Fantastic experience: Dr Meagan Healy is honestly the best dentist I have ever been to in Melbourne. Dr Megan and her team at Sparkle were friendly and professional, but what really stood out to me was how honest, informative and thorough Dr Megan was. She took me through everything she was seeing and doing during the checkup and provided recommendations along the way. This is the first dental clinic in 5 years where I haven’t had braces or some other aesthetic related expense pressure pitched to me. Instead I left with a better understanding of my of my oral health and a plan for treatment and prevention. I’ve already told my wife to book an appointment.

Fantastic experience: My wife & kids have used Sparkle Dental regularly for 15 years, but I’ve always avoided the dentist. I went for a big clean after putting it off for ten years. The practice was organised, on time and the equipment appeared brand new. The team at Sparkle were friendly and professional and even called the next day to make sure I were Ok. After some very bad experiences at other dental practices in the area, I was delighted to find Dr Sobiya. She is takes great care with all her treatments and has a gentle manner that is reassuring for children. I have had a variety of treatments done, crowns, fillings, root canals etc and she's always talked me through the options and been thorough in ensuring that it went well. Fantastic experience: I've just had a new crown put on one of my teeth. Dr Kai did a great job and the whole process was streamlined and much easier than my previous experience with having crowns put in. Previously, I needed 2 appointments, a couple of weeks apart. In the first one a mould for the crown would be created and a temporary filling inserted. After a couple of weeks the filling would be taken out and the new crown put in. With Dr Kai, it is all done in 2 appointments on the one day with no need for temporary fillings. Fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Sobiya since 2020. She has a very soft and gentle manner which makes going to the dentist less scary. She is upfront about costs so there's never any surprises and she doesn't pressure you into procedures etc. The dental assistants and reception team are all great as well. They've been very accommodating when I have had to move appointments or been unwell. Very happy with Dr Sobiya & Sparkle!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Sobiya Pathmalinkam since 2020, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. A family member recommended her to me, knowing my anxiety about dental visits, and I'm so grateful for the recommendation. Her thoughtful approach, including giving a toy penguin to hold during needles, makes the experience much more comfortable. She really has a patient centred approach! Last year, I decided to get Invisalign, and the process was seamless and easy, taking only 12 months. I'm thrilled with the results. Dr. Sobiya is fantastic at explaining everything clearly and providing detailed information about costs well in advance. I am so happy I decided to get Invisalign! Additionally, the administrative staff are always friendly and helpful, making each visit a pleasant experience. Fantastic experience: Gentle dentist, up to date with modern technology. Willing to spend time talking and explaining treatment options and not feel pressured on what needs to be done. The staff are wonderful, friendly, compassionate and always there to help answer any additional questions. Great with the kids and also making the nerves go away for people with phobias. Its great that this clinic offers orthodontics treatment. Dr Sobiya Pathmalinkam has done wonders with jaw expansions and braces for my boy. Very pleased with her work.

As we all work we to work out when we can make appointments. And putting me on a waiting list for emergency (the unexpected tooth that I had to pull out). Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I'd like to thank the team at Sparkle Dental. In reviewing an x-ray he had taken, Dr Kai Xu discovered that a tooth neighbouring the one he was working on had a hidden infection that had entered the bone - the referral periodontist described the situation as a "ticking time bomb" that could cause long-term health complications if left untreated. When you are married with children it's good having a dentist like Dr Kai & Team in your corner, helping look after your long-term health.

He is kind, exceptionally patient with nervous patients, thorough and really cares about his patients. All staff from assistants through to reception staff are equally caring and friendly. Negative experience: Very happy with the dental work itself, but unfortunately they infected me with COVID. No masks at reception. Patients not required to wear masks in lobby. Dental staff wearing only surgical masks and not N95s.

Fantastic experience: We'd had a few dud dental experiences on our return to Melbourne until relatives recommended we try their longterm family dentist Dr Kai. So glad they did! The whole surgery delivers hygienic, well-designed spaces; strong Covidsafe protocols; efficient appointment booking etc - all with friendly courtesy and cheer. Dr Kai gives excellent professional competence and has great communication and care and harmonious team-work from his assistants. My spouse was lucky not to need much work while I sadly had to have crowns and a bridge. Yet I felt in safe and caring hands all through the longest sessions.
