For me, it's technical competence. I have very poor teeth but I want to retain them - I don't want extractions or dentures if I can possibly avoid it. Dr Ish at Total Care Dentistry is a superb technician, supported by the latest technology and dental equipment. The fact that she is a very kind, thoughtful, considerate person is a (huge) bonus. What's more she takes care to hire staff who are also highly skilled and very committed to providing an extraordinary high level of patient/customer care. I always feel respected and valued. My husband and I drive to Bondi Junction from the Northern Beaches to attend this dental practice - and it's worth it. Highly recommended.

Dr Ish and her team have consistently provided top-notch dental care, making every appointment comfortable and absolutely stress-free. My teeth are not the best ones, and every time when Dr Ish opens my mouth, it's probably very similar to what you call 'open a can of worms'. However, from simple routine cleanings and re-doing fillings to more complex procedures like teeth extractions, crowns, and full mouth of veneers, Dr Ish has always exhibited the utmost professionalism and expertise. Her attention to detail and gentle approach instill confidence, making each dental procedure a breeze. Fantastic experience: A year ago, I went there simply to enquiry for my invisaling and ended up actually starting my journey with Totalcare Dental and Dermal in Bondi Junction. Everyone, I repeat, everyone is super nice and the studio is always spot on clean and sanitised. As mentioned, I started to wear my invisaling a year ago and throughout the all process they looked after me in every little details. Had to do couple of cavities as well and everything went really smooth and painless. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a very professional dentist in the area.

He has the biggest, brightest smile I had ever seen, and after showing me his journey over the past 18 months, how crooked his teeth were previously, and his appreciation to Dr Ish and her team, I immediatly asked him for contact details to go in for a consult. I have only just started my invisalign journey but I feel very confident I am in the right place. We started by fixing a few cavities, cleaning ect.. now i have began my first few trays. Fantastic experience: This has taken me a few days to compile as I have been filled with so much emotion and I must share my amazing positive experience with Totalcare Dental and Dermal. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I started my orthodontic journey in 2020 with a local Orthodontist to correct some large gaps in my top and bottom teeth and knew that once my braces came off, I would need some cosmetic work to complete my smile as my natural teeth were on the smaller size, however I was not set on a provider at the time. I met with a few different dentists whilst my braces were still on to discuss what my smile would look like once they came off, however I never felt truly comfortable with their service. I spoke to a friend who had recommended Dr Ish and the Totalcare Dental and Dermal team to me after her own positive experience. I called the clinic to make an appointment and was greeted by a very bubbly Philippa who booked me in for a consultation. Upon my arrival to said consultation, I walked into a beautiful clinic that smelt heavenly and was welcomed with a warm smile from Philippa. I met with Dr Ish who immediately made me feel at ease as we discussed options. The recommendation was that I go down the path of crowns and bridges to correct my smile. I was not pressured into making a decision on the spot, however as everything was discussed in detail and was clear from the get go, I walked out knowing that this is where I wanted to do my complete my smile transformation. Following the initial consultation, I returned to the Orthodontist a couple of times to make some slight adjustments that were suggested by Dr Ish to correct my bite and spacing. Any time that I went in to see Dr Ish to do a quick check in, I was always welcomed by the same great customer service and smiles from the whole team. My braces came off in February 2023 and this is when the exciting stuff happened as Dr Ish was then able to take proper scans of my teeth and built mock ups of my new teeth to give me an idea of what my smile would look like at the end of treatment. I was so excited and could already tell that there was a difference in my confidence with the temps on as I had always been self-conscious of my smile. 22nd June 2023 will forever hold a special place in my heart as this is the day my porcelain crowns and bridge were placed. I cannot explain how much this has changed my life. I didn't know it was possible to cry as much as I did that day. Dr Ish has truly given me a new lease on life and both her and the whole Totalcare Dental and Dermal team will always hold a very special place in my heart. To Dr Ish who has become more than just my dentist, thank you so much. There are just no words to tell you how grateful I am. Marjan, we laughed about boys, we watched Selling Sunset together and you rubbed my shoulders as I had big needles going into my gums. You rock, girl! I recently attended total care as a new patient and the experience the moment i walked in the door was like turning left into first class on a plane. The warm and friendly atmosphere mixed with a stunning clinic was just what i needed as my new dental clinic. I am generally a very anxious person when visiting doctors or dentists but i was treated with a calm and gentle approach and my anxiety soon started to go away. The staff use very modern equipment and most of it is digital or requires little of the olden day noisy machines. I am about to start invisalign and i cant wait for the results. I never thought i would say this but i am looking forward to my next visit.
