Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with dentist Kris and assistant Maddi today Kris was kind, an incredible listener and did a fab job with my teeth. I felt safe and reassured in his care. Maddi was awesome as his sidekick and I didn't have to hold that gross water in my throat as she managed to know exactly where to put the sucker and air so that the water wouldn't lodge. I've found my new regular dentist from this point onwards. Thanks team. Shout out to the groovy Scottish receptionist too for being super hospitable!

Fantastic experience: Very happy with service and treatment I have received from day one. I am extremely anxious with dentists, due to school dental experiience and trauma ( school dental services were definitely not nice 40 years ago).. I have found the staff extremely caring and proactive towards my needs. They explain what they are going to do and when they are going to do it. I attend each six monthly appointment knowing that my concerns are validated and that they have my and my teeth best interest at heart. Dr Noah is very caring and they dont treat you like you are stupid just because as a child you had an awful experience at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fuadha Hem was very friendly, professional with my treatment today. She was patient with my xrays as l found them difficult and reassuring when getting my teeth cleaned. When finished she described the condition of my teeth and jaw and broke down the costs so l understood how l could proceed with my next appointment. The reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Fantastic experience: As a nervous girlie, the team made me feel so incredibly comfortable, in control and explained everything, answered any questions and even put music on for me when my headphone kept slipping off my head so I was comfortable as possible I can’t that them enough - if you’re nervous for the dentist visit you can’t find a better place to go

Fantastic experience: Whilst it’s not my favourite way to spend an hour (no offence !), you can tell it’s a wonderful practice from the moment you walk in. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. I’m usually only there for a regular clean, but Kelley takes the time to explain what she see’s and it was this that led me to a night (mouth) guard. Honestly, it’s been amazing… I now sleep so much better; probably because I’m not grinding my teeth and waking myself up !

Fantastic experience: First visit at Battery Hill Dental and it was a fantastic experience... I know right! Dr Kris was really informative and caring. He talked me through the whole process and the outcome was best case scenario. From Mel on reception and Casey my dental assistant, all the staff were professional and friendly and I knew that I was in good hands. Awesome that the practice provides details of costings online, so you know that your wallet won't be in more pain than your broken tooth. Word to the wise, keep your eyes closed if Dr Kris is handling your treatment. Those dreamy blue eyes are soooooo easy to get lost in. Thanks again and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Kris of Battery Hill Dental since moving to the Sunshine Coast in 2019. Apart from routine checks, cleaning and fillings, he and his team helped me through two broken teeth and replacing a couple of crowns. The treatment has been exceptionally gentle. As an example of that gentleness, one of the broken teeth required removal of the roots, embedded in unusually hard bone. This was acheived (over two hours of struggle!) without pain and little damage aiding rapid recovery. But the outstanding thing is that I have been treated with real human care, not as simply another patient. He is careful to ensure you are comfortable and as peaceful as possible and almost every consultation is preceded by a brief conversation of where I was at. I would unreservedly recommend this dentist for his expertise, gentleness and personal care.

Fantastic experience: After posting on Sunshine Coast Community Board in search of a well priced, friendly and understanding dental practice (due to the fact that I have a huge phobia of dentists!), I received countless recommendations for Battery Hill - So I booked my appointment. Tonight, I arrived (feeling extremely anxious!) and was met by a lovely lady in reception who was very professional and personable. I was then introduced to my dentist, Kris, and his assistant Casey (I’m not positive on the correct spelling!) They were both so kind and welcoming, put me at ease immediately and offered fantastic advice. They also worked extremely well as a duo - Efficient, calming and constantly aware of my nerves. I’ve visited many dentists over the past 20 or so years, and I must say, this visit was BY FAR the most comfortable, efficient, professional and enjoyable I have experienced thus far. Very honest advice and options which suit the patient rather than the bottom dollar. Very happy and would HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Kris, Casey and the Battery Hill team - you’re amazing.

Was extremely impressed with him fixing a sensitive tooth that previous dentist misdiagnosed. I am currently completing an Invisalign and look forward to the outcome. Great practice. Friendly staff. Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dental Practice! Had a problem with a crown three weeks before returning to the UK. Kelly saw me the next day and spent over an hour patiently "wrestling" with the crown to remove it and put on a temporary cover to get me home. Not unexpectedly, part of this broke away just days before I was leaving, but Kelly saw me again at short notice, on a Saturday, and redid it at no charge. Everyone there seems lovely, too! Thanks for your help! I highly recommend this clinic and will send my daughter here!

Fantastic experience: I came in for my first check up and clean with Dr Kris. The staff, the layout and atmosphere of the clinic all felt very welcoming and lifting. Dr Kris was so thorough with my check up, he rooted out a few problems that had gone unnoticed for years when visiting other dentists. By the end of the check up, Dr Kris and I had created a plan for addressing each problem over the coming weeks. On my way out the Dr Kris made me feel completely informed of which issues were most urgent, when I’d be coming back, and the estimated costs of each treatment. Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I have ever ever been to! My regular dental practice knew I was in agony with a cracked and infected molar, I had seen them two days ago and they referred me to an endodontist for root canal (but after speaking with endodontist I realised I couldn’t wait, I needed the tooth out!) I called my usual practice back 2pm yesterday to enquire when they could get me in to remove the tooth…they said they would call me back. This morning still no call back so I called Battery Hill Dental after a friend recommended them to me. Within an hour I was sitting in the chair with the gentlest most reassuring dentist having my tooth removed! I cannot thank them enough! My regular dental practice called me back just before 3pm today…I told them not to bother! I won’t be going back there again.

Fantastic experience: Absolute legends! I broke a previously repaired tooth and needed it fixed quickly for work. I went in this morning and due to a cancellation, the lovely receptionist was able to fit me in at 5.15pm this afternoon. Came down, got an x-ray and talked strategy with the dentist. Tooth affordably repaired same day to a high standard. All staff were polite and approachable. I HIGHLY recommend Battery Hill Dental and actually look forward to my next visit.
