Fantastic experience: I was going through intense pain so bad pain medication could no longer help with my tooth, I went to acorn and they made my procedure as comfortable as possible, their attitude made me feel hopeful and finally put me out of pain, they eased my concerns and eased my anxiety about the procedure, they gave me a plan and were really supportive of my situation, I could not recommend them enough, I am so grateful for the staff at acorn

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of dental work lately which has been carried out by Vanessa. Vanessa is a perfectionist in her work (something you want in a dentist). She takes time to explain things step by step and listens to what you have to say, her cheerful manner is always present at every appointment which puts any anxieties to rest. I'm extremely happy with the work l've had done and happy with the service. A big thank you from me!

Negative experience: The appointments are always running late by about 20 minutes. Yesterday I had an appointment at 4pm and was taken in at 4:35pm. I have had regular appointments at this dentist, as this is where I got my braces done, and the timing has been a reoccuring issue. Other than bad punctuality, the service is fine and dentists are friendly.

Fantastic experience: I’ve got dentist PTSD but omg this place is amazing. They do such a great job and look after you so genuinely and really puts me at ease.

Positive experience: Friendly staff. If there are any issues with work done, they will fix it.

My daughter has just recently finished her Orthodontic treatment under the amazing Dr Joel after a not so pleasant experience at another well known Orthodontic Clinic here in Perth. We are very grateful for all their help and recommend Acorn to all our friends and family. You guys are topclass !!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Vanessa is lovely and so caring knowing my phobia of needles. I have all my trust in her and didn't feel any pain as she repaired my cracked crown. Which included having a needle in my gum.

Negative experience: Dentists (Joel Teoh) should not practice orthodontics. I’m out of pocket approximately $30k fixing his handiwork on my child

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend enough. I’ve been using Acorn for years now. I always find the staff friendly and welcoming. Joel is excellent with the kids and is passionate about early intervention for orthodontic work. I recently had a broken filling and dispite it being a very busy time, they fit me in and Darren was fabulous, so gentle and explained everything he was doing. He said it was a deep filling but I had no pain or issues in the days following the treatment. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest team here at Acorn, Vivian is the best and her attention to detail is 2nd to none. Showed me how my cap was being 3 D created on their state of the art equipment and explains everything thoroughly. I won't go anywhere else. 5 ******, thanks again Viv.

Fantastic experience: One of my kids have been through orthodontic treatment here and now another one is going through the same. Can’t fault this place. We have moved house away from the area so at the start of the year I took my daughter to see another orthodontist up where I live. Basically got turned away and told to come back when all of her baby teeth are lost. I knew I needed a second opinion. That’s when I called Acorn. Straight away they told me exactly what was causing her issues and what can be done. He also picked up her mild tongue tie. So now not only is my daughter getting the proper treatment she needs but we are also off to see an ENT for the other issues. I’m so grateful for this place and will travel the hour drive any day over finding a new place.

Negative experience: Whenever we have an appointment, we need to sit for a while even though we always reach 5 or 10 minutes before appointment time. Today on 11 th August 2023, my daughter has an appointment at 4:40 afternoon and has not get in till 5:15 PM. And still waiting. They do not have value for client time. Very very disappointment everytime.

Fantastic experience: Very kind and professional staff. Listened to all my issues and past history and acted on it accordingly. When I booked, the receptionist was aware of the pain I was in and went out of her way to get me an appointment ASAP. Lots of small things that make the place very pleasant to visit.

Negative experience: When there today for a check and clean. They were running late and didn’t allow enough time to complete the work. They didn’t complete the work that was booked and only completed a rough clean. They were happy for me to come back, at more expense and more time off work. My experience is they are happy to charge you full price for half the job. Poor service. Positive was staff were friendly.

Fantastic experience: I attended Acorn Dental a few times and now that my procedures are almost over, I realised that not only do I have my confidence and smile back, I am now stressing less, much less. Cindy is sooo professional, asking how I am every 2 or so minutes. Her assistant(s) are also polite and professional. As a person who has constantly procrastinated when it comes to dentistry, I now wish I had gone there earlier. In any persons mind, it's the needle(s) that is the most worrying part, and in all honesty, I hardly felt a thing. What I did feel was much less than the pain of a toothache. We all have relatives who are too frightened to go to a dentist and I am going to recommend Acorn Dental Centre to all my relatives.

