Negative experience: Do not recommend this practice at all!! Horrible practice. Dr Eddy doesn't take responsibility or will admit fault, he doesn't have any empathy surrounding his patients and will refuse to assist when it comes to finding a resolution to a complaint regarding treatments. He is belittling, and quite frankly rude to anyone in whom comes to him regarding dissatisfaction. As you can see from the clinics response to this feedback, they again don't claim any responsibility. The clinic who I see now have provided me with full evidence in which was offered to the high street but they refused to have it known to them that they were at fault. They state abuse isn't accepted at this clinic, however they abused myself when confronted with the concerns I raised. Don't Recommend. Edited to respond to the owner: a report was submitted to the authorities, a report to Medicare as well, it was reported to the dental association in which they have advised they've received quite a number of these and an investigation is being looked into. I have the information I require regarding my son and the school dentist (smile squad) which alot of parents rely upon when school aged children need dental assistance, they've been nothing short of exceptional with specialists getting involved in Melbourne and further. I have all documentation of EVERYTHING! Have a good day Eddy, your conduct towards myself and my son will never be swept under the rug. Maybe think of how to apologise for your poor behaviour towards children.

Negative experience: Poor service and mismanagement. I came here just for an OPG scan but ended up waiting over an hour because their OPG machine had no electricity — very unprofessional for a dental clinic. After that, I had to chase them multiple times just to get my own scan results. They ignored my messages completely, but when im asking about the other they responded, until I said I’d leave a bad review — only then did they respond and send it. For such a simple procedure, the whole process was unnecessarily slow and stressful. Definitely won’t come back.

Negative experience: Reviewing on behalf of friend with no internet access.. absolutely terrible service, apart from owner all techs are straight out of college with barely skills and treatments need repeat follow ups. Friend responded to text saying can't attend and get told to find another dentist. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic experience: If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Nearly 6 years ago i had cancer in the roof of my mouth and ended up having part of it removed, which meant I needed a denture with an Obturator on top that goes into the cavities left by the surgery. At the start of 2024 they became loose , so I went to the dental hospital and after 6 months and 8 visits they handed me a new denture that did not fit at all. They said sorry we can't help you. After searching around bendigo and not finding anyone who could help me, I walked into High St dental practice in Kangaroo Flat. I met Dr Eddy and straight away the confidence that he showed that he was able to help me, lifted a great load off my mind. I had my first visit in July and 5 visits later I had a brand new denture with an Obturator on top that fitted perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble, and he always fine tuned until the end product was perfect. The practice is very neat and new looking, and not in any of my appointments did I have to wait past my scheduled time. The staff are extremely friendly, especially Sam and Divya. Once again thank you Dr Eddy and staff. You will certainly see me in the future. Regards Allan Mckenzie Epsom

Negative experience: Disgusting practice, Dr Eddy refuses to hear any concerns. He doesn't listen to what anyone has to say regarding their children's dental care, he uses all your Medicare rebate, lodges things through the system like dental cleans, which never took place. And when approached about possible mistreatment he replies with 'goodluck getting anything back from me' while laughing at you. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE!

I have had procedures done by both Dr. Eddy and Dr. Tara, and found them both to be skilled dentists and kind, caring people. That is topped off by the team of support staff who make a visit to the dentist as painless as possible, to the pocket as well as the mouth!

Negative experience: Really happy with the dentistry work and was really satisfied until I had to pay . I had the same procedure within a 9 month period at two different dentist . This was exactly same procedure as other two and cost me 100 dollars more than the other 2 dentist. I'm struggling to understand why this dentist charged an extra 100 dollars I was a new patient at the other two dentist also so your response is inadequate and fails to explain the cost difference.

Fantastic experience: Took our 5 years old son for a minor dental surgery. Dr. Asipath was great with the kid and my son wasn't scared at all. He did a fantastic job and the little one recovered very quickly than I expected. We drove 200 km all the way from Melbourne which is totally worth. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Requested for an emergency appointment due to some dental issues, the receptionist and the dentist – Phil was able to see me in a short notice. The dental clinic was a bit hard to locate but very clean. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. The dentist – Phil was very gentle during my treatment as I hate seeing dentists and often get nervous. Phil quickly diagnosed my dental problem and fixed it promptly, and also gave me great suggestions to prevent dental decay. I recommend this practice and please don’t forget to ask for free sample toothpaste :D

Fantastic experience: I have always been a bit apprehensive about going to the dentist. However my wife insisted that I go see the dentist at High Street Dental and I would be well taken care of. I can honestly say that my recent experience changed my view for the better. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr Eddy really listens to what you have to say and everyone seems to be very capable and skilled. They used a special camera to take photos of my teeth and showed it on a big screen !, then explained what needed to be done in great detail.. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist who takes the time to explain everything and plan the best treatment or you..
