Fantastic experience: I came in for a general clean and scaling, followed by a filling for a deep cavity. Upon my first visit, the reception and broader clinical staff were warm and welcoming. Before the actual procedure, Sharon (and Dr Arik and the supporting staff) patiently listened to me as I explained my dental history and clearly addressed my questions ensuring that I was comfortable before going ahead with anything. Met with empathy and genuine care, it was very relieving (especially given my less than pleasant experiences with other dentists). She took the time to provide her guidance and express her understanding. It demonstrated the level of compassion that she puts into her work. You’d seldom find this at other dental clinics. During and after the procedure, it is entirely evident that you are in capable hands. The staff articulate each and every step, they put in extensive effort in maintaining the patient’s comfort as best as they can, and they are amazingly efficient. The team is excellent. I will be booking in my next bi-annual check up and am actually looking forward to returning to the dentist. This is ALL thanks to the team at Dickson Street Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe tooth ache causing little sleep over the weekend. I managed to be seen at Dickson Street Dental the following Monday morning. The team were all so accomodating, considerate and caring (even the patient who had to be moved for me to be seen). Dr Arik and his team were so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything prior, during and after my emergency root canal. I walked in with excruciating pain and left with just a numbing sensation from the local anaesthetic. 3 hours after leaving the dental clinic, I am pain free. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth break recently and thought I was going to need it removed and have an implant fitted, Dr Arik reassured me he could save the tooth and fit a crown that would be strong and last for many years while saving me thousands compared to the price of an implant. It was my first time at the clinic, and I was able to have all the preparation work as well as my new crown fitted in the same day within a few hours. The service, professionalism, technology, and care provided by everyone at Dickson Street is really second to none, and I am very glad I have found a dentist I will be sticking with in future!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dr Arik, Ellah and Michaela the removal of my wisdom teeth yesterday was a completely painless and stress-free experience. Dr Arik's expertise and calm, reassuring manner and words put me at ease throughout and ensured the procedure was smooth and swift. And while it was over in a fairly short time, I was given as much time as I needed afterwards to relax. I have nothing but praise for Dr Arik and the team, and highly recommend a visit to Dickson Street Dental!

Fantastic experience: My mum had sore gum/tooth which she needed to have look at. The dentist and reception were amazing in getting her seen before the weekend! My parents dont speak english well and are hard of hearing so having a place that could cater for their needs and reach out to me when needed was great. The dentist took his time to explain and care for her needs and how she was feeling. He explained the process clearly and what follow up needed to be done. The reception was amazing in speaking to my parents and communicating with them in Italian. I am so glad to have found a place for my parents at their old age so close to home and also where they look after them!" Thank you!!! Side note: I was expecting to donate a kidney to pay for my mums dental appointment... surprisingly the price was reasonable considering the work they did! Looks like i'll be keeping that kidney after all!

Fantastic experience: I'm not used to give any reviews but honestly this place deserves one. I could have such a quick appointment for an emergency with an european implant - while all the other dentists I called refused to do anything for me. The doctors and the team are more than lovely. They will give you all the informations and advices to help and make the best decisions. The doctors are so caring and gentle you actually may have a good time even though dentists appointment are not always the most pleasants one. Thanks so much to the whole team for my lovely "new" smile and healthy mouth ! :)

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Dickson street dental I was able to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed properly and safely. I have them an extra hard time as I had some serious issues with my bottom wisdom teeth but they happily took on the challenge and successfully did me a great favour at a great price.

Fantastic experience: My families teeth have been looked after Dickson Street Dental for more than a decade. The new owner are friendly, respectful and well priced. I recently had a crown replaced which was +20 years old. It was installed after a hit and run accident on my bike 27 years ago. The trauma I experienced flooded back to me during the work (not a result of the workmanship), the staff were so kind and considerate of me. Took care of me until I was able to continue. I am so very happy with the results and their kindness help me through the memories of the trauma I was reliving.

I didn't expect that my query will be answered when I messaged them at 10 in the evening to get my dental filling done. The dentist and his assistant were really amazing!!
