Fantastic experience: The receptionists are kind and patient with you, Dr Lanh Vu is gentle and talks you through the process to make you feel comfortable. I have had 2 major tooth extraction with her and always go back home happy.

Fantastic experience: Have been to this clinic multiple times and the atmosphere staff are very friendly. Had my wisdom taken out, cleaning, and fillings, Dr Lilian is friendly makes me feel comfortable and get my treatments done pain free!! Would highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I had a throbbing toothache and Marsden Dental fit me right in and even worked past closing when my tooth broke off. A week later I ended up there with my son for an appointment. I didn’t have an appointment but I mentioned how much pain I was in and they took me right in cleaned it all out packed it and sent me on my way with painkillers all without charging me. I highly, highly recommend using them and they are so affordable. Two of my children have had braces there also and they’re amazing.

She is currently doing my braces. I’ve had wisdom teeth pulled out awake in the chair and it was great experience. Sore of course when recovering. But just great so thank you to lan and her team ☺️

Negative experience: STAY AWAY! Husband needed a tooth pulled out. With NO scan, since the last time which was 2 years ago, only to find out half way through his procedure they couldn't finish the job and told him to go up the road to the other dentist for a 'SECOND OPINION', while he was still badly bleeding from the job they had already started. He had to wait an extra 30 minutes while mouth was still bleeding to even see the next dentist. The other dentist couldn't finish the job because his bleeding would not stop. Thank God for the new dentist to stop the bleeding! Called to get some answers, and kept getting excuses how it was just too difficult because of his root. Husband woke up with a split mouth next morning. Yes this can happen but seems to be no care happening here. But if you are going to start a job, at least do a scan every check up to know your customer and don't start a job if you cant finish it.

Negative experience: I was charged $350 to have one tooth removed. I didn't receive any stitches or extra ordinary care so I'm quite perplexed as to why it was so expensive, especially as times are tough at the moment. $205 was the minimum charge and that is what I should have paid. Still getting over the shock.

Negative experience: If this dentist tries to charge you for an x-ray say you want to be referred. Go to the express radiology literally across the road and they can do it for free. Be mindful of the socio-economic area you are in Marsden Dental. Don't be money-hungry in a less fortunate area, it doesn't look good on you.

Negative experience: We were charged $179 for an x-ray that they didn't even use. After charging us that amount we were sent 2 mins across the road for the same x-ray that was covered under Medicare and was completely free. This is not even the part I'm disappointed about. It took them 3 months to refer my partner to a different department. 3 months of agony. His reference was put as urgent as he needs 6 teeth out and surgery on his maxilla. Even the referring practice was getting impatient waiting for the referral as they could appreciate how much pain my partner was in. I had to call this dentist about seven times during these three months, and each time they would assure me everything was sorted. A week later I would call the practice for them to tell me they don't have his referral or that there is missing information. I work in the health system and this is just pathetic. To keep someone you know is in agony waiting for that long is simply inhumane. Not to mention how rude the dentist was when trying to solve this issue. I expressed our financial situation to the dentist from the start. They tried to refer us to a specialist. I called the specialist and they were the ones who informed us of a more budget-friendly option. The specialist.... Marsden Dental is a money-hungry practice, unconcerned for their patient's well-being. I am appalled. Save your money, time and pain. Marsden on fifth would be my suggestion

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Marsden dental enough. Brooke the receptionist is lovely and the dentist and their assistance are just as great. They go above and beyond. I have had lots of issues as of late with my teeth requiring a lot of time in the dentist chair. I have severe anxiety when it comes to people being to close to my face and they are so patient if I ever get a bit overwhelmed but with time it’s gotten so much easier to be at the dentist all thanks to them making me feel so comfortable. 10/10 I will go no where else now and always recommend to people

Positive experience: Saw their senior dentist. Decently priced, got the job done. And same day bookings are available. The receptionists are very friendly as they made great efforts to push my surgery forward. The Dentists will rush you. No time for small talk or breaks they are very focused on getting the job done as quickly as possible. Also dentist was very rude to her assistant who looked very nervous.

The dental assistant (sorry I forgot your name) was also very friendly and both Michael and the assistant took their time to ensure I was in the least amount of pain as possible during the extraction. My partner found this place and they did everything to treat me, ultimately squeezed me in and removed the wisdom tooth. Fairly priced with the afterpay option.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had a dental implant, I was really worried that I had an infection and my normal practise couldn’t fit me in until after a holiday. I called every practise in the area and this is the only one that would take me in to have a look. The receptionist and dentist were so amazing and fit me in straight away for a check up. Turns out my implant is healing fine, but now I can at least stop stressing. Can’t thank them enough! This will definitely be my regular dentist from now on.

Negative experience: The orthodontist was great very informative, friendly and honest about what my options were, however when I initially called to make the appointment 3 weeks prior I was told by the receptionist that fixed bond retainers were $150 and that I was able to book in with a FREE consultant to begin with. However when I arrived I was told the fixed bond retainers are actually $300! To replace, and that I was to pay a $65 consult fee. After explaining this to the weekend receptionist who wasn't who I booked my appointment with he showed no care and needed a payment... maybe you need to have better communication with reception staff.

Negative experience: Please don't go to this dentist Because the field did out one off my teeth so it heart's all my teeths very bad ?

Negative experience: I was wrongfully charged for services they knew they were unable to provide!!!! I made it clear I needed a surgical dentist before seeing them. They made me pay for an xray and consultation which costed $175 This dentist did not disclose to me at any time before taking me in that she was not a surgical dentist! At the end of the consultation she told me she wasn't able to do anything as I required a surgical dentist! These people need to be reported they are looking for money NOTHING ELSE! These people are very deceitful and are taking advantage of people!!!!

Fantastic experience: I pulled it out my tooth 1 week ago, after 7 days pain was still there. I went back to clinic with wrong pre-judgment BUT Doctor Alan explained me and did excellent job (with extra care. And then i left in full satisfaction. Also they have friendly, helpful staff. Especially Brooke.
