Fantastic experience: I think I found my Dentist here!! Dr Payal is the best!! My best experience with a dentist yet! I got my Root canal treatment done. She was soo good the 2nd and the 3rd step of root canal was genuinely painless!! Such positive experience! I urge everyone to come to her for all their dental treatments

Fantastic experience: Dr Payal is easily the best dentist I've ever seen and I've had plenty of dental work done throughout my time. Friendly, gentle and tells you what's happening as she gets to work. Just had a difficult molar extraction performed and it truly was practically painless, at the first shoots of pain she administered another shot of anaesthesia and all was good. Very good at what she does and would recommend her to anyone needing dental work performed

She is very thorough, but more importantly, she explains everything as she goes. I saw Dr Payal Gupta … I was in extreme pain after my tooth broke on the gumline late on a Saturday night … could not find a dentist open that late until I found this dentist who I believe opened up the surgery to see me and get me out of pain … What a Very lovely and very professional Dentist . Negative experience: Sent me a quote for 12 cavities before having an X-ray done to see if it is actual cavities. Went to two seperate dentists- both said, you do not have 12 cavities… I do have 1 in a different location to all the ones the dentist said. Not happy. Awful - $2000 for what? To drill into healthy teeth to put a filling? Bad practice.

Negative experience: Would not recommend this dentist. i was see by Dr Gupta. i was seen 30 mins after my appointment time. had to get a script which she forgot to give me when i left. i had to go back to get the script. she rushed me out of the appointment when i had genuine follow up questions about my extensive follow up treatments i would need as she had another patient waiting. that patient came in 5 mins prior to me being seen so they were waiting close to 40 mins for their appointment. she wrote the wrong instructions for taking my medication on the script. i had to get the chemist to call her to confirm how often and what dosage i should take the medication. the chemist had to change my script instructions due to her error. i then had to call back as the medication was not working after 5 days and she was unable to provide simple clear answers to my questions and kept contradicting her information she was giving me. an overall time wasting consuming and exceptionally frustrating experience and i would never return to this dentist.

Positive experience: Not less in price don't be fooled by the name. Also the filling colour didn't match the tooth colour.

I went in for an extraction, ended up rebooking for a major surgical appointment. Today I had the pleasure of Dr. Jutha, he was amazing! Literally painless extraction! He was understanding, helped me with a bad gag reflex and the extraction was seamless. Thank you so much!!

Negative experience: I had intended to take an hour of leave to go to my appointment only to end up waiting 1.5 hours because the dentist was out buying groceries. When she returned, no apology or courtesy discount and I ended up using 3 hours of leave from work. Wasted my afternoon on this inconsiderate dentist.....

Fantastic experience: I was in pain and my usual dentist was on a Christmas break. I also have a strong fear of the dentist! The staff at Payless were caring and understanding, and fitted me in on the same day. I had two teeth extracted, the procedure was as paynless as humanly possible, the staff were patient and understanding regarding my phobia, and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Paynless Dental!

First you charged me more and when I looked at the bill you realised your mistake and give me a different bill - that shows how professional you guys are .

Negative experience: Hi all, This dental practice is a rip off . From the movement you step in they try to make money out of you. They did teeth grinding uneven which caused lot of pain and they said that it is because of sinus and when went through another doctor and did teeth grinding it was all good . I was charged much higher than outside price. When contacted each doctor here they say different price. Dr Payal is very rude when she talks. Please try not to go this practice .

Fantastic experience: I visited the practice today due to severe tooth ache and like most of us I am not comfortable in visiting a dental clinic but as soon as I stepped inside Dr. Natasha and the assistant staff named Sushma and Sonal were very welcoming and made me very comfortable. I had to extract my wisdom tooth which was severely damaged and at 1st I was hesitant but they made me aware about the whole process so I agreed and now I am “Paynless” and happy.
