Fantastic experience: The team at Floss Wellington Point have been amazing. Initially Dr Richard, very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Described exactly what he was doing constantly which I appreciated. His assistant Georgia was super friendly too. Dr Calem was equally great, had all the answers I needed straight away. Last but not least, Liz at the reception desk. Always smiling and welcoming on a first name basis. With all this said no one likes going to the dentist but I have no problem visiting the team here.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed, both with the new technology being competently used and explained as well as having all my (not always relevant) questions answered. The level of genuine care and explanation of what to expect later in the day was helpful and appreciated. Wonderful to also watch distracting images while work is being done. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: From the friendly greeting at reception and then on to the lovely dental assistant and my dentist, Rhys, I was impressed by my first visit to Floss. The hour long appointment was relaxing and very thorough. I was invited to view the photographs and X-rays that had been taken and my dentist explained everything to me. The visit was entirely pain free ---something which I had not experienced before, particularly during the cleaning of my sensitive bottom teeth. I highly recommend Floss.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ciaran is the best dentist we have experienced. Having kids with high anxiety and multiple failed attempts, this Dentist successfully managed all the work needed. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by lovely reception staff. The sense of security given is immeasurable. Playing their favourite music, tv show on the ceiling and just reassuring them that they are in control. He talks through everything and his presence is caring and safe. If you have a highly anxious child or adult who is fearful of the dentist this is the place to go. Communicate with them when making the booking and they will do everything to make it a safe place. I am so happy we found Floss and Dr Ciaran.

Fantastic experience: I had a fair portion of one of my upper molar teeth break away whilst I was chewing. I was able to make an appointment to be seen to very quickly, to which I am thankful. Upon accessing the tooth, a full extraction was the best option as the tooth was unable to be recovered. I cannot underscore the incredibly attentive treatment that was offered to me. I was made to feel comfortable and they (Dr Rhys and Tyler) ensured that at the slightest tinge of pain, to administer numbing agent as required. I am thankful to them both for gracefully achieving a painless outcome, and would happily recommend them to those seeking quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Kind, caring, understanding, thoughtful, supportive and very professional are just a few or more adjectives that come to mind when describing my experience with Dr Rhys and his wonderful team at Floss. I was recommended to see floss dental by a friend and I am ever so grateful. On my first visit to see Dr Rhys, I broke down and cried. I was so embarrassed by the state and condition of my teeth, though Dr Rhys offered great compassion plus a wonderful opportunity for me to be able to smile confidently once again. It took several months of dedication to accomplish what needed to be done, but the end result was worth it for me. I can confidently smile again with great looking teeth and I now feel much younger and better within myself. My mum calls him a genius and a miracle man. The level of care was amazing. Dr Rhys would often ring me up just to see how I was feeling and make sure everything was ok. His work is brilliant. Taylor, his pretty assistant, was always by his side encouraging me and supporting me through each and every stage. The reception staff were excellent also, Samara and Ally were always helpful, efficient, and very polite and courteous on the phone. Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend! As someone who has had a fear of dentist for many years, the thought of booking a dentist appointment filled me with dread. Recently, I felt that I had to do something and booked an initial inspection appt with Ciaran after my sons routine visit. Any anxiety I was feeling in the waiting room disappeared completely as soon as I started speaking with Ciaran, his relaxed approach eased my nerves, he is very understanding of my circumstance and we made a plan to fix things up. After seeing an immediate improvement, unbelievably I am now looking forward to my next appointment. Got to say the girls at the front desk are great too and provide friendly service every time.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Floss last year after breaking a tooth and unable to see my usual dentist for weeks. Floss got me in and fixed up in a couple of days. Since then I’ve needed other work done- fillings, crowns etc. Dr Cairan has been gentle and thorough with his care. Always checking to make sure I’m ok throughout. I’ve had a 3 hour session this morning and the whole team made the process stress free and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The receptionist Amanda is an absolute gem and did everything she could to ease my nerves and make me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I can’t fault this place. The staff are just amazing and so caring. My 2 year old loved the gift box and was happy to have her teeth looked at and my nervous 11 yr old was put at ease and walked out smiling. We have gone to several other local dentist but have finally found the perfect one for us.

Fantastic experience: This is dental heaven! My daughter has gone from being hysterical at the mere mention of a dentist to fighting with her siblings about who gets to go first! Ciarren and Callum are kind, gentle and interact beautifully with the kids. The kids adore both them and the fact that Netflix plays on the ceiling in equal measure! They are passionate about dental innovation, clearly love what they do and are very much at the top of thier game. I won't go anywhere else and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have three children and the one thing that I needed is a dentist who yeasts the kids like ppl. Floss is the best way of making my children feel relaxed and comfortable. My oldest child needed a extra tooth removed and the way it was handled made my child no shred one tear in the chair. The staff are friendly and understanding. The team really knock it out the park.
