Negative experience: Worst dental experience in my 45 years of living. Was left in the fatal position on the floor for over 30 minutes while the dentist saw another patient after trying to extract my infected tooth . Absolute no care, left with nothing but a face swollen 3 times bigger than what I walked in with and tooth not extracted and no guidance in what to do next, and was escorted out after requesting pain relief. If that wasn’t bad enough the receptionist shouted my confidential medical information loud enough for all of Marrickville Metro to hear. Still had to pay. Absolute appalling service, an overall disaster that has left me physically and mentally scarred. Would not recommend this practice to ANYONE.

From the very first visit, he's been incredibly calming and reassuring which is especially important for somneone like me who gets anxious about dental work. I recently had to get a tooth extraction, and despite literally shivering with nerves, Dr. Neeraj made sure felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. What really sets him apart is that he genuinely cares. Early on, he recommendeda great dental insurance plan that's both affordable and offers excellent coverage something that's made a big difference as have more dental work planned. He is a really good communicator, so I always feel clear about the treatment I need and about what he is doing as he does any treatment. Fantastic experience: Above & beyond care, which arguably saved my life! Firstly, Dr Swati Gupta really cares about her patients, and is a very calm, friendly, and knowledgeable professional. She provides thorough examinations and assists with any queries. As part of an initial general check-up, Dr Gupta took a routine x-ray which also identified a suspicious lump. She kindly referred me to a maxillofacial Dr, who later confirmed thyroid cancer. This then revealed other issues which have all since been treated. I've referred my family and anyone else her way, since my family and I can't thank her enough. She deserves all the positive recognition!

Negative experience: This dentist has the rudest reception staff I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. I asked a simple question and they refuse to answer the question and were quite rude, asking me if I had a dental degree because I asked for the cost of a procedure. Worst customer service ever and I would never book an appointment to go there, knowing that I had to deal with these two women at the reception desk on the weekend

Negative experience: Appalling service, dr Bangalore numbed the wrong side of my face for a filling then had the audacity to try and sell me Invisalign to help with his own training rather than apologise. Horrific service and bedside manners. Would not recommend him

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist for over 12 years but was forced to with a wisdom tooth issue. Dr Ryan Chelvarajah was fantastic - he gave me ally options and kept me across what I'd be feeling and hearing at every step of the extraction. When I came back to have the stitches removed I also had a checkup and clean and never felt any hint of judgement on my lack of routine check-ups. My fear of dentists (or more correctly, the fear of being shamed for not doing the right thing!) has been completely allayed and I look forward to having regular 6 monthly check ups again.

Negative experience: *** UPDATE 28/05/23 *** So they've replied and told me to email the general customer contact below, which I did 2 weeks ago and still no reply. Awesome how they make it appear as if they tried to deliver customer service, but instead continue to waste my time. ________________________________________ I came in on the 24th of April for a scheduled Root Canal procedure and was in quite a bit of discomfort. I waited 20 mins in the lobby after the scheduled time before finally being looked at. I asked a few questions (which were answered well at least) and when I was ready to start the procedure, I was extraordinarily told that we were out of time. Instead, I would have to suffer for another week before the next available dentist could perform the surgery that I was booked in to do that day. For this pleasure, I was charged a $64 consultation fee. If I had known the dentist wasn't able to do the scheduled operation that day, I definitely wouldn't have gone in for a "consultation" on some relatively generic questions. I also wouldn't have wasted a day of hard-earned leave which I had scheduled in anticipation of the procedure being done.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment a few months ahead and then was texted 24h before that the dentist was cancelling the appointment. I called and assumed that the dentist was sick (which is very fair) and asked what happened but the receptionist said they weren’t working that Saturday. Obviously this would’ve been known earlier than the day before, so it’s a bummer no one thought to contact their patients as I’d made plans around the appointment time. Have been once before and didn’t love it so just gonna head back to my old dentist. They’re pricer but worth the patient care.

Negative experience: Disappointed- Misleading staff- I was told this procedure was to be done in 3 tooth and she told it will be covered by my health fund without even checking it. Later after the procedure she tells me my health fund actually dont cover it and I need to pay in full. I felt like I was lured to spend more money when it was not required.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Waiting now 9 weeks for a gap payment refund as I did not have my AHM card with me at the time. Multiple emails, phone calls and the reality is that nothing happens. Manager claims to only have an email address for HQ, no point of contact and although seems nice is basically useless. Totally unsatisfied and won't be coming back.

Positive experience: Quality of the place has gone downhill. After someone forgot to book me then a cancellation or two I received a phone call trying to get me to change my appointment. Unfortunately I work a lot so I am not able to be very flexible. Thanks for trying to change me last minute though. When I finally made it to a visit the dentist told me I needed another appointment but wasn't clear on what it was going to entail. I had to wait for the receptionist to tell me. After the most half hearted clean I have ever experienced the dentist put me back in the waiting room because the receptionist was gone. When he returned I had no idea what to tell him because I hadn't been told what the treatment would be. He had to go into the back and question a put out dentist. Dr?! I used to get a couple little samples of toothpaste but not anymore. The two stars are because it used to be good. Now I am looking for somewhere better. Actually after thinking for a couple of days and receiving no reply, I lowered the rating as much as I could because this is the first dental practice I have encountered that refuses to give a small tube of paste or a brush worth a few cents. I spend nearly 2k with private health insurance to get good healthcare. I am actually appalled. I left feeling like my oral health was an inconvience. I am still confused by what happened. I would like the pics of my teeth that were taken so I can pursue my health in a better facility.

Fantastic experience: I chipped a tooth and was seen by Dr. Dahal. She was very gentle and great at explaining my procedure and what needed to be done. I felt very calm and was never in any pain. It was a great experience and I'll be back to see her when I need any more dental work done. It's also so great that they are open on weekends for people who work full time.

Negative experience: Not at all impressed by my latest visit. The dentist (S Dahal) doesn't come across as competent as rest of the dentists at the centre. She ended up using 5 x-ray attempts on my 8 year old to try to figure out the teeth pattern. Even then her assessment of the situation wasn't any reassuring. My experience on all my previous visits, however, has been good. This was our first time with Dr.Dahal. Wouldn't recommend, especially for kids

Positive experience: Dr Brewster is great at his job. He explains everything and gives you great tips. I found the whole experience great. The receptionist and nurse were friendly. My only concern is lack of a place for rinsing your mouth. They make you use a cup and the nurse doesn't seem to like this, she really shows it. I'll go back again and hopefully find a different nurse or a sink.

Fantastic experience: Myself and the family have been seeing Dr Amasha Wahab for a while now. She’s honestly the best dentist I’ve ever had. Super friendly & patient with my 2 girls. Dr Amasha is very thorougher, honest & extremely friendly. She saved me from doing unnecessary root canal therapy and recommended investigating it further with a root canal specialist. I could honestly not rate her any higher.
Fantastic experience: Today on my first appointment with Dr Michael Wu he gave me a clean and polish dental treatment and also gave me options and quotes for filling the gap where I had had a tooth extracted. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting dental treatment! He fully explained what he was about to do before he did it, was very gentle and sensitive to my responses in doing the actual tasks, and answered all my questions. He also showed me pictures of different options that could be taken for the future work I would have done. It was a pleasure to be treated by him, and all the time I felt relaxed (as far as I could be with dental treatment in general!) and that I was in safe hands. Thank you, Dr Wu.
