Dental at Forest Hill

Positive experience: A bit of scraping below my retainer today for 2 minutes ($75), an oversized blob of compound ($120), no smoothing. $195 in 13 minutes… After having been a loyal and long term client to this clinic, today was: disappointing and overpriced ☹️ Thank you Danesh for rectifying the issue and for your always good service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist. Bad experiences in the past made it something I truly feared. But Dr. Dinesh and his wonderful dental assistant completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Dinesh is not only incredibly experienced and professional, but also kind and patient. I had a few fillings done and, to my surprise, I didn’t feel a thing. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I can’t recommend Dr. Dinesh and his team highly enough. If you’re someone who’s anxious about dental visits, this is the place that will change that for you.

Fantastic experience: We recently visited Dr. Dinesh for my 11-year-old daughter’s dental concerns, and I can confidently say it was one of the best healthcare experiences we've had. Dr. Dinesh came highly recommended by my brother in law, who is himself a dentist in Sydney — and the visit more than lived up to the expectations. My daughter was quite nervous and scared about seeing a dentist, but Dr. Dinesh’s calm and kind manner helped put her completely at ease. He took the time to talk to her, explain everything gently, and make sure she felt comfortable throughout. By the end of the appointment, her fear of dentists had genuinely reduced — something I’m very grateful for. Dr. Dinesh conducted a detailed examination, including an X-ray, and then spent nearly an hour with us discussing not just her dental issues, but her overall health as well. What truly stood out was his holistic approach — in addition to offering clear solutions for her dental problems, he also addressed a long-standing throat infection and sleep apnea that had been troubling her, and suggested a thoughtful course of action for that too. It’s rare to find a professional who combines technical expertise with such genuine care and attention. Dr. Dinesh is clearly passionate about helping his patients in every way possible. I’m incredibly thankful for the care he provided and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist for their child or themselves.

They have knowledge about different options and treatments, but don't pressure you to do them. Dinesh is an expert in oral health not just the health of your teeth, he takes time to explain and ensure you understand what problems you may be facing. His nurses and support team are friendly and keen to help and make sure you're comfortable and well looked after. I used to see Vilhelm at the same surgery and he is fantastic too. Dinesh is kind, gentle & thorough ensuring I felt comfortable & well informed before proceeding with my treatment. Very happy with his treatment, my level of care & the end result, & he’s open on Saturday.

Dr Vilim Kinkela is highly skilled and will save a tooth when other dentists may not. The patient comes first before profit which is rather rare these days. Fantastic experience: I have been a loyal client at this practice since it was first established and have always been happy with the high quality of work, excellent, friendly staff and fair pricing. Although there are plenty of dentists between where I live and Forest Hills, I believe it's worth the 30 minute drive.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable and kind Dentist, I had a prominent tooth that could not be saved and had to come out, there was no way I could face the world with this tooth missing, I was assured a denture would be fine in the interim until my mouth was recovered for an implant. This denture is undetectable and not at all bothersome for me, not one person has noticed it. I’m very happy with all my treatments so far. Implant soon!

From the incredible service from reception who explained all fees and charges, I was so impressed. Technology has come so far that dental work is now something I can handle without fear. Numbing solution was used before my clean, X-rays and photos were taken of my mouth. Everything was explained to me and was totally painless.
