Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment last week and couldn’t be happier with the experience. With my usual dentist now retired, this was something new for me, and I was so impressed. Everyone was welcoming, and both of the dentist and the hygienist were gentle, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

I remember my 1st visit all those years ago. I had high anxiety about visiting any dentist due to previous experiences at other clinics.. This team put me at ease straight away and the work they complete is always of the highest of quality. ALWAYS My experience here has always been a positive one. The nurses, staff at the front desk are lovely to deal with. This friendly and caring team of professionals have saved my teeth and always make myself and my family welcomed and cared for. Fantastic experience: Had a filling today with Dr Mark at CAID, where I used to work in the AO4 GA space. It was great to return as a patient - Mark was calm, efficient, informative and clinically excellent. I was impressed by how quickly they booked me in following my periodontist referral- got an appointment within days in the same week, which is rare and really appreciated. There’s also ample on-site parking available, which makes the visit at ease (photo) For first time visitors: the main front entrance is currently closed (see photo), not sure if this is an weekends thing, so you’ll need to enter via the rear (photo)- some clearer signage or a heads-up for (weekends) booking info here could be helpful. A small suggestion, some gentle background soothing music in both the waiting and the treatment room could make things even more relaxing, especially for anxious patients like myself, as this would dilute the drilling and mechanical noise and distract the minds intentionally to the Overall a great experience. Having worked across various GA clinics (including boutique services through my current works), I know what good care looks like- and Dr Mark at CAID certainly deliver it well☺️

Fantastic experience: I had A LOT of dental trauma from earlier in life and frankly avoided any dental work for too many years. Ever since I found this clinic years ago they’ve gone well out of their way to ensure my comfort and have alleviated my trauma. Wes in particular is an incredible professional as well as ensuring his patients are properly cared for. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!

(ps nursing solution forwarded for one pet annoyance, in that the mouth mirror fogging up, remedy, if one cuts off square of double sided tape, peels off one side and presses it on, then peels tape straight off mirror, it stops it from fogging up!)

My husband has done his four in one implants and had been extremely ecstatic with the result and appearance. We have been seeing Tuhu for our dental hygiene and she always go above and beyond cleaning our teeth. It’s the best dental practice in Melbourne and would highly recommend to anyone. Negative experience: Thought this was my place , everyone wonderful etc… I now know 7 weeks later there is not even the professionalism to contact me to check up. I have called however feels like I’m being bullied & no messages get through? It was implied I do not know the difference between a private hospital & a dental clinic, so patronising! My teeth are in pain & very sensitive. I live 1 1/2 hours away what a waste of my time! No after sales care! So next HCCC, AUSTRALIAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION, HEALTH COMPLAINTS COMMISSIONER This has absolutely nothing to do with the very caring people in theatre. I JUST WANTED TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT WHEN I HAD A QUERY?! My husband wanted to get the big all in 4 teeth procedure & I wanted another 5 veneers, well I bet that never got through to the people that need to know! What a shame…..

Fantastic experience: Dr Wesley is a magician with extractions and implants. Explains the plan allows for questions and is professional. Nurses are also supportive and knowledgeable. All staff was so adept and at the end I was surprised that the process was so straightforward. Thanks again to all at CAAID!

