Fantastic experience: Being a new patient at this Dental practice I am very pleased of the treatment I have received for my teeth. As I had urgent dental needs that needed to be attended to, my parents suggested this wonderful practice as they are patients also. The staff are all wonderful and make you feel at ease when you feel slightly anxious of being at the dentist. In my case the staff makes me feel very relaxed that I fall asleep in the chair. Definitely a 5 star rating from me. The welcome I receive each time I enjoy immensely. Thank you! I always feel very welcome by the Lower Templestowe Dental Excellence with the wonderful welcome screens I face when I walk into the room.

Negative experience: Disappointed in my experience with Lower Templestowe Dental. On my third visit I went in for a routine teeth clean (which had only been 3 months since my last clean). Was in the chair for no longer than 10 minutes and charged over $200 for the service. Absolutely overpriced compared to others in the area.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Both times I’ve been here I nearly fell asleep in the chair because I was so relaxed.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the most friendliest staff. Then once you’re seen by the dentists they are extremely professional and thorough. Always have a smile on their face and are genuinely happy and friendly. You are welcomed with your name and puppy on a screen. My kids definitely loved that and it helped having a kids show on the screen as a fantastic distraction during treatments. My kids have been to a few dentists and this is the only place where they have felt at ease. I highly recommend this fantastic team of people. Fantastic experience: This is a genuine review, from Linda Hoh. I needed a new dentist for my 96 year old Mum, Ava. Somewhere with easy access and near to where Ava's aged care residence is. I chose this practice without knowing anyone who went there. Mum has seen Dr Scott twice now, she is very happy with the level of work and care, and she likes Dr Scott very much. Mums previous dentist retired a few years ago, she had been going to him for over 50 years, and had been a patient at that practice for 75 years, so finding a new dentist for her that she would be happy about was a challenge! Fantastic experience: Walking in to the building, my toddler and I felt like immediately relaxed. It was his first time at the dentist and I wasn't sure how it would go. We were greeted by the most friendly face at reception, and then an even friendlier Dr Mini Li, who I could see my son immediately feel comfortable with. Dr Mini was gentle and interactive, listened to our needs and responded to them so that we always felt comfortable. The cleaning and scaling didn't hurt and it was a comfortable process throughout. I got some fillings too and she talked me through the process and made sure everything was fitting and feeling right. Her dental assistant was also so amazingly in tune with her so the whole process was super calm and efficient. My 3 year old has not stopped talking about Dr Mini and he cannot wait to go back to get his teeth looked after! Thank you Dr Mini and team!

She’s a very passionate dentist with an eye for detail; immense knowledge and excellent expertise. Furthermore, I love how she has a personalised greeting screen with cute images; an overhanging tv for your viewing and the smell of the subtle and relaxing essential oils that help bring an element of meditation. Fantastic experience: This clinic was able to see me on extremely short notice for a dental emergency. A wire in my orthodontics had come loose and was puncturing my gum, I was in a lot of pain and desperate for help. These people were able to fit me in straight away and fixed my problem in less than 20 minute. They charged me the bare minimum and added a cleaning on top of it. I couldn't recommend more. Everyone here is highly qualified and absolutely loves their job!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Dr. Dragan Antolos for over 15 years now and have consistently been impressed with his thorough approach, never rushing into unnecessary treatment. Not only are Dragan and Minnie great dentists, but the dental assistants and admin staff are also great at their jobs. Prices at the clinic are always cheaper than other dental clinics in the area. It's a dental clinic that offers orthodontics, teeth whitening, all general and major dental services or even a coffee if you're waiting. Highly recommended.

Dr Mini is a great dentist. Shes made me feel safe and treated me with lots of care and patience when i visited her for my dental appointments. She is definitely a ⭐️ and knows what she is doing and how to talk to patients who experience anxiety during the dental procedures. I really appreciate the time she takes to explain the procedures in the simplest way and also when she tells me what shes up to during the procedures. I always feel welcome when I go there and the receptionist Angela is also excellent. Id highly recommend this place even if I have to drive 1 hr to get there.

Fantastic experience: You really couldn’t ask for a better dentist! Fantastic environment coupled with the best dentist I’ve ever seen. Dr Mini was friendly and empathetic, able to quickly diagnose the issue with a plethora of on site equipment and offer me a few different solutions that best suite my case. The whole procedure was smooth and pain free, and whilst Dr Mini was busy address the cause of the toothache, they’ve even installed flatscreen panel tvs in the roof so you can catch up in your favourite show!! 10/10 highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Fantastic clinic, they provided excellent service and clear advice. I have always had a great, painless experience with Dr. Mini Li for my dental check ups. She is a very competent and intelligent doctor so when I was considering botox recently I knew she would look after me. I didnt want to go to a beauty clinic because you don't get seen by a doctor. Dr. Li explained the whole process as well as what to expect afterwards. The result has gotten rid of my frown lines but still looks natural. 10/10 I would reccomend.
