I’d put off treatment for years, and it had started to affect my confidence. Dr Lok took a whole-mouth rehabilitation approach—saving a molar through root canal intervention and straightening my teeth using Invisalign. I went from having crooked, uneven teeth to a straight, gleaming smile I’m genuinely proud of. Dr Lok is professional, courteous, and incredibly skilled—like a Mozart with a drill. Big thanks also to the nurses and receptionists who made every visit smooth and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I was looking up recommended dentists in the Newstead and surrounding areas on Facebook. A number of people had recommended Newstead Dental Co. Dr Lok is super friendly and made me feel at home, as well as his dental nursing staff. I've seen him twice in two weeks, the latter appointment was for a tooth extraction which went well. Took my kids to see him as well and the service they got was fantastic. My eldest had to get one of her teeth extracted due to some decay, and it was like a 5-minute job for Dr Lok. Definitely coming back to see him and the team for follow up check ups going forward. 5-stars!!!

Fantastic experience: I have tried a few different dentists over the last few years in Brisbane and so happy I found this one and won’t ever change. I initially went for a tooth issue as it was a local dentist - I expected to have major issues and cost but they saved the tooth with a filling. I went back today for a checkup and clean and it was a very detailed clean with lots of care taken. They also used high tech things I’ve never seen like putting a camera in my mouth to get a 3D type image of all my teeth, was very cool to look at. At the end the dentist walked me through all the photos of my teeth and discussed future potential issues to look out for - not trying to suggest treatments to make money just to help my teeth be healthy. And at the end it was gap free and i didn’t have to pay the difference my insurance didn’t cover! It’s also a lovely office and lovely staff - can’t speak highly enough of a great experience.
