Fantastic experience: Really competent and listening for our personal feedbacks and sensation. Furthermore Steven doesn’t try to lead to any intrusive intervention/equipment as far as our mouth can be kept as natural or genuine as possible. Finally Steven shows you a picture of each step performed during the appointment. That’s really a free minder as you visually see the state of your teeth… and obviously allows you to check the work done. Hardly recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with my recent wisdom tooth removal! From start to finish, the entire team made me feel comfortable, informed, and well taken care of. I was also impressed with how clean and calming the office environment was and the entire team are all so lovely —it really helped me relax. Negative experience: I was trying to reschedule my children appointments because we have covid. The lady I spoke with kept saying that she contacted me via sms, calls, and even email for the last 4 weeks. I haven’t received any emails from them! Phone calls?? I did not receive any phone from any Brisbane number for weeks except yesterday evening and I was a way from my phone. How can we come to the appointment if we have covid??? Do you want us to spread it throughout the clinic??? After I asked one last time to that lady if I can reschedule or not (If not I’m going to other dentist), she hang up on me! What unprofessional!!

At the time of your first and only visit our Dentist kindly provided your children with discounted dental appointments because your children are not holders of Medicare Cards & they have no private health fund, you also wished to pay us cash only. We had moved everything to fit your children in as per your family schedules. Our entire team of dental professionals provided you with respect & professionalism.
You chose today 19th of April for their second appointments. As per our appointment policy we tried to reach you via email (which was written incorrectly by either you or your partner) emails bounced back. Our calls went to message & our sms were never replied. These attempts were made many days ago, and out of courtesy to our team and other patients we require a minimum of 72hrs notice to reschedule.
You called the practice 1 hour before your kid’s appointment.
It was very difficult to hear you as mentioned before. Then you told us that you were going to find another dentist, then the phone call ended. We phoned you after that and there was no reply.
A few minutes later instead of calling us back or emailing to clarify what had happened with the 2 minute conversation you decided to write a review.
We called you again & left you a phone message.
Yes we are more than happy to book dental appointments for your children once everyone is healthy. The safety, health & well-being of our team and patients is very important to us.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this Dental practice under the care of Dr Cliff Steven for over a year - I only have praise and appreciation for the tremendous skill and effort the Dr. has performed every visit. He has skillfully fixed a root canal and saved my tooth (where others couldn’t and caused unnecessary damage to my teeth). He has applied crowns of which one was a complex 2 stage application. My teeth have never looked so good and been cared for as expertly - before coming to Racecourse Road Dental. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I honestly can't thank the team at racecourse road dental enough for the help they've given me over the last few weeks. They were extremely accommodating and took me in on short notice after i had been suffering some serious pain in one of my back molars, which as a result has saved me from a lot of grief. Being my first root canal I was feeling a bit nervous, but Cliff was extremely friendly and calming as he carefully repaired my tooth. To my surprise the procedure itself was virtually painless, which was further assisted by Cliff taking the time to explain the process to me - keeping both me well informed whilst reassuring me that I was in safe hands. Ingrid was also very friendly at the desk and took care in checking in to see how I was going with everything, ensuring that my visit was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It's been a few weeks since I the procedure and i am very pleased to be able to say my tooth is feeling strong and pain free. Its safe to say that racecourse road dental have earned themselves a new dental patient and I look forward to seeing the team for my regular check ups moving forward!
