Negative experience: Unprofessional clinic Made an appointment online for implant consultation with Dr.Shah and then on the appointment date, half an hour before the appointment they called me saying Dr.shah dos not do implant and the other Dr doing implant is not available till next 3 weeks. If you do not have a service: 1. Fix your online appointment to remove implant from Dr.shah services 2. Call people some days before the due date, not half an hour before the appointment and cancel the appointment Unprofessional costumer service and not respecting clients 'time Frustrating

Negative experience: Booked an appointment got the confirmation email for 1040 turn up at reception. Finally the lady comes back out the front. Wouldn’t open the door left me standing there when she finally opened up the door she said we’re closed. I asked about my appointment that was confirmed. She said she texted me because the dentist was feeling sick and couldn’t work today. But I got no text bad Customer service service

Negative experience: Not happy I do not understand when the appointment was made and still I had to wait more than 20 min. I had my appointment at 10.20 and I reached on time but still they made me wait more than 20 min. I am very sure if I would be more than 20min late they would have cancelled my appointment. When asked after 15 min what's going on at reception the girl said you can re schedule as they going to be another 5-10min. this needs to be addressed waiting 5-10 min its ok as I understand but more than 20 min after having an appointment pre booked does not make sense.

Negative experience: I came in yesterday with a terrible toothache, I thought it may be an abscess. X Ray was done on sore tooth, nothing seen , so sent away and told to use warm salt water and a compress on sore area. Have been awake all night in excruciating g pain and called back this morning to be seen, told no appointment to fit me in to fix problem. So annoyed as pain is very bad

Negative experience: Please do not book through with Dr Mihika Vajpayee. She is very rude and has condescending attitude. I was running late to an appointment and called prior to explain that i was running late. When i got there, Dr Vajpayee cancelled my whole appointment in a very rude manner and did not want to re-book with me. Please avoid going to her!

Positive experience: Dr.Geeta and her team was amazing for my kids first dental checkup. Dr.Geeta made sure that she explained everything prior to each step of the dental checkup which made my kids reassured. The doctor was very approachable and made sure to answer all questions that I had. Lastly, the dental nurse/assistant with Dr.Geeta was very kind and helpful to my kids. Great team work!!

Negative experience: Took my 5 yr old here recently, the reception staff were lovely, unfortunately i felt the dentist rushed us through our appointment, she did not show empathy for my child's fear of dentist , and was not a good experience, we then did our follow up appointment with another company for the procedures needed, were we received a much better experience needed for children!!! Unfortunately i do not recommend pacific smiles for younge children as they did not deliever - friendliess, education on tools and procedures (just started sticking thier hands and tools in his mouth without permission or explanation) and most of all lack of patience for scared boy. Not to mention the fee they charge to pay with eftpos was unessasary We will sadly not be returning.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and no issues until recently. Had a wisdom tooth extraction which I was told would only cost me $250, was in the chair for almost an hour and a half, numbing wearing off, in excruciating pain. Dentist looked like she had no idea what she was doing. Went to pay… $450 later. 3 days go by still in excruciating pain, the dentist said if I needed to come back it would be free of charge. Had to make another appointment due to dry socket, and again walk out having to pay an additional $80. That’s a total of $530 for nothing but issues. Any other dentist I would’ve gone to would not of charged for a check up fee. Will never be coming back again. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gupta was absolutely amazing. My daughter (11 years old) had to get a baby tooth pulled out. Dr Gupta was absolutely wonderful and kept asking my daughter if she was ok and telling her how brave she was. She was so caring and compassionate towards my daughter. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Raman did an amazing job. I had initially went to get scaling and cleaning done on my teeth. But she advised to get x-ray as she noticed issue on couple of my teeth. But I wasn’t sure if I was covered by insurance, so she got it double checked and advised that I can. She advised that 2 of my teeth need further attention. She advised preventative care for 1 of my teeth and filling for one. I have had 3 fillings in my mouth and without doubt this was the best filling and best perfect experience I have had . Perfect!!! I highly recommend Dr Raman!

