Dr Roger Ha is very kind and attentive, calm and patient in explaining any question we have for my son’s dental issue. I also would like to thank the lady in the reception, she is awesome and very helpful, always pays attention and assists when needed. Best customer service! Negative experience: PEOPLE BEAWARE !!!! Absolutely shocking!!! Just called up because wanted to book my children once he knew i had child dental grant would not tell me how much a check up would cost, saying dont worry you have a grant its free, I asked him 3 times and wouldn’t tell me what a check up cost will cost, they want to extort the grant, the grant is for us to use on out children when in need NOT FOR YOUS TO EXTORT IT!!!!. Just replying to your reply I asked for a check only, any dentist you call would easily tell you what a check up cost you LIAR. WHO BILLS MEDICARE YOU LIAR???

Negative experience: Worse experience ever. Doctor check my son with xray and says he has infection but tooth needs to be removed. We says ok to go ahead. He gave 5 injection of anesesia. And just cou ting time that you have 5 min left and now 3 min left and now time over. After giving him anesesia he says sorry I tried to pull his teeth but it's not working and I can not do it today .and my son needs to go through All this process again next week. And when I asked why you can not do it now.? So he says we have other patients waiting outside. So can not do it today .and after he change his word by saying he has infection so can not do it. And I started crying by saying that then why you even give him anesesia injections in mouth by knowing he has infection. Now i needs to take my son to another cleanic on the same day . I will never go to this cleanic again .

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appt due to severe pain and it was 5pm already. The lovely receptionist was able to book me in last minute. I got my tooth x-rayed and extracted all within 20mins. The dentist and his assistant were lovely and to be honest, this was the best tooth extraction I have experienced.

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment and try to get costing information for a consultation. Staff were so rude and unhelpful! He kept talking over me, wasn't listening to what I was asking and told me to go elsewhere.

Negative experience: Not great experience, had appointment last week , called to inform them I am Running late the guy at reception started yalling , wasn’t able to finish my sentence, than said don’t come back here again . Don’t recommend this place at all !!

Negative experience: Extremely unhelpful and arrogant old guy at the front counter. He provides medical advice to the patients. He is not a qualified person to provide medical advice. He should provide information only. His customer service is extremely poor. However, the dentist Mr Roger Ha is a nice and caring guy. He is friendly, helpful and professional.

Negative experience: Very rude man at reception, ruins the whole experience. Dentist was lovely, however I left still in pain- they couldn’t find the source of it. X-rays were blurry. I got a second opinion elsewhere and glad I did- impacted wisdom tooth. If this clinic tried pulling out my 2nd last molar which they thought it was it would have broken from the wisdom tooth pushing into it! Won’t return..

Fantastic experience: First time I had been there, and WOW!! From the first contact booking an appointment, to sitting in the chair the care the team showed me was second to none. They explained all the process and the best options for my cracked tooth. I have not had such a good experience at a dentist ever. I would recommend anyone looking for a great dentist.

Negative experience: Dentist is very good and professional. As for the rude man at reception. Told me I owed for a filling 8 years ago I have never had a filling at this clinic. I was humiliated as there were people in waiting area . He would not stop asking me to pay more than 6 times. Then the older lady also did the same. Very unprofessional. I was so embarrassed they didn't even explain how much my check up was with a Xray.

Negative experience: This is particularly for the male receptionist to whom I spoke aver the phone about my child’s dental issues. He was so rude. I was trying to make first appointment but his rudeness keep me away. As morning shows the day, the reception is the first contact for the customer who should play vital role to shine the clinics fame but his action/way of speaking over the phone is absolutely terrible. I shall never ever recommend any one to face this kind of service from the front desk of this clinic.

Negative experience: Went there for tooth removal but started pain on another tooth as dentist hit my upper teeth with tool he used for extraction. I called them and told i have pain he said its not possible And ask me to come after 5 days Do you leave patient in pain for 5 days

Fantastic experience: Dr Roger Ha was fully booked and I was in pain. So I went to Dental One. Did x ray and said nothing wrong with my tooth. And sent me to GP. A week later, still in pain. Then I went to Dr Roger. He was so professional and patient and found out the nerve of one tooth died and infected. And proposed a few options. Luckily I got the correct diagnosis and solve the problem. Dr Roger is very very experience. Charges is very very reasonable. I will strongly recommend Dr Roger from Craigieburn Dental Care. And I make sure I stick to him and no more going to random dentist.

Negative experience: Will not recommend to anyone. Yes. Dentist Roger Ha, he is good and well qualified, but the reception man, he is very rude. I respect him as a person but he became so rude to me and the denture they provided me not good at all. I have discussed with denture technician, he said no one can fix or tight your denture. You need new one. But they are saying they can do it for $400 like seriously.

He helped me alot in the past week to save a tooth, unfortunately I had it removed yesterday. Roger was careful, gentle with limited stress on me while extracting it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The clinic is one of the cleanest I been to. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Negative experience: I had a tooth extracted on the Friday, still had severe pain on the Monday, I was told by the lady in reception, to wait until the next day if the pain was still bad, call back to make an appointment she told me they had available appointments. called on the Tuesday at 8:30am to make an appointment because i still had severe pain. I was told there was no available appointments. I told the gentleman i will call another dentist to make a appointment. The gentleman called back 20 minutes later saying he had available time at 1:00 which he stated previously this time was their lunch time. Craigieburn dental is my usual family dentist. The dentists all seem to be great. Although the reception are always very strategic with making appointments.

Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I went through a very difficult tooth extraction today as my tooth was broken pretty bad. Dr Sharree (I hope I'm spelling that right) was trying for 1 1/2 hours utilising all her patience so the tooth doesn't brake any further which would then need to be extracted surgically. Through the whole process she and her nurse were making sure that I am ok. The price I was given over the phone when I booked the appointment was the same when I checked out. No surprises, no hidden costs. I would like to thank all the stuff at Craigieburn Dental Care. Definitely would be recommending them!

Fantastic experience: The Lady dentist was excellent. I had a large filling performed with very little pain, in my mouth or hip pocket the last time I had a filling at another dentist it cost me $500+ (and hurt like hell) with a lecture at the end. This time it was $170 all done look after yourself we will see you next time. Been a few hours now and no pain coming back I will be taking my child there when they get teeth.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place! Booked myself and my three year old in (her first dental appointment) for yesterday, and it went smoothly. The dentist introduced herself as 'Aunt Henny' and my toddler thought she was the best thing ever. Was happy to lie in the chair and keep get mouth open for a check up and clean, and Henny had the patience and cheerful manner that made everything rub perfectly.

Negative experience: The person at the front desk is a bit awkward but ok. Unfortunately the dentist is not qualified. He had no idea what my problem was and his treatment aggravated my teeth issue. Donot visit this place if you are looking for a dentist!! He took Xray of my teeth and said they are prefectly alright when I can clealy see signs of decay!!
