Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Floss Wello Point. First came here with a HUGE amount of anxiety but Dr Richard and Jorja, the amazing dental assistant, made me feel so comfortable. They explained what would happen each appt, talking me through it as they were doing each step and constantly checking that I’m comfortable/giving me the option to have a break. I have never felt judgement, shame or any uncomfortableness like previous appts at different dental clinics. Plus, front office staff made me feel super comfortable as well! Fantastic dentist practice for anyone with dental anxiety!

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I’ve ever been to. From the absolutely beautiful and friendly front office to the amazing dentists and assistants, this place is second to none. I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist but Gabby is so helpful and answers every question I may have and always finds a way to make me smile and feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: My 14yr old ASD son has had all his dental appointments here , including 3 teeth extractions. The whole team are exemplary ! They go out of their way to create the right environment to achieve the least amount of stress - very important for ASD children . My son is able to choose his fave program on Netflix , down to the correct episode he’s up too. They have the volume perfect so he doesn’t get sensory overloaded from unusual noises . The dentist and Georgia the dental nurse are calm, positive , professional , quietly explaining what is going to happen etc they listen to his needs and wishes . It is the perfect example of excellent patient centered dental care . Thank you so much !

Negative experience: Being new to the area thought we’d give Floss a go. Both my husband & I are both extremely disappointed with the end result from this Practice. I don’t often leave negative feedback but feel so disappointed with the work we had done. When I returned to explain I wasn’t happy they were friendly enough & apologetic but quoted me another $300 With spending over $3,000 not good enough. Won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Floss Dental Wellington point for anyone wanting a great experience for their kiddo’s at the dentist. I called first thing this morning needing dental care for my 4 year old with a dentist phobia after getting a filling last year. The lovely assistant who answered the phone (Mon) was so helpful and kind and got us an appointment nice and early and from the moment we walked in she made my little one feel very special. We saw Rebecca and her assistant Tameka and they were unreal. My little one wasn’t the most compliant and both ladies were so patient and caring with her. On leaving Lacy was very helpful and patient with us as well. from getting to choose what movie to watch to what colour glasses she wore and a prize at the end, my little one is actually keen for another visit. An extraordinary and caring team.

Fantastic experience: It has been 10 years since my last general dentist appointment so I was amazed (and pleased) with my experience. It was amazing service and communication from start to end. Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It has been a while since I have experienced good old fashioned customer service and care, but everyone at Floss Family Dental has been taught well. Technology has certainly made checkups easier and more thorough, which is great. I have alreadybooked my next appointment and feel very comfortable with Floss Family Dental becoming my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've ever been to!

Negative experience: I presented to Floss Dental at Wellingtonpoint with extensive toothache and pain. Dr Waalid Arshad diagnosed and offered treatment of a crown. This alleviated the pain, and I did not feel comfortable receiving further treatment from Dr Waalid Arshad, so, I attended a different dental surgery to be informed that I required a root canal, which provided instant relief. I approached Dr Waalid Arshad to see if he would offer compensation, which he denied, leaving me out of pocket for two dental treatments. Be warned, stay away from Dr Waalid Arshad.

Negative experience: We were very happy when we first started visiting. We were seeing Dr Callum for years but were notified we could no longer see him as he wouldnt see kids under the CDBS anymore. Visits there after left me feeling there was more focus on money than dental care. I have reached out via txt and email to offer feedback regards our experience with no response

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction and was looked after by two very professional ladies, Cara and Hannah. They put me at ease and made an otherwise bad experience bearable. Cara is very good at explaining everything so you know exactly what is happening.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to the dentist for my two kids. They were nervous but the moment we walked in the door of Floss Dental, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. The reception and dental staff were simply excellent. While the kids were in the chair everything was explained to them, what each tool did etc... Kids watched a TV show while the dentist did a check and clean. So easy!!! Floss even has berry flavoured toothpaste and fluoride to keep little ones happy!! We have rebooked for 6 months and can highly recommend.

Due to having a partially broken wisdom tooth I was really concerned about how they were going to remove it. Dr Georgia took care of the situation and made me feel very comfortable during the removal. I have never had a better service from anywhere else! Fantastic experience: Floss Family Dental is a fantastic business in every aspect. The lovely Reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. Dr Calum is wonderful at putting patients at ease and at explaining the procedures that are required. I come for checkups and cleans with my 4 kids and they love that they have the choice of watching something on Netflix or playing a game on the PlayStation while they are having their teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Floss family dental, and in particular, Dr Georgia, has been my dentist since I have moved into the Redlands 4 years ago. Dr G, is a brilliant and friendly practitioner. Her staff, front desk and DA are always very attentive and respectful. The rooms are always clean and sterile and while you are getting your fangs seen to you can watch a bit of NETFLIX on the ceiling. I can't recommend Floss or Dr G highly enough. I can if I want to go to dentists closer to my place, but I am happy to travel the distance and see Dr G

Fantastic experience: We can not recommend Floss Dental enough! They are so friendly, thorough and really make a point to explain everything while ensuring your are beyond comfortable watching Netflix or gaming on the PlayStation. Our appointments always go so quickly and the kids are constantly asking when their next appointment is. If that’s not a good sign of a great dentist, I don’t know what it!
