Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Bianca Volpato and the experience was excellent. The procedure was quick and completely painless. I highly recommend Dr. Volpato for anyone requiring dental treatment.

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic to get my Invisalign attachments fixed. The front desk staff provided excellent service, so I assumed the same level of care from the dentist—but I was wrong! The dentist who treated me was a female doctor. I’ve seen over 20 dentists before, and while gum bleeding is normal, this was the first time a dentist actually damaged my gums. Since the attachments were fixed, I decided to let it go. However, just a few days later, the attachment fell off, and now I can’t even find it! During this time, I was very careful and avoided eating anything hard. The entire experience, both the process and the outcome, left me extremely disappointed!

Lucky it didn't take me long to discover O dental and book a first appointment there to check it out. Now it's been more than a year and O dental is without a doubt one of the best dentist I have ever been to in my life and across the world! Dr. Caroline Oh is so professional, all about comfort and focused on precision. Going back for an appointment is truly a pleasure and even a source of re-assurance knowing that nothing will get passed her eagle eyes and treatment will be excellent each and every time. Fantastic experience: I had a fabulous time here, the staff were so nice and attentive to my needs! Definitely would recommend!

Negative experience: Update to response: I say this dentist claims to have pulled or restored 8 teeth in 1.5hrs. I don’t have teeth in two of the spots I’ve been charged over $300 per tooth for restorations I specifically said not to do. I say give over paid by 2200. By her own calculations I was owed 600 which she didn’t mention or try to refund despite us agreeing to go separate ways. Further I was sent letters of demand within weeks of my medipay not being able to be used. I then paid 3200 for the work done plus the balance of the quote to get to a temporary plate. My teeth are very damaged. An average of 11 min per tooth would be required to complete the work she claims she did. The fact is I’m a low income single mum. I have PTSD from previous professional wrong doing which Caroline was made very aware of. Do not waste your money here. She did a terrible job of what work she did do. I’ve been unable to work as a result this again reflecting the total con my engagement with Caroline transpired. I’ve lodged with the HCCC. I am seeking a full refund and damages due to my loss of income which this horrible woman has no concern about despite flat out robbing me. I

Negative experience: I paid up front for dental work to the value of 3200. I received 1 appointment which was 2hrs in which 3 teeth were removed only. Caroline then refused to proceed with further treatment despite her being aware that my dental issues were preventing me from working. I have since emailed them 3 time requesting a refund of 2200 for the services they did not do but that I had paid in advance for. They have not replied to one of these emails. I am a low income earner, a single mum and I was working for myself. Caroline you have effectively stolen 2200 from me abd refuse to discuss this or finish the work I need to be able to return to work. To those thinking about using O Dental I would recommend you proceed with caution as a result of my experience. It seems that there is a lack of ethical and professional conduct with this organisation.

Fantastic experience: I managed to get my teeth cleaned and whitened at O dental. Dr Oh and her team were patient, calm, kind and reassuring. The results were effective and it has transformed my smile. It was quick to make a booking, and I did not have to wait when I arrived. More importantly I did not get lost as it is easy to locate, above Coles in East Village shopping centre in Zetland. There is ample parking at east village and this allows me to get a few things done at the same time. I normally don’t like the hassle of parking and visiting dentists but my experience was good and will visit again soon.

Negative experience: DON'T GO HERE!! Damaged side of mouth (rawness, skin scraping). Caused me to gag multiple times through treatment (this has never happened with other dentists), it was due to putting the equipment too deep into the mouth with was unnecessary for treatment. Communication unclear. Their whitening treatment is super dodgy and when we heard what it entailed we wanted to cancel. Their assistant coerced us into going with promises we can cancel at any time. They still took our deposit. I went because Google reviews were high. Turns out they were all ~4years ago, probably farmed then. Don't be like me :(

Negative experience: Had a terrible experience with Dr. Oh, who was doing an Invisalign treatment on me. My teeth were beautiful just not aligned to perfection. Dr. Oh then took me as a patient and I have relied on her experience. Not only that she has neglected my case throughout the treatment which was pointed out several times that her skills where not quite there, but at the completion of the course which was approximately two years in length, she didn’t place offer to place a retainer as she should’ve. No records of final photos where taken either. For that price I would highly recommend Nicole Kaplin she is fantastic at was she does, she is a crazy person to perfection and you will pay the same money only won’t loose your teeth after treatment. My teeth have gone very fragile after treatment due to damage caused by unprofessional work. You do not want to be told after year which was promised for completion of alighting the teeth, you have to do another year of Invisalign, this is unprofessional. And after the second year you realise those teeth didn’t move either and refund was given. Is two years worth the refund of you wearing and damaging your teeth for two years? No it’s not. Don’t risk see professional for the same money you will never write or see posts like this.

Negative experience: A few years ago I visited this dental for a broken tooth filling, after their dentist drilled my tooth, the dentist told me I had to extract my tooth instead of filling it because of her careless. That was my second visiting, which means they didn’t check my tooth carefully at my first visiting. You won’t find me in your records as the receptionist even didn’t give me the receipt after I paid.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the most professional and most positive dental experience I have had so far. Caroline, Roza and the team at O Dental were attentive and patient-centred. After the X-ray scan, they explained to me my situation, the treatment plan and constantly checked with me how I was feeling throughout the procedure. Having had horrible experiences previously, I can’t say enough how assured and comforted I felt today. Negative experience: Caroline is the most rudest person i have come across. i had a tooth extraction and a filling three months ago, and now realising she only took half the tooth out, and did not extract the full tooth and my filling has cracked already. When asking about these issues for an appointment she accused me of lying and started abusing me over the phone and wanted me to pay to secure a booking, in which the appointment was to fix her mess up. I would NEVER recommend her or her clinic if you want a job done properly. Over charged and absolutely disgusting attitude.

I have been impressed with Caroline's follow up after Invisalign with a wire retainer and additional plastic retainers to ensure the teeth do not move. Fantastic experience: Was unhappy with my previous dentist - when I had pain after only a few months since seeing dentist - I decided to find another clinic. I read the Google Reviews and asked if a same-day appointment was available at O Dental. Dr. Oh saw me a couple of hours later. I was impressed at how thorough she was. She did many checks I haven't had done before and was very complimentary about my brushing etc. I am returning in three weeks for a follow-up. I have definitely found my new dentist!
