Fantastic experience: I was attended by Dr. Davy Wang, and he was very kind throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel any pain during the treatment. I also want to thank the receptionist, as I don’t speak English very well, and she was very patient and helped me make appointments and understand the instructions. Negative experience: Disappointed booked an appointment for my child which has been difficult to navigate with school and other commitments to only be called to be told that dentist now doesent work on that day even though the online system says she does. Things happen sure but mayby offer an alternative or ensure the online booking accurately reflects the current situation

Positive experience: I would give this dental surgery 5 stars for the doctors but I’m leaving them with 4 because of their receptionist staff. One of the receptionists has been very rude in her communication. I called for an appointment request however the way she responded was very disappointing and using a tone like - Look you are not gonna get anything this week and sounded being angry at me. I only requested if there is any possibilities with any of your dentists this week. My whole family is been visiting them for over 2 years and this receptionist has not been accomodating at all. So, really disappointed with their response today.

She talked me through absolutely everything and was so gentle and thorough. I used to think I needed teeth whitening but they just needed the deep clean that she gave me. My gums are no longer bleeding and I can't stop smiling. Best decision ever...

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seen Dr Davy Wang for my dental health for few years now and I still think Dr Wang is the best dentist I have ever known. I couldn’t think of any other dentist thats more professional and so focused on his work to try bring perfect result to every patient every time and I’m one of them! Not only Dr Wang will make your teeth looks good and healthy, it made me boost my self esteem because I smile more and more :) and always looking forward to come back again and again. Furthermore Dr Wang is very kind and fair, he will explain things until you’re understand and satisfy, he’ll never push you or pressure you to do stuff that you’re not sure but he’ll gives you good recommendations/advices so I don’t have any worry when I see him. i cant think of any other dentist to recommend to my friends and family other than Dr Davy Wang! Keep up the good work Dr Wang and I’ll see you soon!

Fantastic experience: This is only my 2nd visit to Dr Davey after having a less than fabulous experience with a previous dentist. Dr Davey explains everything as he goes and whilst he says the needle will sting, he is so gentle. My son also likes him and had his 3 Wisdom teeth removed in the chair with no issues. Julie explained every step of the procedure, discussed costs with me prior to commencing the procedure and provided education for recovery. Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found this dental clinic. Dr Julie and Kirsten was so lovely and so patient with me. I had let the receptionist (who was also very friendly and lovely) know in advance that I get very anxious when in the chair (due to some bad experiences in the past) and asked if she could pass that information onto my dentist. Dr Julie was so kind and patient with me, I can't thank her enough. There was absolutely zero judgement, only compassion and reassurance. She took the time to explain everything to me and walked me through the entire process. My teeth feel so clean and I can't wait to get them into tip top shape again. Thank you also to Kirsten for being so lovely and making me feel comfortable in the chair. I am so happy with my experience, I'll be referring my partner here and will be coming back here for my regular dental care in the future.

Fantastic experience: A massive shoutout to Dr Soni and the team for a complete smile reconstruction - 6 crowns for my front teeth. This was a huge process for me and I felt supported the whole way. Soni has a very warm and caring style and communicated everything along the way so that I felt comfortable. I appreciated the relaxed approach but also the professionalism from all staff members. The change is completely remarkable it brought me to tears, so thank you from the bottom of my heart! Couldn’t recommend any more highly!

Fantastic experience: The dentist Sony did excellent work, the crown was completed in one visit. Using the latest in 3D technology using what I would call a computer drive CNC machine to shape the crown in 20min. Sony was also attentive to how I was feeling through out the procedure. Fantastic experience: At age 74 I have been advised on the benefits of preventative dental treatment on several occasions in the past. I must say that Dr Davy Wang puts that into practice. As a retired GP I regard prevention is better than cure is the standard to be sought.

Positive experience: I recently had a crown made to replace one of my teeth at Graceville Dental Surgery. I was pleased to be able to have the whole job done on the same afternoon, as it is possible to have an approximate version made & tested, followed by the fitting of the final crown, all possible with the latest equipment in- house. Thus there was no need for a further appointment at all. The dentist was careful & informative about the procedure, giving me confidence in the process. I am very happy with the outcome, regarding both the appearance & functional outcome. So I will be confident to have another crown done by dentist Davey Wang in the future. You will notice that I've given a 4 star rating when I might well have given 4 1/2 or even 5, as I don't have any reservations about the quality of the job done. It's more because, as an old teacher, my inclination was to almost never give a 100% score. So I'm in fact fully happy with my crown & how it was done.

Fantastic experience: For years I had happily been going to Dr Lee. After he passed away I had an appointment with Dr Davy Wang. I didn't know what to expect but he turned out to be wonderful. He cares about your teeth as if they were his own. He is thorough and walks you through every procedure he does making sure you understand what is happening and that you are ok. He likes to show you the before and after results, which I appreciate. In this way you can see what beautiful work he does. So I do highly recommend Dr Davy Wang to anyone.
