Fantastic experience: Absolutely first class service. I am not a resident of Australia and over here for work and had some chronic tootache which needed emergency treatment. I called at 11.30 am and spoke to Michelle who is the lovely receptionist and she booked me in for 12 and I was seen immediately. I dislike the dentist but Dr Rouf was very communicative throughout the surgery and reassured me along the way which made me feel at ease. I now have no pain and extremely happy with the treatment. Michelle called me the day after to check in to see how I was feeling which was a lovely touch! I wish Dr Rouf was in the USA as he would definitely be my regular dentist, I highly recommend him and all at his practice.

Dentistry is a blend of one, art - the aesthetics of dentistry, two, bedside manner - how you treat your patients with care, and three, clinical acumen - diagnosis and the ability to implement treatment. Negative experience: In summary, a very short summary, the company charged a lot for teeth whitening that did not work, unfortunately. Overall, any service there seemed to have been expensive, and often times the principal dentist is not friendly. I have not been going to this dentist in years as I have been going elsewhere. Please do not go if you want to be charged a lot. You deserve better.

Fantastic experience: Its scary finding a new dentist. at age 40 I had the same dentist since I was in school and then he retired- with extreme pain in the tooth I hunted around and found white cross and couldn't be more happy and relieved of the pain Dr M Javeed Rouf was warm caring and genuine his only interest was my well being and his work was outstanding - I think this is the first time I have been to a dentist where there was no pain in the proceedure. they had to get close to the nerves and normally in the past the nerves get bumped here and there and theres immense pain but none here. So thank you Dr M Javeed Rouf I wasn't the best patient you ever had but I think you are the best dentist I ever had.

Fantastic experience: White Cross Hornsby Dental is a professional family dental practice. My whole family and my parents have been coming to Hornsby (close to the station) for over 6 years and we have the best treatment on the Upper North Shore that you could ask for. My son is undergoing some dental implants and the care he is getting is beyond amazing. The equipment is so up to date and I love being able to watch TV or listen to music whilst my treatment is being done. Michelle on the front desk is kind and caring and is always ready to help a nervous patient. They do HiCAPS and are very reasonable with their fees. I highly recommend this local business.

Firstly I was impressed by how clean and updated the clinic looks and then further impressed by the high level of services provided. Dr Javeed was amazing not only in his technical skills but more importantly he took time to listen to concerns, care for feelings and took them very seriously, which is very rare given the countless dental practices I have been to. I had an issue with my bite, instead of rushing through, he took time to make sure that everything was finally ok with me before concluding the treatment. There was a potential filling to be done however Dr Javeed gave his honest advice so that I have options to proceed or delay. I felt like I had a friend by my side instead of just another dentist. I know that I have finally found my dentists for many years to come. Thank you Dr Javeed, Dr Reema and Michelle!