Fantastic experience: After three years of braces and gum surgery, I still hated my very small teeth and would never smile for photographs. I met with CAID and had some initial composite bonding work done and was encouraged to have 2 more months of braces before final composite work with a view to creating a 'perfect smile'. I was reluctant to have braces again, but after seeing state-of-the-art planning photos, I agreed to it. The final composite work is now finished, and I could not be happier with my smile. I am so impressed with this dental practice and I actually look forward to my six monthly visits with Tu Hu for my check up and clean. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. Admin staff are courteous and very efficient. The fee schedule and assorted scheduling is explained very clearly to the customer. Dental staff are very friendly and - importantly - do not give them impression that they are trying to squeeze every dollar they can. All procedures are explained in thorough detail, as are the reasons for them. Dental staff are highly cognisant of peoples' issues with dental work and are amenable to making things easy. I'd give a 4.5 out of 5 if I could, as slight communication errors around wait times were irritating, but considering the quality of service it is a minor issue. Emulsification is the process two or more immiscible liquids together form a stable or semi-stable mixture. The most well-known form of this to the general public is encountered in eggs benedict (no connection to the order of monks) with hollandaise sauce. Hollandaise sauce is an emulsification of eggs, butter, salt, water and lemon juice. The butter and yoke from the eggs are immiscible with water-based products. However, via invigoration and the addition of acid via lemon juice, the water elements from the egg white, as well as the proteins in the butter and eggs are emulsified with the fats in the butter and egg yoke. The role of an acid, typically lemon juice, significantly speeds up this process and most importantly helps to stabilize the final result. This is why emulsification can be achieved via an immersion blender, rather than the traditional double boiler-whisk method. - I for one find it improper to win an argument through application of chemicals. But yeah, fantastic dentist. Will definitely return. Also they deal with insurance quite well. FOUR AND A HALF OUT OF FIVE

Negative experience: Dentists at CAID are not really caring towards their patients, very rough and dismissive. I have suffered badly at the hands of Maria their implant dentist. Never again!!!!! ______________________________________ Reply I had been a patient of CAID since 2014 but my regular dentist left and I was passed on to the new dentist Maria who absolutely traumatised me. I delayed making this review for many months because I thought the treatment I got from Maria was normal, but I have now moved to a more caring and professional clinic and have realised the difference.. I have been treated with respect and gentleness at this new implant clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’m so confident about my teeth and appearance now! Dr Alex’s all-on-4 treatment helps me get my confidence back. I had Zygoma implant with my upper jaw, I heard that very few dentists can do such surgery in Australia, and Dr Alex is the most well-known in this area. That’s so true! My surgery was very successful. I can now eat whatever I like, I play instrument, I attend big music band parade, I sing and talk a lot, I do not need to worry about my teeth any more. Amazing, love this clinic! thumbs up up up up!

Fantastic experience: My friend recommended this clinic to me as I thought I need dental implant, and I was prepared spending a lot of money as I know dental implant was not cheap. However, after I saw Dr Alex, he just quickly use some tools scrub my teeth, and then the problem of my teeth that annoyed me for a few years just be solved. I couldn't say more, this is the best Dr I'v ever seen. So glad I saw the right Dr, and it saves me a huge amount of $$$.

Fantastic experience: I was SO nervous to make this first step to a happier and healthier life that I can’t even try and begin to describe the lead up! Walking into this place wasn’t what I was expecting, it felt more like a day spa, so straight away, I knew it was right for me, it didn’t feel like a Dentist! We have been saving for this for years, as I know this is what I have to do. I lost my Beautiful husband in a horrific motorbike accident in March of this year so as you can imagine, it was even harder to deal with this right now, but I have to for myself and our children (20 and 15). The staff, everyone of them, were so caring and understanding, and through all of the emotion, they made me feel so comfortable, and explained everything so well! I won’t lie, and say I’m looking forward to the procedure, but I now know, I’m in the best hands, I feel like a Huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! I know when it’s time to smile again, I will do with pride, and my Husband will be looking down and smiling with me.

Fantastic experience: My auntie is very happy that she had the all-on-4 treatment last year with Dr Alex. Now she can enjoy chewy and crispy food which she couldn’t touch before. Plus, she doesn’t need to worry about losing her denture anymore. For quite a few times, she took her denture off while dining outside and it was thrown away as rubbish, which was such a nightmare for her.

Fantastic experience: I had all-on-4 treatment 3 years ago during Dr Alex’s Residency Program that a lot of dentists from all over the world came to watch Dr Alex’s surgery. I’m a singer, teeth are so important to me. Since this treatment, everybody around me asked me why my teeth looks so beautiful! It also changed my diet, I’m much healthier now than before when I had poor teeth.
