Fantastic experience: For someone whose experiences with dentist was not great I was thrilled to find a dentist I have complete faith with. She explained everything in detail about what I could achieve. When getting the treatments she explained each part while it was happening. I can not recommend them highly enough. I am still getting treated but thrilled with what they've done so far.

Fantastic experience: Dental implants are worth the money ! I wish that i had the means to have them years ago (i had 2) . No more running out the door to catch a train and realising that i had forgotten my denture plate. No more avoiding eating out with friends or people thinking that i had a speach impediment. It is quite a process, had some hiccups ( everyone has their own biological anomilies) but Dr Ravi was able to easily navigate to rectify. So worth it and it was a great liberating feeling to bin my old denture plate.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this place. I had just moved to Wollongong and chose this clinic because of the good Google reviews. They told me I had a cracked molar and only needed a filling, and that the anaesthetic wouldn’t hurt at all. But for two days, I couldn’t open my jaw properly and had trouble eating. The pain in my lower jaw lasted for about 10 days before it finally went away. They said if the pain continued, it could be serious and I might need further treatment—but I lost trust and went to a different clinic. The new dentist said the filling didn’t align properly with the upper tooth, which was likely causing the pain. The X-ray showed no other problems, so no further treatment was needed. It was frustrating—not only did I waste money, but I also lost time. I was in pain during my trip and couldn’t even enjoy the food properly. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but they kept messaging me to do so, so I finally decided to write this.

Let’s be honest, the dentist is not everyone’s favourite place, but the care, compassion, knowledge and expertise I experienced today were second to none. Fantastic experience: Dr Olivia was amazing, it was my first time getting TMJ/Grinding Botox and she put to at ease straight away. She explained everything fully and the treatment was quick. I didn’t real side how much it would help, however since having it done, my headaches and neck pain has dramatically subsided. I will be going back to keep this topped up! Thanks again Olivia!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Bespoke Dental with Dr Olivia. I was suffering with jaw pain from clenching and grinding in my sleep and was offered masseter Botox as treatment. I was very nervous as I had never had any Botox treatment before and had heard about some horror stories. But Dr Olivia was very informative and understanding with all my concerns and answered every question I had! I had the treatment done and I’m now experiencing no jaw pain and a full nights sleep with no clenching - highly recommend.
