Nurse Kiara was so kind and professional, making me feel comfortable straight away. Dr. Famy was outstanding — gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. I have needed a lot of dental work done as the last dentist scared the daylights out of me and was so rough and didn’t care so I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time and was very hesitant to go but coming to Dr Sonia has really changed that she is very careful and always is making sure you are good through the whole procedure not rough and actually cares which I find amazing would 10/10 recommend her if you have had troubles in the past

Fantastic experience: My family have been to many Dentists over the years, after finding Port Kennedy family dentist we have stayed and will not go to another dentist. They’re fantastic from the reception to all the staff.

Positive experience: I am very impressed with the reception. Very friendly and very professional, oh yeah, did I mention knowledgeable? Doctor Adrian is absolutely fantastic. Great guy and a fantastic dentist!! He explains everything in detail in a way that I as a dropkick can understand. On the whole….dentists are not the most popular…but the staff at Port Kennedy are changing that. Honestly, absolutely lovely people. You should be proud of them!!

Fantastic experience: Definitely my new home, the team went and above and beyond on a Sunday as I called up late as they were about to close with a toothache. They told me head straight there and stayed back to assist me with a root canal first step procedure and feeling like myself again today no pain at all! Fantastic experience: First time coming here, had an appointment for my 8yo who needed 2 small fillings. They made him feel so comfortable and did an amazing job, as well as speaking him through the process. He needed a local and they put sponge bob on for him, he didnt even flinch or notice the small injection. Honestly im really amazed at the level of care given. Plus it is so nice inside and feels very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adrian, is a gem of a dentist! He explains everything he would like to do and will ask your permission beforehand. He is so gentle with injections, my pet hate! Dr Adrian is such a caring human with a lovely personality, would recommend you highly consider seeing him! This clinic has been my go to place pretty much from the opening, lovely staff in a lovely setting.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth at training and the awesome receptionist went out of her way to fit me in the same day. Dr Sonu is an absolute super star! Wouldn't even know I broke my tooth. She had me sorted in less than an hour and absolutely no pain after. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sonu Yadav has been the best dentist for both myself and my children. When my son needed treatment for multiple cavities, Dr. Sonu provided exceptional care throughout his 5-6 sessions, ensuring each visit was smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend Dr. Sonu for her professional skill and compassionate approach to dental care.

Negative experience: First time visited, Dr Sonia checked my teeth and did X ray as I broke my tooth. She offered me 2 options - bridge($ 4,500) or implant($6,500), and I decided to do bridge. Second time appointment she pulled out my tooth, then third time she did X ray again and cleaned my teeth and showed me the bridge price $5,632, plus I already paid $937 for 3 appointments. I feel like I have been rip off, such a scammer.

Fantastic experience: Sonia is an excellent dentist. I have fillings since I was a child. I am now in my 50's The injections and drilling are the least uncomfortable I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend Sonia to anyone who is nervous when visiting the dentist Debra Scolaro

Fantastic experience: Wow! What an amazing place to go! Where to start? I start attending here in Aug 2024 after not stepping foot in a dental clinic in 20 years! (Oh I know that’s bad) Fear and nerves kick in big time!! Taking the step to make that first phone call was so scary. The call was answered by the awesome receptionist Nikki, she told me you’ve made the first step now, come down to see us and we will sort you out. From the moment I arrived I was reassured no judgement would be made. (Honestly there was no judgement whatsoever) They have a relaxation room you can go in if you can’t handle sitting in the waiting room. My dentist was the outstanding Dr Adrian who gave me the confidence to proceed with his recommendation of treatment. I was also reassured by cost and advised on ways to be able to afford the treatment. (I was not forced to proceed) it was all my decision! The previous manager also came on the journey with me and reassured me if I wasn’t happy they would do everything to make sure I was happy with every step. With the amount of visit I have had with Port Kennedy central dental, I have got to know a lot of the staff there and they are all amazing and non judgemental. My biggest fear of my first appointment was to be judge and lecture on why I hadn’t been to the dentist in so long. This did not happen! I highly recommend this dental practice and I’m pretty sad I won’t be seeing all these amazing people as often as I have for the last 6 months. Love you guys ❤️ THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Sorry for the long review, I hope it helps someone to gain the confidence to go visit after years of fearing the worse.

Negative experience: Do not go here! Worst experience of my life Walked out after 5 minutes as I was getting forced into treatment I didn't agree too or understand I kept asking the dentist to wait and they just kept pushing forward until I just got up and walked out Will never be returning

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth surgically extracted from Dr Famysa Riyas today. Such a great dentist surgeon and the young dental assistant working along side her was so comforting to me the whole time and really put me at east. I will come back to her everytime now. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’m really insecure about my teeth & have had some bad experiences at previous dentists, but Dr Sonu Yadav is amazing!! She shows care and compassion & is amazing at putting me at ease (as I was super nervous about my appointment). Negative experience: The worst dentist mate partner went in over a week ago in heaps of pain they pulled a tooth still in alot of pain they then said he had a abcces put him on 2 lots of antibiotics 2 weeks now and he is still in pain they pulled the wrong tooth and he's had to go to a different place more money another tooth removed and this dentist has done nurve damage and partner couldn't get numbed up properly cuz of the damage DO NOT GO HERE SO DESCUSTING NOT HAPPY UR A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PRACTICE