Fantastic experience: It's Been 20 years since my last dentist visit I was scared nervous afraid not knowing what to expect and there he was the one everyone has been talking about Casper that's right Dr Casper the moment I saw him there was this glowing aura surrounding him as if he was some arch angel my mind was completely blown I knew I was going to be in safe hands he welcomed me with open arms showing me love and respect and then treated me with godlike precision and care the experience was unbelievable, phenomenal definitely will be coming back I suggest all viewers reading this post to look no further acorn dental is the place to go for all your dental needs

Fantastic experience: Great place, incredibly friendly staff and very good dentists as well. Parking is very easy to get, and access is no problem. They’re busy but not overly so; if you get the chance to book Dr. Casper Leow or Natalie Leow you definitely should - they are by far the best dentists I have visited!

Fantastic experience: My family of five have been attending The Acorn Dentist in Armadale for 20 years. We have always found them to provide a service of excellence. No problem to hard to solve and in a friendly, pain free, professional environment. Despite moving 90 minutes North, we all continue to travel to Acorn for all our dental needs and will continue to do so in the years to come.

Fantastic experience: After 25 years of avoiding the dentist I finally had to bite the bullet and save my teeth from crumbling out of my mouth.i asked around and the recommendations for Acorn were well in the lead.After 4 or 5 visits to Caspar my teeth are now in great shape and after a consultation with Joel I'm considering braces.The staff are exceptionally friendly and competent.The whole experience from wisdom teeth extraction,fillings and tooth rebuilding was stress and pain free and all done for a reasonable price as is the quote for the brace work.i can't recommend the guys at Acorn highly enough.. especially if you're a nervous potential patient

Fantastic experience: Saw Darren for wisdom teeth removal today. Nothing but patience and kindness throughout the whole procedure from himself and his nurse. Made me feel at ease despite my needle phobias I also have minimal pain and absolutely no swelling for now. Thank you again.

Fantastic experience: Sad to hear other people had a bad experience but mine has been excellent every time. I was recommended to this dentist from a friend and have found them totally professional and understanding. I have had 2 extractions and have had little to no pain during either. Most recently I had Grace perform the extraction and the tooth was out before i realised. Very well done. Also I found their pricing reasonable compared to other dentists in the area.

Negative experience: Got a miscommunication with time I came 10 minutes late thinking that was the time. With my 2 kids after school both tried all was need was my daughter to be viewed for a possible plate. The guy would not see her even though I was told it’s a 30 minute appointment. No apology as they also didn’t have my number correct so I got no reminder text, was not even willing to have a quick look and talk for the 20 minutes of the remaining appointment time. I’m sure this person just wanted a coffee break between appointments. So not happy totally unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I had heard good feedback about Acorn so decided to bring my daughter Paige to get some dental work done. We are very happy. All the staff are lovely and Dr Joel is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Acorn dental.

Negative experience: I wonder if all of these reviews are fake as many businesses do this nowadays! However, may be some other customers had different experience than mine. Prices are not cheaper than other clinics and the service is away from quality. Done check & cleaning including 2 X rays in less than 15 minutes and I really doubt that the job got done right even though it is not cheaper prices as I already mentioned before! I understand if I ll go to cheap haircut salon to cut my hair quick, but I don't expect the same from a dentist! Unfortunately​, I Wasted my money for this year on this clinic. Other clinics I dealt with have the same price & took mostly over 45 minutes to do the same job. Also, when they done the X ray I had the gut that the doctor wasn't sure if this little darker area was cavity or not. And of course the staff are friendly as most of the dentist clinics, they don't charge you for $25!! It's a bulk amount of money and they get more 60% from your private insurance company, so you can understand why they have to be friendly! Last time to visit this clinic.

Fantastic experience: The best dentist team in Armidale bar none. I travel a long way to go there but it's worth it. Staff are friendly, prices reasonable and standard of work is good. They cater for "nervous" clients. One thing I like is that there seems always to be 2 or more dentists working, so your dentist is supported by a second opinion and assistance in difficult cases.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with all the staff at Acorn especially Dr Joel. My sons first experience with dentists outside of school clinic and we couldn't be happier. Recommend by work friends and as a bonus is a members choice provider for my health fund. ☺

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience when attending my appointments at Acorn Dental last week. Two appointments over two days ending in a wisdom tooth extraction. I was greeted by lovely assistants for each appointment who made me feel welcome and relaxed. The extraction itself was performed by the most gentle and professional dentist I have been to and was followed up a few days later with a phone call to ensure everything was healing ok. Very happy with my experience here and will definitely be coming back in the future.
