The staff, for instance the receptionist, is incredibly polite and welcoming. Dr. Shoaib is incredibly thorough, skilled, and shows great attention to detail. He’s also very polite, considerate, and compassionate, always taking the time to address any concerns I had and remembering information I mention. It’s clear he puts his patients' needs first and really listens. The dental assistants are also both skilled and kind. Fantastic experience: Dr Reema is an outstanding and compassionate dentist and all her staff are great. I had not been to a dentist in many years before I came to Dr Reema. I felt a lot of guilt and shame about the state of my teeth and had avoided going to the dentist as a result. Dr Reema was kind and never made me feel judges about the state of my teeth. Even though my neglect of my teeth meant that I needed several appointments it was great to be able to sort it all out step by step with her. I never thought that a dentist would look at my teeth and say that they were looking really good, but that’s where I am now. She is very good at her craft making sure that every filling feels right. I was always asked if I was feeling pain throughout each visit and given many chances to have a break. She takes a lot of care to treat you as a person while she does all sorts of complicated things with your teeth. We ended up taking our son to see her too. He came in dreading it and came out saying it was actually really good. She had a great understanding of kids and what things will help them with the experience. I never thought I would rave so much about a dentist but here I am.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this dental practice. I’m 58 years old and really do not like going to the dentist. Moved to the GC from NSW and made an appointment for a check up. Dr Reema did my checkup, made a care plan and fixed 2 fillings. Dr Shoaib did my extraction of an infected molar. They were both so caring and gentle, their after care includes a follow up phone call from the lovely receptionist the next day. These are definitely my forever dentists.

Fantastic experience: I just moved from WA and needed a dentist. I choose Harbour town dental only because it is close to home. I will not be going anywhere else. The dentist has a Hampton style feel which was calming for me, because I really don’t like going to the dentist. The office staff are polite and amazingly helpful and Dr Reema is fantastic at her job and very professional but at the same time caring and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Harbourtown Dental for almost a decade now, and seen quite a few dentists there over there years. While all have been nice and professional, I’m very grateful now for the care and dentistry expertise of Dr Reema. She’s so very kind, and gentle, and always so patient in waiting for numbing gel to work and only then applying anesthetic injections. It might seem a small thing to some, but I’ve had dentists rush to start a procedure without showing the care and patience to wait for everything to be nice and numb. Going to see a dentist can be quite a traumatic experience for some people…. but she has such a calming presence, and is regularly checking in go see how the procedure is going, and whether further pain relief is needed. I think that if you’ve found the dentist to be a traumatic experience in the past, have a low pain tolerance, or just are generally anxious about having dental work performed, you’ll feel safe and at ease with Dr Reema. She’s kind and patient, and would be perfect for those with a dread of dentistry and need a gentle touch.

Fantastic experience: I would never see another dentist. Dr Shoaib is and has been SO good with me. My biggest fear is the dentist and the first time I saw him I was a complete mess. Crying and having a panic attack. He was so patient with me. He has helped my fear massively and ensures I am as comfortable as possible. Stopping as much as I need, which luckily for the both of us is very little now!

Dr Shoaib filled up and checked to make sure that bite feeling is okay again and again.I really appreciated he checked again and again until feels normal. From initial contact all the way through to post visit follow up. Services are professionally done, with a gentle touch that puts you at ease immediately. They are competitively priced and affordable. Facilities are modern, conveniently located with lots of free parking. Recently had a crown pop out, and while I saved up for the bigger procedure, he even came in on the weekend to glue it back into place, putting the smile back on my face . Being parents of young children themselves they are also very good with my 10 year old daughter and are able to talk her through all procedures. I was pleasantly surprised, the staff are friendly and professional and, although I unfortunately needed further treatment, Dr Choudhari was caring, kind and made sure it was totally pain free. Fantastic experience: I have been to Harbourtown Dental for several years, and I can definitely highly recommend going there. Dr Shoaib has taken over the practice since my last appointment last year. I can't thank him enough for the time he took to listen, and understand where I explained I experienced sensitivity with my teeth. Dr Shoaib is very personable, friendly and immediately when you meet him and his team, you know that they will all take care of you well, and any nervousness disappears. I was also impressed the following day when I received a call from their practice to ask how I went with my appointment the previous day. Very caring practice, personable and definitely great to have excellent customer service, where you felt valued and listen to. The prices are great as well.
