Fantastic experience: Very great services.

Fantastic experience: I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist in general, but I can't say enough good things about LN Dental Centre. The front desk team was so welcoming, and the clinic itself feels modern and has a really calming atmosphere. Dr. Victoria was fantastic—so gentle and patient. They took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, and the whole procedure was pain-free. It's great to have such a reliable and professional team right here in the Chester Hill area. I highly recommend them! you won't be dissapointed.

Negative experience: I found LN to be very dishonest and decitetful Went for bottom impressions so I can get my grill made, was told 50 for impressions and when it came time to pay the receptionist Henry told me 100. He then said they'd do moulds at no extra charge. When I picked it up it was boxed and wrapped, thankfully I opened it before posting because one was broken and the other had excess plaster on the teeth and no viable gumline. I called them and they said that that they may need to do scans at no extra cost to me. When I got there they told me it happened in postage and when I said it won't work for my grill due to the sloppy gumline and excess plaster they flat out told me no it's fine. Wouldn't recommend for things like this Surprise charges and gaslighting is not acceptable Here he goes lying again never once did i ask for upper impressions nor did they take upper impressions

Fantastic experience: I had a very bad experience with another dental clinic that left me in pain and crying for 24hours. I was desperate to extract a tooth and came across LN Dental Centre. Due to my previous dental visit at the other clinic, I was so anxious and scared but the dentists at LN Dental Centre were the most empathetic dentists and knew how to comfort me and make sure that my experience wasn’t going to be one that would traumatise me. The dentists here are knowledgeable, and are passionate about not only their work, but for their patients. If I could give this review 10 stars, I 100% would! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dental clinic.

I took my 5yr old for a regular check up and clean and am impressed with how thorough not only the Dentist, but how the whole staff of the clinic are, from the front desk to the nursing staff. My son didn't flinch once and I felt comfortable as a parent letting them do their thing. The comfort you receive from making an appt through to billing was at ease and so easy to do. I love how this clinic is family driven and their focus is purely patient care. They provide in house services like Xrays so there is no need to go externally. What stood out is that they cater for working families and are open on weekends when most families can squeeze in a visit. My Son loved his appointment and was excited to receive his own little oral hygiene gift pack after his visit. If you are local or within the surrounding suburbs and looking to find a family dentist, don't hesitate or look past these guys, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed. Fantastic experience: I went to get a check up and cleaning recently, and it was an amazing experience. The second you step in the reception was very welcoming, the centre was clean, spacious and has a very nice atmosphere. My dentist was Dr Cosmo Liu and he was extremely thorough and gentle, his assistant was very attentive and nice as well. They were both very patient with the questions I had. Overall I highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Visiting LN Dental Centre recently and I must say Dr Lee and her female assistant has vast knowledge and experience to make the visit a memorable one. She explained in details with regards to my tooth matters and her assistance always ensure that I have tissue to wipe and gargle my mouth thoroughly of blood. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental experience in town. My hygienist is gentle, kind and highly skilled at his profession. He gives me a detailed overview of my oral hygiene and how it compares with my last visit. She provides suggestions on how I can improve on my care between visits. All of the staff are helpful and it is obvious they work as a team.

Negative experience: After a tooth extraction at LN Dental, the wound could not heal properly until a small fraction of bone was pulled out. And the whole process took about 5 weeks. Two days after the dental surgery I returned to LN Dental as I felt something was wrong, but I was told nothing was wrong and my healing was very good. I chose to believe what I was told even till the last minute when I pulled out a small piece of bone from the tooth socket. Honestly, you may image how much discomfort I had suffered. For sure my experience with LN Dental is completely negative.

But I’m so happy with the end braces result and although I may have been a little impatient throughout its so worth the wait for the amazing result. Could recommend them enough.

There is no hard sell or dental work recommended that isn't absolutely necessary unlike other dentists I've been to over the years. Negative experience: Dentist apparently can't look at a cd or even my phone to view my wisdom teeth. No, they have to take another x-ray even though I had one on me taken 2 days prior! X-rays are not toys ladies and gents, maybe try and remember they emit radiation and some folks don't want unnecessary x rays, especially when pointed at their head. Fantastic experience: OMG where should I start..... this guys are awesome, the reviews was honest for sure, from the moment I called to book for cleaning and checkup, the price was right including the x-ray, professional and friendly over the phone, to the moment I arrived a bit late and was lost. The receptionist even went outside to wave for me and neither her nor the doctor made me feel guilty about being late...... Now moving on to Dr. Sue.... very friendly yet highly skilled and professional, I have very bad and neglected teeth, I didn't feel nothing was so relaxed and time went so fast as I picked up how confident and very competent Dr. Sue from the first minute, I just closed my eyes I was embarrassed from my teeth, not anymore, they still not perfect but no where near how they looked like before, Dr. Sue took her time explaining to me the available options and the cost for each pros and cons for each, she always took her time explaining and educating me on how to brush my teeth and floss the right way as I was doing it wrong for all of the past years and I'm 43 years old. I expected them to be in rush to make up for me being late, and honestly I accepted it, but guess what ! Dr. Sue took her time for every single step from the x-ray to the explanation to the cleaning to the polishing to the educational part, never felt once that she's rushing....HUGE PLUS for this point only,. Also they gave me a tooth brush on my way out I can't wait for my 2nd checkup 6 month is too far I will make it 4 month only, thank you Dr. Sue and your awesome team

Fantastic experience: Like many I don't enjoy a trip to the dentist, but what a pleasant experience LN are. Had a fractured tooth from an old amalgam filling and needed to see someone quick. Spent an hour in the chair and was talked through each process. These dentists are now going to be my families providers.
