Negative experience: Pricing on website is not transparent. Different prices depending on which dentists you see. Generally good dental work so far. Shame not transparent about pricing.

Negative experience: Terrible value for money!! They will sell you the cheapest & most toxic materials at the highest prices, giving misleading information when asked details. As a bonus, you go there get a simple filling done and you deal with a tooth ache for more than a month, when they’ll tell you “it’s normal” Very unprofessional and unreliable, but highly expensive!

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience when I visited this dental clinic, it was my first time at this clinic, I had no problems with my teeth, I just went for a routine check up and clean. It was suggested that I get new fillings as the old ones has caused hair line cracks in my teeth and if I leave it it will create further problems down the track and would be a very costly outcome. I agreed to do the procedure with Dr Kevin but there was complications when he removed the old filling, he went too deep and damaged the nerves, it caused so much pain and suffering. and it got infected and I had to have 2 doses of antibiotics. I was told that the nerves were dead and had to be removed with route canal treatment and also a crown inserted which would cost me $4000 plus. after so many months of pain and discomfort, I was then overcharged by $1000 and it took several weeks and phone calls to get this refunded. I was not a not very happy with my experience with this dental clinic and i do recommend them and I will never go back.

I went to get a second opinion on some work quoted by another dentist, and Our Medical Dental quoted the same treatment plan but significantly cheaper, and were able to fit me in the very next morning for the first session of work - a wisdom tooth extraction - which went as well as I could possibly hope for. Even through the healing process there has been minimal pain, a testament to the quality of the work performed. I can highly recommend Dr Cyril for a very gentle and painless wisdom tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: First visit Dr Cyril for my teeth, he was very good, proceeds completed in a gentle way and I didn’t feel any discomfort or pain, and result was excellent, he removed the terrible stain on my teeth, and after treatment my teeth look so white and so good. All of those good service comes without any gap payment out of my pocket. Previous dentist same job I needed to pay the gap almost $300. I will definitely back again to see Dr Cyril. Positive experience: I saw Dr Kevin and he was great at fully explaining everything and providing a lot of information about teeth. However, he recommended I have a large number of fillings (around 8 or 9). I thought this seemed a bit excessive as I've never needed any work on my teeth before so I got a second opinion at a nearby dentist. This dentist said I only needed 1 filling, and to keep an eye out on another tooth over the next year which might need a filling in a year or so. I've seen a couple of other reviews for Our Medical dentists with a similar experience so I would just be a little wary.

Fantastic experience: Went in last week and was seen promptly on time by Dr. Cyril he and his assistant were nice and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and shared with me some of the concerns they had. Having not been to the dentist in a few years I was worried about it. But they both made it easy and simple to understand, showing me the x-rays to see teeth decay. The receptionist was able to book me in easily for my next appointment a few days later and she helped me arrange with my Health Insurance provider to get a refund. I've booked in for my next 6 month check up and have also recommended it to my partner to go see them
