No pressure or un expectancies, knowing there was a lot of pain involved in what I needed, he worked with me every step of the way! From reception to drs or assistant, everyone was pleasant and caring! Will be back and happy to have found a dentist I’m happy to go to!

Fantastic experience: First time attending and I’ve had a great experience. Although the outcome of having to book in again to get a tooth extracted and fillings done wasn’t ideal. The receptionist was lovely- really down to earth and friendly. They were running 30 minutes behind, but I was able to chat with the receptionist for a little bit which made it go quicker. The thoroughness as well of my appointment was fantastic, X-ray, photos taken, a clean that actually felt like a good clean. And a discussion about my next steps. No pressure to go down the paths but guidance with evidence (photos) as to why. Great! I’ve now told my husband to book his in!

Fantastic experience: Found Parkwood Green Dental when I was experiencing extreme dental pain in 2022. Managed to get in to see Dr. Roy Hui, who was able to sort out my dental issues. I've been extremely happy with them and Dr. Hui has become my regular dentist since then.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental emergency with a broken crown and was fortunate enough to be treated by Dr Hui; His prompt and professional response alleviated my severe discomfort quickly and effectively. Dr Hui’s attention to detail and calm demeanour in correcting issue made the experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend Dr Hui and his team to family & friends and anyone wanting a great dental experience.

Fantastic experience: 15-6-2024 My youngest son Jett (13) saw Roy Hui yesterday at Parkwood Green Dental to have 2 teeth removed as requested by an orthodontist. Omg what an awesome experience it was. Roy explained absolutely everything in great detail and made both Jett and I feel extremely comfortable . The procedure was very quick and a breeze for Jett. I now have One happy boy. Roy will now definitely become Jett’s regular chosen dentist by both Jett and I. I have 6 children, 5 whom are now all adults. Throughout the years of raising my children I have had “uncountable numerous visits” to different dentists, dental surgeons, dental hospital and orthodontists clinics. Honestly I highly recommend and can say Roy has to be “the best Dentist” I have come across in my time in this field. I felt everything was explained perfectly. He was extremely professional, patient, caring and overall a pleasant person to deal with. I will definitely recommend Roy to everyone I know. All I can say is thank you Roy for being you..!!! We appreciate you, your experience in dentistry and your service to our community .

Fantastic experience: I will openly admit that I am a 24 year old with a fear of the dentist after my last experience years ago with a different clinic. I was avoiding the dentist at all cost but bravely booked an appointment with Parkwood Green cause I knew I needed to keep my teeth clean and healthy. Within two appointments I plan to not only ever stick with Parkwood Green but only stick with my dentist Dr Syed. He was so caring and empathetic of my past traumatic experiences with the dentists, he talked me through the whole process, explained everything to me and was constantly just went above and beyond for me, even laughing in the chair. The dental team of Parkwood Dental have also been so wonderful, both dental assistants and reception. They have really looked after me, as well as provided different payment plan options so I don’t have to stress about dropping a lot of money in one go. Parkwood Green is a place where I really do recommend to everyone including those like me who struggle with the anxiety of seeing a dentist. Dr Syed has been an angel and I trust him completely when it comes to the care of my teeth. 100% found my forever dentist and Dental Clinic- Thank You Parkwood Green Dental Team!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. From the friendly and fun reception staff to Dr. Roy and his nurse, I can't recommend Parkwood Green highly enough. Dr. Roy is the most caring and knowledgeable dentist ever - I have never experienced any pain or discomfort during any of my appointments. He is great with children too. And I love having a chat with the girls at the front desk - they are all such warm, lovely people. I'm so glad I live round the corner!

So good that I still come to them twice a year even though I live in Canberra. He has put together two plans and has been very transparent about costs and risks. Dr. Roy followed up my appointment with a personal text to ensure I understood how to care for my temporary filling. Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled out for a while. I had been putting it off as I was previously told that it needed to be surgically removed and was quite anxious. After it had been giving me trouble, I went to Parkwood Green Dental and saw Doctor Ange who spoke with Doctor William. After having reviewed x rays of my teeth, he was quite confident that he could remove the tooth in the dental chair. He went above and beyond to explain every step of the procedure and make me feel comfortable and at ease. On the day of the removal, again, Doctor William and his assisting dental nurse made me feel at ease. He successfully extracted the wisdom tooth without complications. Recovery has been much better than I had expected, with very minimal swelling and pain. Can’t recommend Doctor William and all at Parkwood Green Dental enough, beginning with receptionists all the way up to Doctor William. Thank you for your amazing work. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: From the first greeting till you leave, my complete experience was great. Dr Roy and his nurse Michelle were fantastic. Dr Roy clearly explained each step and what I should expect. My first visit was for a filling where he also advised to take care as my teeth grinding was damaging my teeth and gave me techniques to help prevent it. A few weeks later he got me in urgently as I cracked my wisdom tooth and needed to get it extracted which he did with minimal pain for me. Always professional and polite, putting me at ease and making the total experience pain free. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Worst experience, I originally booked to have my tooth looked at for the pain and clean, Dr Roy cleaned my teeth and when it came to look at my tooth he said time is up you have to re book. Now out of pocket and still with a sore tooth so I decided to re book to have my tooth looked at again. I arrived and was greated rudely by the receptionist, I tell her that I'm here to have my tooth looked at for the pain and she responded by saying that I had again only booked in a clean, I said I'm not here for a clean and that there must be some kind of mistake and she responded with you only booked a half hour appointment. I said who books in a half hour appointment ? I only booked in for my tooth so she then says I'm wrong and wouldn't let me speak. I just walked out and will never go back again. Nor will any of my family.