Fantastic experience: What an experience from start to finish. As someone who hasn’t been to the dentist since the school clinic, I was a bag of nerves. I had a molar break apart and was worried I’d lose the tooth or it would cost me my first born to fix. My worries were a waste of time. They were upfront with all costs I got a root canal, and to my surprise, zero pain!! Staff are amazing and caring, furthest thing away from pushy. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, it’s such a relaxing atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone who is even slightly nervous about the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Famysa Riyas has done a PERFECT job on renewing a filling with a new filling next to it BETWEEN THE TEETH. The old filling always gave me trouble. She took special care to allow flossing possible but build the fillings so food doesn’t get stuck. I had three fillings in one session with no pain in under an hour. I went back for a clean 4 days after and she took the extra time to ensure the surfaces were smooth and I was satisfied. This was over a month ago and it’s been great. Great Work Dr Famysa! Fantastic experience: Always have my teeth checked and cleaned here, have had fillings here too. I also take my kids to have their checkups and cleans. I recently had my 1st ever tooth pulled which I was so anxious about, the dentist was lovely and gave me stress balls to squeeze. Lovely reception always have a nice lil chat. They also fit me in urgently when needed even skipping their lunch break. Will always recommend and come back here even though I live 2hrs away it's worth the drive for me.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr K Chan today as a new patient, with bad toothache. I had previously stated online when booking my appointment how nervous I was. The lady on reception was lovely, so friendly. I couldn't be more happy with Dr K Chan. He was very polite, friendly, asked why I was so fearful of dentist. He was reassuring and gentle, I honestly didn't even feel the needle in my gum. I would 100% recommend this practice

Positive experience: Had the privilege to go and get my teeth looked at, pulled and cleaned by the lovely dentists. Dental assistants are always very helpful and try to keep you as comfortable as possible. However The time management is slacking. 3 appointments mismanaged, times pushed back, and still 15 minutes later, I won't be in a chair with the dentist. And I'm supposed to smile and let them take my time to be wasted sitting down when I could be at home making dinner.

I had Dr Ken do my work, legend of a bloke, great banter, very thorough in the way he explains the work done and does a stellar job. Negative experience: Had an appointment 2 weeks ago , got told I need 1 filling and booked in to go back today . Left the dentist today paying for the fillings $250 and got given a dental quote of work they said I need done of $7500. I still can’t really believe it. Definitely won’t be going back

Fantastic experience: Hi, I have been to this clinic a few times and seen Dr nicola, I give her 5 stars. she is an amazing dentist, very thorough and also with great nice personality, first time in years that i felt comfortable goin to a dentist. Fantastic experience: This dental surgery is the best i have visited. When you walk in there is a quiet, calming atmosphere. I have a fear of the dentist and have avoided going for some time. Shoutout to the beautiful reception staff who are gentle and kind in their approach. Dr Pal is efficiant, professional and has put any fear I have had to rest. I recently had a wisdom tooth removed and had not an ounce of pain from removal, right throughout healing; Dr Pal and his team know I have been fearful and have always accomodated me by booking a longer appointment and offering plenty of reassurance. Its a practice that puts YOU first, offering decent pricing and payment plans. They are quite conservative in their approach and wont do any work that is unneccesary. Honestly, I wouldnt bother going anywhere else. See you again soon for a checkup!

Negative experience: I have been to this practice a couple of times for treatment last month.I am new to the area and picked them because they had a high Google review score which is so very strange based on my experience? My impressions are not positive on what I have experienced,seen and observed. Firstly they are extremely expensive compared to other dentist in the area.If you are a wage earner this place is not for you.You are never given a price before treatment and after you are put in front of the secretary in the torture chair where you will be given an astronomical bill for a very rushed consultation where you feel that the idea is to get you in and out in less than 15 mins and bill you hundreds of dollars. If you didn't faint from their treatment,you will faint when you receive your bill!They never provide you an itemised account before taking your money and never a receipt like other normal dentist. Never mind some may say if the treatment was gentle professional and had a good outcome but unfortunately none of that happens. The couple of dentists I have been to there were very rough and damaged my gums and cheek blistered after treatment.Never happened anywhere else to me .Another dentist did a cleaning scaling etc...That was very ordinary and soon after a filling came off that same area she roughly scraped my tooth with the altrasonic cleaner.A scaler was not used to manually finish off resulting in the back of the front teeth not cleaned properly...again done in a crazy rush. They are not great so don't waste your hard earned money please go to a dentist who doesn't rush and takes time to do professional work at half the price in some cases.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit my husband had been up all night in severe pain. I went online and was able to message someone at 7 am and we’re told we could go in at 7-55 am. He was seen immediately. He had an emergency root canal. Since then we have had 3 follow up contacts . 2 via message and a follow up phone call. We have never experienced such Amazon service and care. We will be making them our dentist for our family.

Negative experience: Staff wonderful. The dentist who seen me great explained my situation and what I needed done perfectly. How ever, the quote I received I thought was very high. Decided to see another dental clinic. Was quoted 4500 cheaper. Also had requested my dental plan to be emailed to an email address as there printer was not working. It was not sent.

Fantastic experience: Wow ive never been a fan of dentist been close to 10 yrs since ive seen one & probably the reason i had to get a tooth removed these guys are amazing there attention to detail & making you feel at ease even down to the lovely lady at reception who was so friendly & kept me updated for an earlier appointment. Fantastic experience: Dr Nicola and her assistant did a great job today removing my tooth whilst explaining everything really well and making me feel comfortable. The place is really nice, modern and clean. The receptionist was helpful and quick getting me an appointment too. I’ll be happy to come back next time I need to.
