Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but good experiences at Welcome Dental. I had a lot of work done in the last few years (after leaving it for so long). The team always make me welcome and comfortable. Appointments are on time and costs are as prescribed, and well detailed. I have no hesitation in recommending them, i do this here as i find myself when looking at using a business, i do searches on reviews.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend highly enough Welcome Dental. The staff are caring, professional and efficient. Whilst going to the dentist isn’t the greatest activity the team at Welcome Dental makes it as pain free as possible. The service is excellent as is the communication there has been numerous occasions where I have been able to be seen sooner than expected as the team reaches out if an appointment becomes available.

Fantastic experience: Our 5 year old daughter went to Welcome recently, and she not only left with clean teeth but large smile and a mew found love for the teeth doctors, she has been asking when her next visit is.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Urunga welcome Dental yesterday for my 6monthly check and clean . I always have good ,caring and very professional experiences at welcome dental over many years . Sharon and her team are simply amazing. I want to give an extra thank you to Mariah , my dental hygienist yesterday. Mariah did such an awesome job on my teeth. But,, the also important thing was that Mariah had the calming ,caring personality to match her amazing professional skills.Thanks Team welcome Dental Urunga , I can see why your office counter has ALL those awards. Negative experience: I went there to have a tooth removed and she told me it will take a hour because she had to cut the gums and it can't be done today because she had no time to do it and the proceeded to charge me $169 for nothing so i went to the free dentist in coffs harbour 2 days later and they just pulled it out in under 10min no problems. These people are a rip off and just want your money would never go there again. If I could give them no stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from severe tooth ache due to an infected tooth which started on boxing day. My usual dentist was closed and I was lucky enough to get an emergency appointment with Welcome Dental. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This was the nicest dental practice I have been to the reception. Staff were so friendly and the dentist was amazing. I have high anxiety and the dentist and her assistant made me feel able to stay for the consultation and there was no judgement or lecture for the state of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Highly highly highly recommend Welcome Dental Urunga especially for kids! I have a sensitive and sometimes nervous little four year old girl who doesn't do well with loud noises, transitions and overall just struggles with new experiences. We've now been to Welcome Dental with her twice and seen Susie both times. From the moment we walk in the door, the receptionists treat my daughter like a little celebrity, saying hello and chatting to her. There's toys in the waiting room. The appointments are right on time. The rooms are bright and colourful. The staff always introduce themselves and talk through the process. Susie absolutely met my daughter where she was at and moved at a pace she was comfortable with. I couldn't recommend Welcome Dental more if I tried!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Jessica the Hygenist regularly for the past few years. She is wonderful and she has helped me heal my advanced gum disease so that my gums are healthy and the pockets are free of disease. If only I had met her years ago, I would have saved my teeth earlier with her care and advice, Still, never to late to save what I have left. thanks Jessica

Educated me and my son on dental care for kids. She made going to the dentist fun for my boy and I just hope he would do it all again if he needed to later. Fantastic experience: I am 61 with a lifelong history of moderate to severe dental phobia. I have visited Welcome Dental on three occasions over 18 months most recently today. Today was the first time I have ever had dental work with nothing more than a local. Previously I have always had gas or strong sedatives. They are the most proactive team in terms of making me feel comfortable. All the staff from the moment I walk in. I’m not quite looking forward to my next visit yet but well on the way. The dental assistants loved holding my 6 month old and they were SO good with my 2 year old! First time she's opened her mouth to let them look and brush . I also found my experience very thorough and loved the advice and plan they drew up. So grateful to have found welcome dental

Fantastic experience: Caring professionals and fantastic with children We have been seeing Welcome Dental for several years. My 6-year-old recently had an accident at school which knocked her front teeth out. Sharon made time for an emergency appointment and kept my daughter calm throughout anesthetic needles and multiple attempts at resettling the tooth. In the meantime, Kirsty kept me calm! Sharon was able to get the tooth back in, but it needs ongoing care. I'm very happy that I have a dental practice that I trust to guide us through this

Fantastic experience: Beautiful warm welcoming calm space- not your usual sterile spooky vibe. But most importantly- genuine, caring professional people who love what they do and are great at it. I particularly enjoyed Jess talking me through my clean as there's nothing worse not knowing what some of those noises are coming from your mouth during treatment! Sharon and Jess are a wealth of knowledge and skill, informative and not derogatory as alot of other dentists and hygienists I've come across over the years. Thanks guys, it's a relief to have found you- we will be bringing the kids! Honestly 100% reccomend

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Oleg (and his colleagues at Welcome Dental) for the brilliant work that he did in capping one tooth and removing the roots of another. I can genuinely say that the treatment was absolutely painless, (excluding only the pin prick of the injection of the anaesthetic), including the period of recovery. The care and consideration , and quality of the work, exceeded all expectations. I am happy to express my gratitude and complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot.