Negative experience: I've had a clean and check up here every 6 months for years, however each time was a new dentist. Just recently found out I have advanced gum disease that should have been detected years ago. How was this not picked up in all my past check ups? It did not happen overnight. Zero stars, do not come here if you want professional care!

Negative experience: Was a good place to go didn't go for a few years didn't know they lost there bupa preferred status then today left work early to get a call 20 mins before the appointment that there system is down and can not see any patients would of thought u could still deal with thing but guess they don't trust there customers to pay later. After rescheduling for another appointment after I had to follow up with them they then try to cancel my appointment this place is such a joke start a root canal and keep cancelling the temp filling is starting to fall out if this tooth. do not I repeat do not bother going here unless it is for something so basic it's a 1 time appointment. Update number 2 after going again after they tried to cancel my appointment again the dentist then said they can not do anything today and would get me to see another dentist. As I work Monday to Friday I can only attend on weekends the dentist that they then tried to get me to see only has 1-weekend appointment left before they go on leave and will only be working weekdays. The best bit about all that is they then charge me for the dentist to tell me he won't do anything the way this clinic is run does not bring a smile and makes me lose faith in pacific smile

Positive experience: 12/04/22, 10.18am: Not happy with the receptionist who took my call this morning. Rushing the conversation and talking over me. Sounded very impatient. Very different from my experience when I visited on 08/04/22. The receptionist then and dentist (Dr Nishma Shah) were so lovely; very good customer service. I highly recommend Dr N Shah.

Negative experience: I been going to this place from last few years. I saw three dentist here two of three those three are good. Third one was ok. However today was my worst experience with store it self. I had appointment booked for 5pm, went there, I been told that I don't have any appointments with them. Negative experience: I’m very disappointed,in fact furious. Was contacted 2 days ago to reschedule my appointment due to COVID.When l stated l would prefer to have my treatment done as ld organised the time off work,the Receptionist rescheduled my appointment to 10.50,some 1 hour & 20 minutes later. I was also told ld be in the chair no longer than 30 minutes as l had a later appointment elsewhere. On arrival l had my temperature taken & filled in the required COVID information . The Dentist asked me in & directed me to Room 4.I thought it odd that there were 2 assistants waiting in the room. I was asked to sit in the treatment chair then told that l couldn’t have my filling done. I explained that ld taken the time off work & would be hard to organise further time in the near future.The Dentist replied “you were told over the phone that your filling couldn’t be done!” If it was steadfast that my treatment couldn’t be done,why did the Receptionist reschedule for the later time?Why advise me that the treatment would only take 30 minutes?Why have me fill in the COVID paperwork?Why not ring me prior to my appointment to say my treatment could definitely not be done?? Very very poor service and communication. You’ve lost this patient!

Negative experience: I saw two seperate dentists here who both seemed lovely but stuffed my teeth. One didnt do a root canal properly and its still infected now. Second gave me such a large filling and took away most of my tooth enamel leaving leaving me in immense pain leaving no choice but to remove the nerve.. thus needing a root canal now and crown which likely can't happen as the tooth has no structure from a dodgy shaped filling and grinding half of my tooth down . Its a molar too so a via tooth. Wish I had never gone there and will not be back..

Fantastic experience: Had a basic molar extracted today at the Cranbourne clinic. It cost me $376 which i was told before proceeding, extraction took only a few minutes to come out in one whole piece no drama. Price wise it was a bit of a shock (i had no idea one tooth could cost so much) but the job was flawless and completely pain free. Staff was so nice too. I am not trying to say this clinic is expensive as i do not know what other clinics charge?! Just giving the viewer a guide.

Fantastic experience: Our family saw Nishma for our check up and clean. It was our four year olds first time at the dentist and Nishma took the time to get him comfortable with all of the equipment and the chair. He enjoyed the entire experience and is looking forward to his next visit. Nishma was very gentle with our cleans and we were very happy with the results. We will definitely be coming back to see Nishma moving forward.

Negative experience: Got my chipped tooth done it chipped after two weeks so had to get it redone and it’s chipped again this is ridiculous it shouldn’t be breaking that easily they obviously aren’t doing it properly do not recommend
