so I recommend the doctor to everyone. I am very grateful to the doctor's assistants who patiently worked for me every time, and I also thank the respectful receptionists.

Negative experience: General dental check up is ok, went smoothly, but be aware if dentist make x ray part of the general dental check up procedure. They won’t even ask if you had x ray done recently or if your previous dentist has taken x ray or if you wanted x ray or not, they just expect you to do it and take x ray photos.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Dr Neha Murudkar! My Julie had a great dental checkup here. Although the checkup took 30 minutes. My daughter was not scared and was very comfortable with the doctor's fun, gentle and understanding of children's psychology. I really appreciate this because this was my daughter's first time going to the dentist. It will leave a great impression on my daughter when she goes to the dentist again. Everything will be more comfortable and without anxiety.

Negative experience: They were wanting to do a root canal. They wanted to charge a huge amount for it. Went to another dentist and they saved the tooth and I haven’t had an issue since.

He was very kind, friendly, expert and did my dental procedure perfectly! I didn’t feel anything during the procedure and I has no issue after that. Negative experience: Absolutely terrible, left in tears. They filled in a chip in my front tooth and initially told me it was going to be the same size as my other one. They gave me a giant front tooth and then were angry and annoyed when I asked them to shave it down. They were trying to gas light me that it was the same size. It was the most uncomfortable experience. On top of that the filling has already fallen off after only two weeks.

My experience with him was amazing and I’m in love with my new smile! He really payed attention to all of my concerns and was able to execute a plan for me to perfection. Positive experience: Got 100% cover for routine dental check up and clean with Qantas Health Insurance basic cover. Standard procedure with xray, cleaning, check for overall health, fluoride treatment for 30 mins etc. Easy to book appointments, clarify any concerns, has friendly and professional staff. Small and cosy clinic. Parking is difficult to find as it's located inside the shopping centre and weekends are especially busy. Overall a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Cannot thank Dr Keana and the dental nurse(I’m so sorry I forgot your name!!) enough for my appointment today. I am an absolute nervous wreck when it comes to dentists, I have a huge fear. As soon as I got into the room, I started to cry! But I quickly stopped due to the care and warmth I felt from both the Dr and nurse. I have had horrible experiences in the past which are the reasons behind my fear but today has completely changed me. I ended up needing to get a lot more work done that I initially went in for so of course I was quite nervous for that! But throughout the whole time Dr Keana would stop every few minutes to check that I was okay, and she also explained every time she was doing something different and just explaining in general what was happening, this totally put my mind at ease. The nurse was also asking me throughout my appt how I was going! And thanks soo much to the nurse for not letting my mouth get flooded with all of the fluid!! I was also given a stress ball at the start of my appt to use throughout the time, that was a great touch!! I seriously cannot recommend these two enough! I’m still in shock that I actually went through with all of the work that needed doing, but wouldn’t have gone through with it had I not had these 2 amazingly talented professionals! I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

Negative experience: I am a regular client of Pacific Smiles dental in Ringwood and have always had great service in the past. At my appointment today, I had a check up and clean and was in and out in under 10 minutes! Not sure how good the quality of service was today. Wont be seeing that dental technician again. Very disappointed and didnt feel I received value for money.

Negative experience: I received a very disappointing customer service experience. After making a few online bookings, I received a phone call from a person named Sandy. She spoke to me in a very judgemental tone, as if I were a 2-year-old, while trying to teach me how to accurately use their systems. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to and was told off twice within just two minutes of the conversation. I have decided to take my business and dental care elsewhere. I would like to remind those responsible for customer care to keep their personal matters at home and to always wear a smile while doing their jobs with pride.

Fantastic experience: Had a clean and check at Ringwood Pacific Smiles recently. Was very impressed at the thoroughness and excellence of both by the dentist Qing. Plus he clearly showed and explained the future work required. Briony's service was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. And thay covered the gap left from the health insurance so that no payment was required. Very excellent service.
Negative experience: The dentist was a 10/10. Friendly and nice. But the receptionist is confused at her job! Went there on the 21st of October and she can’t do basic processing and refunding. We got processed as a full price $297 when the new customer special is $199. Apparently the doctor needs to tell the receptionist about it for it to apply, even though the paper at the very front shows it!!! So when asked for a quick and simple fox of refund and process through again as the special, couldn’t do. We asked to speak to the supervisor/management, couldn’t get a name or number even though she ‘tried’ to call. Honestly, what a joke this place and please get someone who can do the job. Oh and we waited an extra 30-4 minutes after being called to come back to ‘fix’ the issue with no solution.

Fantastic experience: We came to see Dr Ko for my 6 years old son’s supernumerary teeth (extra tooth between upper central incisors). My son’s experienced absolutely fantastic. I was concerned about getting his supernumerary tooth removed as it’s his first tooth extraction. Dr Ko is very helpful and truly cares about my son. He understands my concerns. Dr Ko is so kind, gentle and caring. He explains to me the procedure for my son’s treatment. Dr Ko is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He provides the best treatment advices- I had nothing to worry about, the procedure went flawlessly and was pleasantly surprised to find my son had absolutely no swelling or any pain before and after procedure. Dr Ko made the whole experience so comfortable. Before this I had floated around several dental practices but I’ve definitely found one for life. I am so grateful to Dr Ko and his team for taking such good care of my son. Thank you Pacific Smile Ringwood!