Fantastic experience: Dr Roy and Michelle were absolutely amazing. I had a very long and complicated work done for my teeth but they were very professional, and the outcome was outstanding. I am thrilled with the results. I will highly recommend Dr Roy to anyone. He is great and so is Michelle and also Janine at reception organizing all my appointments. Thankyou guys.

Fantastic experience: They were brilliant I walked in around 3pm to make a booking for sometime over the next few weeks the wonderful receptionist (Maria) only appointments that were available in 4 weeks time but she worked her magic and got an appointment for the next day I went home and they rang me and got me in today and the dentist was marvellous also.

Fantastic experience: After calling around with no luck or no help when I called they were very helpful and understanding got me a referral to get the x-ray and luckily there was a last minute no show so once paper was done I was in the chair where was a good vibe and great people they were quick but also no pain or fuss,just all round a great place and will recommend to anyone

Positive experience: Very expensive, I had a complete dental examination from another clinic which included x-ray and cleaning and I paid $200. The dentist didn't tell me anything at the start that x-ray would cost me additional money and in the end I had to pay $374. It's the responsibility of the dentist to tell the patient that certain procedure would add certain cost in the total. Here the dentist was more busy in the casual conversation with the nurse while cleaning my teeths. Lastly, I felt Dr Roy was a bit rude when I asked him about my dental issues. He said U have to look at your diet because I can't be with you 24/7. He didn't show me the xray images and just said your x-ray looks fine. Overall, he did his work well in terms of cleaning The teeths. The communication should have been improved.

Negative experience: I used to go here to get most my treatments done. Until I had enough. I recently went to visit the clinic for a toothache I was having after it cracked. At my first appointment the dentist told me it needed a filling due to tooth being cracked and had some decay. The next day after treatment pain was the same. I re booked and then the same dentist said that the tooth needed to have a cap or root canal treatment due to what was shown in xray and from the pain still. So I re booked and I was put with another dentist. He then did some xrays and said that the tooth does not need any rootcanals or caps, its just has more decay and needs extra cleaning and re filling. I said are you sure!?? He was more positive then anything of this.. So I went ahead with it being happy about it… The next day I still had the exact same pain and nothing was fixed.. On the last visit also he stated that on the otherside of my mouth there was just fillings needed for my sensitivity pain, while the other previous dentist mentioned it needed to be sent to a specialist for a re rootcanal treatment as shown in xrays…… Sooo pretty much who do you believe or trust? Both professionals under the same company. Where I’m going with this review is I’m sooo disappointed…Even though I wasn’t charged for the second visit for working on the same tooth but charged on xrays again…. Goes beyond not being charged for the “free filling” on the last visit.. Its that the 3 times I been to visit for the same tooth there was no outcome to fix the pain… I wasted hours at work $ and my time and spent alot of money for nothing that didn’t help fix the problem… I will no longer be coming here…

Negative experience: I had the worst experience with Dentist Manbir Kaur at Parkwood green dental Hillside. She took 30 minutes to extract the tooth and kept pulling and pushing in extreme rough manner. She seem to have no experience as when she gave me anesthesia , it did not work for the first time and was still hurting while she was working on extracting tooth. It was extremely painful and she kept on injecting me with anesthesia and pulling the tooth at the same time. All they need is money and do not care for the patient.. DO NOT GO TO this place. I had enough tooth left to do the root canal or she could have given me the option if can save the tooth.. She made decision to take the tooth out immediately on the first consultation.. It is still not healed properly even after 2 months .. she is NOT EXPERIENCED at all I did not want to give her even one star .I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me post the review with giving any star..

Fantastic experience: From booking the appointment to getting the work done it was a breeze. Had to get my root canal crown refixed. Dr Anjali Nathan did a fantastic job. The practice was able to accomodate me on an urgent basis and get the procedure done with no discomfort at all. 3 days in, everything is great. The Dr even took the time to get explain the dental care after the procedure and provided a thorough consultation. Thank you Dr Anjali Nathan and all the staff at Parkwood Green Dental.

Fantastic experience: Parkwood green dental are great, my children actually love going to the dentist thanks to Dr Max. He is great with children and they are very comfortable with him. All staff there are fantastic especially receptionist she is always a delight and very helpful. Absolutely 5 stars for this place.

Negative experience: Dentist injected me with adrenaline then numbed me to extract my tooth. I felt as if I’ll die and the extraction took her around 30 minutes, 30 minutes pushing and pulling. After she was finished they asked me to pay $450 and was still feeling unwell, they didn’t care and the dentist didn’t even try to check on me afterwards. I had the extraction Tuesday, Today is Saturday and my face still so swollen and hurting.
