Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Dr Lakshman and the wonderful dental assistant Beckie enough for the outstanding care I received during and after my wisdom teeth extractions. They were both so kind, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated the follow-up calls to check on how I was doing, Christy at reception was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Truly a fantastic team – highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The ladies at the desk are very comforting would be great with children. Really easy to talk to both dentist once again very comforting. Happy I went. I had a bunch of teeth removed and needed a fair bit of work done and it was all pain free :) Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Cute waiting area with coffee machine & biscuits, receptionist was absolutely lovely, also gave me great tips on health insurance. Dentist Spenta Balsara is great, I felt like she really cared about my teeth & dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dentists@Labrador since I moved to the GC 2 years ago. Recently I had to have my childhood fillings replaced. Dr Spenta removed and replaced 3 old fillings. The experience was comfortable and relaxing. So relaxing in fact that I started to drift off a couple of times. Never felt any needles nor any discomfort during the whole procedure. The final outcome was perfect. Dr Spenta made sure that my ‘bite’ was in tact and not affected by the new fillings. I’m so glad that I found Dr Spenta and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to my half yearly visits. If you are looking for a dentist that is professional, gentle, caring and does amazing work with your teeth you must give Dr Spenta at Dentists@Labrador a try. You will be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Dentists @ Labrador started by being greeted by receptionist Chrissy who firstly booked me an appointment and then welcomed me when I arrived and then I was looked after by Dr Spenta who attended to my issues in a very professional manner, in all was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lakshman is honestly the best! The whole team is so down to earth and genuinely lovely to be around. They made me feel totally comfortable from the start. Dr. Lakshman and dental assistant Shelley explained everything in a super chill, easy to understand way and doesn’t make you feel rushed at all. You can tell they really care. The practice manager Christy was super friendly and made it really easy to book appointments around busy schedules. The actual clinic was very beautiful, the waiting room is elegant and calming and the consultation rooms were sterile yet inviting with a TV mounted to the celling for my enjoyment. This team is the greatest. 100000% recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache over the Easter weekend so I needed to find a dentist today to help me. From the first moment of contact on the phone I was greeted by a very friendly lady at reception and they were able to fit me in that afternoon. I was nervous as I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time, however on arrival I was met with warm friendly and lovely staff whom made me feel less anxious. Before during and after my appt I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed which I was very appreciative of, as it was something I had been putting off. My dentist was gentle and caring and just want to say thankyou so much for that. I'm happy to find my new dentist who is caring and non judgemental. Would recommend to anyone who wants a dental practice that is caring kind and thoughtful

Fantastic experience: The team here are fantastic! Twice I've rang them over the past year for an emergency booking. They managed to squeeze me in on the day. Even when I was a brand new patient, never been in before! The team are always so friendly and accommodating. I told them the truth about how I get work done overseas but I go to them in emergencies. They were not biased at all. They gave me helpful tips on lessening the costs in Australia with private health insurance and working out payment plans. They still happily sent me my x-rays so I can send it to my dentist overseas anyway. I am considering getting private health insurance so I can just go to them as they really do take care of me every time I go in.

Fantastic experience: You have to love when you bite into a crispy piece of Bacon on a Sunday morning and your tooth breaks. With only just relocating to the Gold Coast and in a lot of discomfort, I reached out to Dentists@Labrador via email. The lovely Christy called me first thing Monday with an appointment time that day. The Dental team was so empathetic and explained every step to this big sook! I can't thank them enough for their amazing work and positive outcome. Looks like I've just found my new Dentist. Next time, just a clean :)

Prior to that visit, I had not been to a dentist for over 6 years, due to some bad experiences I had with other dentists. I can't recommend Dentists@labrador highly enough. All of the staff are wonderful and they put you at ease straight away. I felt no pain while they were working on me, and my tooth is no longer hurting.