Fantastic experience: Dr Kia has hands down been the best dentist I have ever personally encountered. Negative experience: the work done by Raj was fine. The comments about if i had considered braces, literally out of nowhere were not. I have never had a dentist who brought up the idea of braces unannounced and i hate to think how that could affect someone younger or with less sense of self.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rajath Shivanna took perfect care for me when I had to go through an extraction surgery of my infected tooth. I was nervous at first, and the doctor talked to me with kindness and allowed me to take some time to relax. The surgery procedure was really professional as well. The stitched part healed quickly with no problems.

Fantastic experience: I'm an extremely hesitant dental patient and found all the staff at this clinic so friendly and understanding. Dr Shivanna is very kind and patient and gave me plenty of breaks during the 1.5 hour procedure. He did his best to check on my regularly and ensure I was comfortable and not in pain. I'm heading back next week for round two and know I can trust the dr and staff to take the best care of me.

Negative experience: Not happy! I was there for a check up and dental clean which were always covered by Medibank. However, some reasons it was put under a different claim ID (Apparently I had a deep clean instead of normal cleaning which I was not aware of) I had to out of pocket for the full amount because its not general dental. If i knew it would cost $220, I would never agree with that. Just want to warm others make sure how deep they clean you beforehand.

Negative experience: I had an appointment booked with Dr Julian for 6 March 2021. I didn't receive any text or phone call to inform me the appointment was cancelled. When I called on 6 March 2021, the reception told me the doctor was not in on 6 March 2021. Very bad communication.

My partner had a terrible fear of dentists and put off seeing a dentist for years, Dr Ko took his time and was amazing at putting him at ease and working with him to reduce and stress and pain through all the sessions he needed and he has even agreed to come back for a follow up - fear conquered! Fantastic experience: I have found this to be the best dental practice. I had a not so great experience at a family dental in Mitcham and then tried this one. Dr Vaidya is just awesome and gives correct and genuine advice. The nurses are patient and the practice manager at the reception is caring and helpful. Would recommend to all family abd friends.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience here! I had Dr Goh and she was amazing. She talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. I had to have a bad tooth removed and she didnt make me feel embarrassed about it at all. Her assistant was lovely (I feel bad because I never thanked the assistant so I hope she sees this!!) Negative experience: A very negative experience, told my tooth pain was not related to the tooth that was causing me pain when I ate, frustratingly told nothing was wrong!! Wasted my time and money, having to visit a different dentist the next day (to pay again) to have the filling done. Such a weird experience. I'm positive the dentist had no idea what he was doing and it showed. Poor dental nurse.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service from receptionist. She was very rude and arrogant. I wanted to book an appointment for general dental check up. I did know the out of pocket cost. Very clearly I asked her a simple question that how much of deduction should I expect from my private health fund, and she could not give me an answer rather she badly argued with me that how does it matter what the deduction will be !!!! She just blurted out that do you need the appointment or no. These are the basic requirements for a receptionist to be able to answer these simple questions. She is not competent enough for this job!!! I am a surgeon myself and I wouldn’t hire such incompetent person to represent my practice I would not recommend this practice to any one

Fantastic experience: yesterday i had my scale and clean with Dr Helen Fisher at Pacific Smiles dental clinic in Ringwood I have been going there for 2 years and usually see Dr Lap who left Dr Helen was recommended to me and i was extremely pleased she is gentle compassionate and i felt comfortable with her straight away i would highly recommend her to anyone especially patients like myself who have dentist anxiety i will be certainly seeing her again in 6 month thank you Helen for a great job jacquie Saunders

Negative experience: I went to this dentist for the first time last week and saw Dr Sanjeeva. The dental nurse who assisted her wasn’t very attentive and at one point I felt that I was drowning as there was so much water in my mouth. There was nowhere to spit - I believe this is due to new infection control guidelines - and Dr Sanjeeva told me I could swallow and to breathe through my nose. I don’t want to swallow debris in my mouth from a clean and I certainly think that if your one job is to apply suction so that the patient doesn’t feel as though they are drowning, then that’s what you should do! Overall both Dr Sanjeeva and her nurse seemed as though they were going through the motions and at best, were pretty disinterested. The reception staff are lovely. So 2 stars for them. I won’t be going back though.

Fantastic experience: We met Dr. Raj 3 weeks ago due to our son's urgent teeth issues at Mulgrave. We were amazed of his efficient and professional work on our son, he helped to clean my son's teeth, check up the condition for other baby teeth. Pacific Dental Eastland branch was our third visit and always amaze of their professional and warm environment. When we visit very first time, one of dentist helped to check and fix the issue my wife had and only charged $40 which were covered by Medibank.
