Fantastic experience: It was an urgent situation as I dislodged a filling and perhaps part of the tooth also broke off over the weekend. Fortunately I was able to book an appointment on the Monday with my regular Dentist. Actual appointment time was perfect as I commute from NSI.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this dental practice enough all of the reception staff are lovely and welcome you with a smile every time. The nurses are friendly too and do a great job. Specifically Dr Alex is incredible, I have never had a dentist make me feel so safe he will always explain to you exactly what is happening and offer you any breaks when needed. Dr Alex and his team just removed two of my wisdom teeth and I couldn’t believe how smooth the process was. Thank you everyone at The Dental Project!

Fantastic experience: My whole life I have feared the dentist but no more. I know it sounds weird but I now find the dentist an enjoyable experience. Dr Vanessa is so gentle & kind & helpful. I would sincerely recommend The Dental Project, especially if you are a nervous patient.

Negative experience: I had the worst dental appt of my life here ,am 64 and have been to a number of dentists in the past. Both here and overseas, I left in tears after being treated as an idiot. Would never recommend this practice , they took my voucher and then preformed only a dental clean on three teeth. I am left in pain with no resolution. Very disappointing. New comments!!: after the appt above ,The clinc got in touch with and apologised for the experience I had ,they invited me to come back and see a different dentist , I went today and I will change my previous opinion to this ,we all have a bad day , today I met a kind and experienced dentist that offered an explanation and options to improve my teeth issues, I am very happy with today's treatment and would recommend this practice. Will be returning.

Negative experience: Our family had been loyal patients of this dental practice for over 10 years. When our daughter needed orthodontic care, we inquired about TruLine aligners, as we felt removable options would be more appropriate for her sensory needs and allow us to manage any discomfort more easily than with fixed braces. Her dentist referred us to a colleague for the consultation. Unfortunately, that experience was deeply disappointing. The specialist made it clear that, because our daughter is autistic, he felt it would be a waste of his time to even request a quote for TruLine—stating that if she wouldn’t wear them consistently, he wouldn’t bother. I explained that we were fully prepared to cover all costs ourselves, and if the aligners weren’t used, the consequences would fall solely on us as parents. Still, he refused to proceed with the quote, despite having said over a month earlier that he would. We were already concerned about the discriminatory tone during the initial conversation, and the follow-up call only reinforced those concerns. Following this, we specifically requested that our daughter’s regular dentist call us directly so we could discuss the situation. That call never happened. It is unacceptable for any professional to deny a child care or options based on assumptions about a disability. We can no longer support a practice that employs individuals who fail to recognize—or worse, justify—discriminatory behavior toward children.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vinessa eased my anxiety immediately and while removal of the tooth the only option, she was brilliant. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and gentle. Can't thank her and The Dental Project enough for squeezing me in.

Fantastic experience: I have a tremendous fear of dentist, after not attending a dentist for decades , made an appointment at the dental project at Wellington point with DR chraag devanu, after being told I needed a crown i knew I would be in safe hands, a true professional, a gentleman, with the most calming nature I have ever dealt with, the 2 front office ladies so friendly really made my visit a breeze, see you in 6 months, definitely will be taking better care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: It was one of the best dentist experiences I have ever had, they took pain away I had for years on sensitive teeth, explained everything they were doing, and made me feel at ease. I didn’t get pushed for fillings or anything I didn’t need, and the process was very reasonable. The team are lovely here, and make your visit comfortable and pleasant.

I don't have very good teeth and with the help of Viet, Alice the Hygienist she's just as amazing too! I'm hopeful at hanging on to them as long as I can! I hadn’t been for many years and I visited the Dental Project a little shy of two years ago, and having Dr. Chiraag as my dentist has well and truly put my fear of dentist well behind me. I called up as I was in pain the admin staff prioritised me and made an appointment to fit me in. The dentist I saw was Alex he talked me through all the steps along the way. Showed me what he was talking about and just the education of what I can do better what is happening with my teeth and gave me a clear plan moving forward. Fantastic experience: I recently utilised The dental project after having severe nerve pain from an impacted wisdom. They wasted no time in referring me to a facial surgeon after an initial inspection who managed to fit me in as quick as possible. I have since returned to the dental project and had my first real appointment and couldn't speak more highly of my dentist and his assistant, on both visits my dentist took the time to explain everything he was doing prior to doing so and was especially thorough in asking questions and making sure I was comfortable and understood all aspects of my appointment. I left without the feeling of being pressured into unnecessary follow-up visits that I have experienced with other practitioners whilst being comfortable with the ongoing care offered. I will definately be making these guys my new dentists and have already recommended them to my family in the area. Great job guys, thankyou so much.

I am so thankful that I found a dental practice who truly cares about their patients and their health. Today I attended TDP for my bi annual check up with Dr Woonki at the new location (ON POINT). It is a beautiful fresh clinic with ample under cover parking. The clinic also features TV screens above the super comfy dental chairs I look forward to my next visit mid year so I can treat my teeth and maintain excellent oral health. There is no better feeling then a clean and scale . Keep up the great work The Dental Project.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for many years. The practise has recently moved location next door and the new building is very nice & modern. This place is state of the art. You can watch Netflix on the ceiling during your procedures for those who worry about going to the dentist. The service in this place is exemplary particularly provided by Dr Chiraag Devani. Dr Devani has great personality and is friendly and sociable with his patients. More importantly, he is professional, highly skilled, non-judgmental, very knowledgeable and shows a genuine care of his patients. He has excellent memory even if you do not attend the clinic often. He provides you honest feedback and can answer any of your dental related concerns. Some procedures here can be covered entirely by private health insurance leaving no out of pocket expenses.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Dental Project and saw Chriaag to have some fillings replaced. Chriaag (very helpfully and nicely) pointed out some abnormalities in my jaw anatomy which was a very educational experience for me. He was happy to answer any of my questions I had, and walked me through the next steps to take to see a more specialised doctor for this. Across my two appointments with him, the team worked like a well oiled machine between Chriaag and the dental technicians/assistants. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, helpful, positive, and educational experience. Thank you Chriaag and the whole dental project team. He is very gentle when scaling and cleaning my teeth and explains every step of the process so you know what to expect. Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Dental Project since they opened in Wellington Point. I have always been nervous of going to the dentist, something which started in my childhood. Let's face it going to the dentist in the 60s was not a wonderful experience. Since going to The Dental Project I have had to have a few major dental treatment eg Crown etc. Viet is the best dentist ever! He always listens and lets me know what he is going to do throughout the appointment. Over the years I have learnt to trust him so my fear has almost completely gone. He is such a kind dentist. The staff are all friendly. The practice keeps up to date with modern technology and they practice the very best of hygiene.
