Dr. Martin took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. His professionalism and skill were evident, and I felt at ease despite my usual dentist anxiety. The office is clean, modern, and well-equipped. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dentist!

Fantastic experience: We have been visiting Dr Greg Killoran and Dr Paul as well, prior to his retirement since 1998 , and Dr Martin since he joined the practice . It truly is hard to find the words of gratitude to Greg and Robyn in particular for their endless empathy and genuine caring they have given to our family in times of pain & nervousness ! We have moved a fair distance away, but still travel to see them . Forever grateful .

Fantastic experience: Dr David did an amazing job with my teeth at Killoran dental. Due to past dental traumatic experiences I have been very picky about the dentist I saw. I was referred to Killoran dental via a friend. Dr David who saw me made sure I felt very comfortable and he made sure I was in a safe space. He found out all the issues I had during the same appointment and was very gentle and clear in the way he communicated with me regarding what needed to be sorted immediately and what could wait a little longer. He knew the treatment approach to take with me to make the session as pain free and comfortable as possible. The assistant working with him was also rhythmically able to work in accordance to his pace on me. Overall I had a splendid experience here! And my teeth are well maintained because of the staff here! I highly recommend Killoran Dental!

Fantastic experience: I used to be anxious with dental check-ups, but Dr Martin Huynh-To has made me feel comfortable on all occasions that I visited. he is very honest about what should or shouldn't be done, and any details that would follow. I have learnt that the feeling of comfort/safety from the dentist is as important as the procedure itself. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Positive experience: I was disappointed that I made a few searches around and even called to ask a few things to make sure I wouldn't be overcharged, but it seems Google reviews are not that trusted, and for dental service, it's a kind of try and fail. I rarely write a review, but this time I want to provide more information for patients who seek dental services. If you are budget-tight and pay services out-of-pocket (without having a dental benefit scheme), I recommend asking for detailed fees for some billing codes, for example: 88011- general examination, 88114 and 88121. Then you can go ahead and tell AI to find the 2025 schedule fees from the Department of Health for a reference. The fees I was charged were 21% higher than the scheduled fee. So I will say the clinic was considered (itself) a high-end service, which is fine. But the way you applied the topical solution, e.g. using a cotton tampon, brushing quickly in seconds, not even going into detail inside or outside, seems not a top quality service for a price of 45$.

Negative experience: This dentist surgery called my father homeless person while they where taking photos of there business from outside while my father was waiting for me. While I was in the doctors they said it's a fake review it's a lie it's true and I heard it for myself. We have dashcam footage of them calling my father a homeless bum. I'm gonna say this killoran dental. If you ever say that to my father again I will go into your surgery and I'll physically sort everyone one of yas out personally. Keep ya mouths zipped tight or you have it coming for you.

Fantastic experience: I had a really bad tooth ache, unfortunately I had to get the tooth removed. Dr Martin was really good, explained the whole process and the after care. He made the experience a lot easier. Very professional, polite and good at what he does.

Negative experience: Me and my family will no longer use killoran dental after one the dentists said I was a homeless person whilst I was waiting to pick up a family member from the doctor. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is wow 5 stars from the lovely receptionist Robyn, Dental Assistant Tina and Dr Greg Killoran. Our son is having surgery, which we’ve had to do all pre-checks very quickly and Robyn fitted us in the same day to help expedite things for us. Beautiful space and beautiful staff, will be bringing the whole family. Thanks so much again! Just wanted to make an addition to my previous review, today I attended for myself and saw Dr Martin for what I assumed could only be a quote and plan but Doctor Martin was able to fix an acute issue for me. He did a fabulous consult, very informative and ensured my comfort throughout the whole procedure. This is a fabulous service, especially the customer service which is unparalleled. Fantastic experience: Our family has been seeing Dr Martin at Killoran Dental for a few years now and have been blown away by his kindness and consideration in the way that he works. He constantly ensures the comfort of our children and goes above and beyond to make sure that they feel safe and heard during their appointments. Whilst going to the dentist is definitely not a child's favourite adventure, Dr Martin makes it an easy experience where our children have no fear of attending and enjoy filling him in with what's happening in their world. Dr Martin has built a great rapport with our children and we feel safe in the knowledge that they are being well looked after. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Dr Martin and the team enough after they supported my son this week when he fell from his new bmx bike and chipped his tooth. Dr Martin and the lovely administrative assistant kept the practice open just to see my soon urgently before they closed, completed assessments/ provided reassurance and really went above and beyond to support my son (and myself) during this stressful moment. Negative experience: April-This has been the only bad dental experience I've had across 5 continents! And that too for a basic scale and clean! The pain inflicted upon my mouth for basic scale clean thanks to Dr Shaky hands was strangely much worse than the time I had a root canal done back in Sydney with my old dentist. The service was shocking and abysmal. Their main dentist was messy, insincere, and incompetent and the dental assistant kept spraying my entire face and hair with water. Neither even had the basic decency to apologise. Charged me a gap of hundreads on top of top of the line healthcare for a 15 minute scale and clean which either comes as no gap or under $70 at other dentists. Beware of all the 5 star fake bought reviews dentists seem to have these days. Update June- Not certain who the reply has been addressed to but I suppose with so many unhappy clients they'd continually get confused. Neither have I written bad reviews for any other dentists but killorans attempt at stalking is rather concerning, unprofessional and petty. Best to stop these lengthy disgruntled false replies to genuine reviews here and maybe focus on tge rather empty practice or a hobby if not too many people visit. No decent successful business has the time to stalk, snoop and write lengthy emotional novels on Google review, only the failed ones with too much time on hand do. Take this on as constructive criticism if you're capable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Linda and Dr Martin are incredibly professional and genuinely caring. Killoran dental staff at the desk were very accommodating and their service was exceptional.

Fantastic experience: My 2 year old went for his second visit to Dr Martin last week and since then has a newfound enthusiasm for dental hygiene that I had not been able to manage with all the toys and voices and games I could muster. Dr Martin showed us how to brush teeth using a model and brush and gave us kits to take home and now we need to pull out the egg timer, brush all teeth properly (even lets me help now) and then don't forget flossing Mummy! Hopefully it lasts, but meanwhile a great achievement regardless.

Fantastic experience: I saw Martin yesterday after not being able to get into my regular dentist. He was AMAZING! I ended up needing my tooth out and Martin was gentle, kind and I am a very nervous patient and I literally felt nothing! He made me feel very at ease and would happily take my kids to him and recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here with Dr Martin and his assistant, with a first checkup for my one year old son, a checkup for myself and then with two fillings. I have a history of panic attacks and they both were very kind and understanding. Every step of the process was kindly explained, and I had my fillings done with no pain or even really any discomfort. Will be coming back for sure

She is always very pleasant and calm, puts me at ease and explains everything very well. Treatment is quite painless. And I catch up on some sleep!

Im so glad i found him as i have had a horrific history with dentists previously leading to much anexity and avoidance seeing dentists in the past . I will not go to another dentist . So professional and always gives me options for treatment that fit my circumstances at the time . I have gone from having to take anti anxiety medication previously to falling asleep in the chair .

Fantastic experience: The first dental clinic I went to was teriable. They didn't fully get all the decay out of the tooth and I had to get them taken out. We were looking for a new clinic and we found Killoran Dental. The moment we walking in we were greeted with big smiles and a friendly hi. Our dentist Linda was very carefully and skillful. My children were very nervous but once Linda talked to them they started to relax. The price was reasonable. Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend it for the whole family.
