Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Dr Lee, Faith and Ash for fitting me in on a Saturday afternoon for a last minute tooth extraction. They were so kind, professional, and considerate, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt comfortable throughout. I really appreciated the thoughtful care and would highly recommend them!

Negative experience: Had bad experience at this dentist, have non functional bite molar implant crown that is alot shorter than it needs to be, not functional useable tooth for me. The dentist did have 2 attempts to modify the implant crown .Both times wasn't shown any designs prior. And the second time wasn't shown implant crown installed in mouth after finished. Seeing a different dental clinic implant specialist that is helping make a functional crown that understands my issues with it, but having to pay again. Contacted with u dental via email asking with Dr Edward for refund as having to get this fixed elsewhere, offered to try and modify implant crown for the third time, but also mentioned that he won't really be able to make significant changes so didn't see a point and loss confidence in this dentist. Also had wait over a year for the abutment for the implant to place the crown which was unfortunate. Other incidents happened along the way that I overlooked, but very unhappy with the outcome and seeking help with the refund elsewhere. This is one of my honest horrible and stressful costly experiences I had at this clinic. Picture small tooth at the back with no bite surface or height. interested in the refund and not a third attempt at the crown, I am working with and paying another dental clinic who is trying to fixing this and related new complications. Not interested in you reaching out going around in circles about a third attempt at the crown. In relation to also my dental implant system status as I mentioned previously to u, I have sent u some emails and one with a link regarding it's status that's be confirmed. Let me know if u want to make this right and sort this all out for good with the whole refund. The emails are there in relation to this matter.

Fantastic experience: I have major anxiety when it comes to dentists and have always been so careful who I see. I have recently moved to Melbourne and was recommended Dr Edward Lee. He was the most calm, friendly and professional dentist I have ever seen. Instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very clear in how he explained what we were doing and what was happening with my teeth. He fixed up a filling and I didn't even notice- which was a dream! He truely cares about making the experience as relaxed as possible and you can see his genuine care for his patients. His assistant Jane was also very helpful and friendly which made the whole experience really lovely. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to see Dr Edward by a friend, and I’m so glad I did. In my 30+ years of dental experiences, this was by far the most exceptional care I’ve received. For the first time, I left a dental clinic without feeling traumatised by the treatment. Dr Edward was incredibly thorough in explaining everything, helping me understand the procedure step by step. I also saw Dr Cameron, and both doctors took the time to ensure I felt safe and comfortable throughout. They never rushed or pushed unnecessary treatments, which I truly appreciated. A previous clinic immediately recommended a root canal and implant for the same issue, but Dr Edward and Dr Cameron instead took a conservative approach. Dr Edward used a resin filling, which alleviated the pain (at least for few months now), and explained that more invasive treatment like a root canal would only be considered if absolutely necessary. Their care and integrity gave me so much peace of mind. The entire staff was warm and friendly—even comforting me during the procedure when I felt nervous. I genuinely felt cared for. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for ethical, compassionate, and high-quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience! I had anxiety for years about having two canines taken out, and Dr. Lee and Faith took care in assuring and making me feel comfortable. Painless extraction, done within a short time, and filled with friendly conversation. It is now the next day, and I still haven't felt any pain. Ashley at reception is refreshingly polite and cheerful, and all the team are very happy to answer any questions following the procedure. Highly recommended, especially to kids or anyone with bad anxiety.

I had previously got a quote from my regular dentist and I wasn't convinced cause a friend mentioned she had a root canal done but she got it removed and got an implant done. So I did a bit of a research.Glad that I came across With U Dental. I had a full scan done and discovered that my previous dentist selected the wrong tooth for a root canal omg I'm so glad I went out there and did my research. Dr Ed was great at explaining what was best for me to do. So with his advice he referred me to Dr ...lols So I got filling done and he cleaned out the tooth ready for a root canal. He explained everything throughout the whole process. Before I had this done I had a pimple on the gum part where the root canal and also I had a sore in my nose that bleeds sometimes.It's been a whole day and so far no pimple and no bleeding nose...what awesome outcome for me. So to With U Dentist staff and the 2 Drs thank you so much for service and looking forward to the next visit

Fantastic experience: Outstanding service & results: Nine days ago, my four on two implants (four top front teeth) from 12 years ago unexpectedly snapped inside the posts. I managed to source Dr Ed Lee from With U Dental Hawthorn East and left a message on his answering machine around 7 PM hoping to hear from his clinic the next day. Amazingly, at 8 PM that night, I received a text from Dr Ed advising he had made an emergency appointment for me for the next day, even though I was not his current patient. I was impressed. On meeting him, I immediately felt at ease and what I saw in him over the next few days confirmed that he is a professional who doesn’t give up and did his utmost to search for the right parts to repair my implants. Eventually because the suitable parts were no longer available, he organised custom made parts from expert manufacturers in precision dental components. It is with great relief that the manufactured parts worked perfectly and this week he was able to restore my implants. His diligence and tenacity not only saved me grief but saved a great deal of time, inconvenience and a huge amount of money in not having to create new implants from scratch. I highly recommend Dr Ed Lee and will continue to see him for all my future dental needs, even though his clinic is quite a distance from my home. Thank you Dr Ed together with your efficient, friendly team, for all you’ve done. So grateful James

Fantastic experience: As someone with previous dental trauma, I am always very nervous trying out a new dentist. Dr Lee came highly recommended by my previous dentist, and I can see why. Firstly, there is parking available for patients. We were greeted at the door with a welcoming smile by Ash, who had been friendly and amazing to deal with over the phone. The rooms are modern and sunlit and very relaxing. Dr Lee was very friendly and engaging with my 11 year old son and with me, and very understanding of my nervousness. He spoke calmly and undertook my check up and clean with gentleness and care. He explained each step and was diligent to ensure I felt comfortable. Fantastic experience: Had a difficult tooth extraction with Dr. Lee. I was very pleased with the procedure. There was no pain associated with the surgery, and as the anaesthetic quickly wore off, there continued to be minimal discomfort. The surgery is very bright and clean, there was no waiting, all the equipment is new. I look forward to returning to have an implant. I highly recommend Dr Lee and the staff. Decided to have an implant after the tooth extraction. Dr Lee offered me a really good deal. It has been 2 weeks since the screw was implanted and the soft tissue is healing well. There was very little pain associated with the surgery. Just a couple of Panadol as the anaesthetic wore off, but no pain since. I am really pleased with my decision to have the implant. 4 months later…. Today I had my new tooth fitted. Although I am one of the fortunate ones, who don’t have to worry about budgeting to survive, it still took me a while to decide go ahead with what seemed to be an expensive procedure. Not really a cosmetic issue, as the tooth is at the back of my mouth and rarely visible. However, now that I have had a couple of hours to get used to the feeling, it is amazing!!! Food tastes better when you can chew comfortably on both sides. My tongue is relaxed and not constantly feeling the hole. These maybe small Benefits, but really worth it for me. Dr Lee and his staff really looked after me. I believe I got great value, and would highly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Dr Edward Lee is at - With U Dental - and I am jumping for joy for the impeccable work he always did and does in the new surgery I just came from today.
