Fantastic experience: Came to the dentist for the first time in 4 years and was absolutely petrified but left feeling so well informed and so much better with my gum health. Wasn’t pressured at all for any further things that needed to be fixed. And super cost effective! Couldn’t recommend enough!! Fantastic experience: Wonderful place with great atmosphere and very friendly staff, went in to find out why I was having pain on the right side of my gums and cheek. Dr Rebeca Lima and her assistant found out I had an infection in my sinus that was causing the pain and sent me on my way to get antibiotics that fully cleared my symptoms. Also gave me a wonderful cleaning and are very happy to share any info that you need to keep your gums and teeth healthy. All thanks to Dr Rebeca Lima for giving me a wonderful experience 10/10 W Dentist

Fantastic experience: Over the last year I have had fillings, extractions, a crown and an implant done with Dr Moslemi. He is very professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. Also very gentle and with no pain felt . He uses laser treatment to help heal the process and my implant is perfect even though it was a challenge because of my softer bone through age. I would recommend him highly.

I was really nervous before my first appointment because I’d been experiencing some pain, but Dr Rebecca took time to calm me down and talk me through things. She was very mindful of any discomfort and it was the least painful clean I’ve had. Also very encouraging and non-judgmental. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this Dental Surgery enough absolutely outstanding service. I am extremely nervous about going to the dentist to the point were I have severe panic attacks and will walk out or just not attend at all, I have not attended a dentist in over ten years for that reason. But Dr Lima has helped me conquer my fear after the second visit with her I cannot believe how comfortable I feel. She is absolutely fantastic explains everything that she is going to do in detail so no surprises and is so gentle. All the staff at Glengowrie Dental are outstanding from reception to Dental Assistants and The Dentists themselves!!! I look forward to my next visit!!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Glengowrie dental was definitely five Star. The dentist Dr Rebeca was knowledgeable, patient and explained things very well. I went to see her to get a second opinion about pain in my jaw. After running a couple of simple tests, she was able to ascertain that it was muscular, and then provided excellent advice on how to deal with it, including some jaw exercises which she provided written instructions for. This came as a relief, because a previous dentist had very dismissively suggested it was probably a cracked tooth, and there was nothing that could be done until the tooth completely fell apart! I have decided to become a permanent client at Glengowrie dental, because I feel they genuinely listen and do their absolute best to help you.

Negative experience: Dentist didnt introduce himself I had to ask,went in with chipped front tooth,its very hard when your mouth is full of fingers and suction and masks and tv going to hear or ask questions,Shamin just went ahead with consultation about what was needed repaired 1 tooth said he did another filling which I wasn't aware of,got the works xrays,clean, polish,fluoride,assistant just stuck it in my mouth.$1069 gap after Bupa $682 questioned it and reduced to $459. quoted $540 for an extraction. spoke to SA DA and Bupa way above recommended charges,wont be going back.How can he just do it all with out asking,my former retired dentist would show photos of xrays explain what needed to be addressed and how much it would cost approx.talk about being railroaded,I did mention i was on the age pension and was finding keeping up Bupa hard.

Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding dental consultation today with Dr. Rebecca and the team. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain each procedure she would perform and always checking if I had any questions. After the cleaning and x-rays, she thoroughly discussed the necessary treatments for each tooth and provided me with options to choose from. What I appreciated most was her honesty regarding the different treatment options and her willingness to let me make my own decisions. I felt confident in her expertise and would wholeheartedly recommend her without hesitation.

Negative experience: My wife and I booked our initial appointment for clean and check up which we were told it would be $320 each which we were fine with. On the day I was first to see the dentist who told me the clean would be $1000 plus other work needed which came to over $2000. I never got the clean done. I wasn't happy with the quote and told him I would go to another dentist and get a second opinion. I went elsewhere and got the clean and check up done for $200 and the other work was $300. My wife went in and was charged $450 for her initial check and clean. This place ripped us off and we will never go back there again
