Fantastic experience: I cannot possibly recommend this dentistry and Dr Sam high enough!! I first started coming to bluebird 5 years ago with a mouth full of teeth problems that had plagued me for years causing significant dental anxiety and low confidence. I have been to a variety of other dentist practices and I have always felt rushed with poor quality treatment, poorly communicated to and not properly consulted to during the treatment process. Dr Sam is unlike any dentist I have seen before his attention to detail is incredible and his personable warm caring nature always makes you feel so calm and reassured. He always takes his time to explain the treatment process and your options and is such a perfectionist when it comes to the treatment! How he managed to get my teeth and smile looking the way it does now is a miracle. I have gone from hiding my teeth and smile to showing it off whenever i get the chance! I cannot speak highly enough of this practice, Dr Sam, the receptionists and the dental assistants and technicians they are all amazing. The prices for the treatment you receive here are amazing!! I genuinely look forward to coming here because of the amazing service (I come all the way from Geelong because of how good this practice and Dr Sam is). Do yourself and your teeth a favour and make this your dentist!

Fantastic experience: Honestly I’ve always hated the dentist. Either been afraid or just not enjoyed going. I moved house and had to go to the dentist and thought I’d try bluebird based on reviews. So glad I did! My dentist there is Sam and he’s always so lovely, talks through his process and why he is recommending certain things. Takes you on the journey and can recognise if you’re feeling worried and helps through it. All other staff are also lovely, from the front desk to cleaning to X-rays and everything in between - I highly recommend bluebird to anyone needing dental work or a check up! Especially if you usually avoid the dentist, bluebird is for you.

Fantastic experience: I was having severe tooth pain over several months and had seen 3 different dentists but they all couldn’t help me. I decided to give Bluebird Dental a go and oh my goodness! After just one session, 24hours later my tooth pain was already starting to decrease, and 2 weeks later it is completely gone. The staff here are such experts and undertake their work with care. I finally found my go-to dentist! Thank you, Bluebird :)

Fantastic experience: Miss 5 year old had a playground incident which needed urgent dental care. We were booked in on short notice and was seen by Waronga Etiabari. We were treated with great support and service. Miss 5 year old had two teeth extracted and still does not fear going to the dentist!

As soon as I walk in I’m always greeted by the most bubbliest ladies, especially Silvia. I always see Dr Sam and Waronga. Dr Sam always makes me feel comfortable and is honest and easy to talk to. Fantastic experience: As a 21 year old who has not been to a dentist in 7+ years from the fear many people have, I can confidently say that Sam and his perfect supporting team make the experience super settling as if they were working on a family member. Through my experience of fillings requiring needles what everyone fears It was almost completely painless and the best experiences I've ever had. I will be returning. Fantastic experience: Can’t speak highly enough of Sam and his team. I recently had Warunga look after and treat some pretty bloody gums that were less than healthy. Warunga was honest and practical with her approach and although the treatment wasn’t pleasant she made the experience as pain free and effective as possible and avoided me heading to the periodontist. Fantastic experience: I had a problem with my adult canine teeth, so my baby canines had to come out. I was a little nervous, but Waronga made me feel better. We chatted and I forgot all about my nervousness. When it was time for my extraction, Waronga put a funny-tasting cream in my mouth that made sure I felt no pain. All I felt was pressure, and - call me crazy - it felt like a massage. It was over quickly and painlessly. No matter which dentist you have, you'll be in safe hands. Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental practice. The reception staff (Steph and Silvia) start the great experience as soon as you walk in the door. Being a new patient, I had a VERY thorough initial consultation with one of the hygienists (Simone) to assess the health of my teeth, before my appointment with Dr Sam Reddy. He has a truly wonderful nature, offering excellent advice and treatment to provide the best outcome for your teeth. I’ve never been so comfortable and at ease sitting in a dentist’s chair, whilst having a filling! I’ve also had an appointment with another hygienist (Waronga). She did a superb job with my teeth, as it had been over a year since I last saw a hygienist. I also witnessed her being so gentle and kind when getting a young nervous patient in for their treatment. Well done Bluebird Dental, you are absolutely nailing dental excellence.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience with Dr Carlos! I highly highly recommend this clinic for anyone especially those with a dentist phobia. My filling came out spontaneously after lunch and the team got me in ASAP. Extremely hospitable and very empathetic staff from the receptionist all the way through. Negative experience: I'll leave 0 star if possible, as far as I know I was going to the clinic to get a clean I was told on the phone I was to be getting fillings then I asked what are you talking about I'm suppose to be getting a scale and clean I don't know anything about fillings but is I was never informed it was now my fault and had to pay 100 as a cancellation fee which I'd understand if I knew about the appointment and then cancelled, when I said this is ridiculous she called me back saying she spoke to the person who own the dentistry he said we can change to a 30 cancellation, I told them I'm never returning Just purely money hungry and unorganised

