Fantastic experience: I went to North star as I had an emergency with my front two crowns. I tried to get in at many other dental places around me but no one would see me as it was end of the day. This place offered to check with the dentist if she could come back to see me as she had just left. The dentist Dr Swati saw me and did her best to fix my snapped crowns that were really in a bad condition. She was calm and very professional. Highly recommend this clinic and I will certainly be going in to get permanent fixture for my front two crowns here.

Fantastic experience: Came in to get my teeth examined, cleaned and also needed as filling. The staff were really good at explaining what was happening, they made me feel safe and calm. I got a bit anxious when I had saliva in my mouth and wanted to swallow, but they stopped immediately when I raised my left hand as they advised me to do so. Love that they take breaks in between cleaning and while doing the filling. I'm pretty happy with it. They showed me in the mirror how deep the decay had gone, it really makes you want to practise better hygiene and emphasizes the importance of flossing and brushing your teeth properly. The staff were excellent and explained things to me throughout the process. I'm definitely coming back the rest of my fillings. Would 100% recommend. At first I was a bit suspicious of why it was just a small space, but then after all that, I'm glad I went there.

Shes always been afraid of the dentist but the lovely staff made her feel comfortable, they were directive, calm and extremely helpful in explaining things as they were doing the procedures. The lady was always gentle, and tried her best to make sure my sister wasn’t in pain or stressed. I would 1000% recommend north star dental. If you have kids or even adults that are scared of the dentist or dont know a good dentist North Star Dental in epping would be your best bet. They are amazing.

Fantastic experience: On short notice and reasonanably priced, l received professional dental care by Dr Juhaina AI-Hadethi, her level if care and skill was excellent. DR Juhaina Hadethi and her dental assistant was friendly, gentle and caring and maintained a pain free and comfortable experience throughout the treatment considering the complexity in my case. A good result was obtained and a close follow up via a phone call by the Dr post treatment. I highly recommend them and l plan to return for further treatment.