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Bluebird for several years now and haven’t had a team as good as this before. Sam always looks after me and gives the best care, and Rachel always ups the experience with her jokes and humour. Not enough stars to give.

Their warm and caring approach alleviated my anxiety; and it is comforting to see their kind interactions with children! The practice is sympathetic to emergency situations, such as mine, and acted quickly to organise appointments to remedy situation. A huge, huge thank you to everyone involved in my treatment. Fantastic experience: I have been afraid of the dentist my entire life and I am in my 40’s. After avoiding going for the past 13 years I had to go as I broke a tooth. Carlos was recommended to me by my sister. He has treated me now quite a few times and although I still get a bit anxious about going, he has completely earned my trust and cooperation. I have experienced virtually pain free treatment. He is thorough and explains everything he is going to do and then again once it has been carried out. I feel calmer with music and take my headphones in. When I have forgotten them, he plays a Spotify list of my choice. He is very caring and makes you feel at ease. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Generally not a big fan of going to the dentist, and was pretty anxious prior to the appointment. When entering the clinic, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist named Cindy, who made me feel welcome. Dr Carlos and the nurse were also very friendly and informative, taking the time to provide more details on my situation in a helpful and professional manner. This helped me build the courage to commit to a last minute decision of having a tooth removed! Once the procedure was finished, I also received a pretty neat care package. Any initial fears of going to the dentist are completely valid. However please know that you're being looked after by a great team!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit today and I saw Carlos the dentist with his dental nurse.I am a phobia patient due to a very bad experience years ago with a dentist which left me traumatised. Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend! I happened to stumble across bluebird dental because of their catchy poster on the wall asking if you’re scared of the dentist. I then googled them and read the reviews and thought why not. It was the best decision I could’ve made because from the first phone call to my now 5th visit the staff have been amazing. Not only did Sam fix my tooth, his knowledge and expertise made me feel like l was in the very best of care. Although l must travel 45 min to reach Bluebird dental clinic, I do so because Sam’s the best dentist around. His staff are warm and friendly, and l recently had my teeth cleaned by the sweetest girl. What a great team !

Fantastic experience: I searched through dentists in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne for a dentist I felt I could trust to handle treating a dead incisor I carried around for almost 5 years. After a good 3 years of being super picky I met Carlos at Bluebird Dental and instantly knew he was the guy for the job. He made the whole process comfortable and easy and was an absolute professional when it came to advising me about long term cost effectiveness of different kinds of treatment that could be undertaken. I've also seen their dental hygienist Richie who was also an absolute professional. She talked me through every step of the process and was so incredibly helpful with booking appointments to suit my schedule. Fantastic experience: I am a repeat customer of many years now, there are other dentists closer to my home but I choose to maintain my relationship with Bluebird. Bluebird keep up to date with the latest dental techniques and technology and they are well connected with other highly rated allied dental specialists (periodontists for example). All the professionals at Bluebird complete their work with great skill and precision and are all excellent in showing great care. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the clinic for about 15 years as I worked in the area. I have been living in the eastern suburbs for about 13 years, however I will continue to attend the clinic. I have had Invisalign and ongoing dental checkups, and have always been happy with the work done on my teeth and the service and friendliness of all staff. I trust the team and even have my 3 kids attend the clinic who all feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for 15+ years now and the work of Sam and Steve is second to none. The rest of the staff are great too. Compared to other dentists I’ve been to over the years they use modern digital equipment and do thorough examinations. Automatic checkup reminders are sent to your phone so you don’t forget. If you have any major dental work required the guys are great at explaining your options within the context of how these will work out over time so you can make the best informed decisions for yourself.
