Fantastic experience: I recently had my first appointment at Falcon Dental Studio with Dr Maria Zia. I was feeling quite nervous beforehand but Dr Zia’s warm and welcoming approach immediately put me at ease. She created such a comfortable and calming environment that I felt completely relaxed so much so that I even drifted off to sleep during the appointment! The room was set up beautifully with dim lighting and a soothing light display. I will definitely be returning to see Dr Zia and highly recommend booking an appointment with her if you’re looking for exceptional care in a relaxing setting.

Positive experience: First up, the staff here are all lovely! For the Spanish speakers, the receptionist is a native Spanish speaker and signs are all translated in Spanish for you. My first complaint is that twice when I went in there to pick up my whitening trays or whatever, despite Google telling me they were open, I would be met with a locked door. The next thing I experienced was my whitening gel running out very, very quickly, despite using the most minuscule amount on the trays. Oh and it barely even whitened my teeth! A waste of money. Most frustrating of all though was this::after going in for two separate appointments (and of course paying both times - they always split this particular payment in half so customers pay it in two installments) the receptionist sends me an email telling me she has no record of the second payment. I felt stressed and I took the time to search through my bank records as she planted a seed of doubt in my mind. Sure enough, there it was and I sent her the proof. She then emails me again a week or so later saying now she can’t find any record of my first payment. Once again I have to go through the time-consuming and stressful process of finding the proof for her. Sure enough, it is there. I found this incredibly unprofessional to be asking a customer to find proof for you when surely you can do that yourself? It made me feel really belittled and like she didn’t believe I had paid for it when I had. I emailed my disappointment and received not even so much as an apology. Although my first impression of Falcon was very positive, because of what happened with the receptionist being too incompetent to locate my payments (which occurred right after my appointments, mind you), I won’t be going back there again.

Fantastic experience: I took my 4 year old in for his first ever checkup and clean and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Walking in there for the first time, Ozzy immediately made us feel welcome and let my son practice the Spanish he learns at kindy with her. Dr Oh also had the room set up for kids and took the time to explain to my son everything he was doing and why he was doing it in a very professional and friendly manner which definitely helped in my 4 year old gladly sitting in the chair with no problems at all. Would definitely recommend falcon dentistry for parents with kids, knowing that dentists can be scary places for them.

Negative experience: I did a post before and i was so happy, however my filling has been broken twice since they fixed and I had to pay for the "guarantee" Now the result is terrible, my tooth look unsightly and I cant do anything more because i have been there 4 times and the result is the same... I just give up with them... Now saving money to go to an other dentis so my teeth looks good :( defintivamente no vayas Falcon Dental Studios yo fui y he tenido q ir 3 veces mas despues de la primera, porq se parten las carillas y ademas en la garantia me hciieron pagar otra vez consulta y finalmente no me gustó el resultado. Ya me cansé y me toca dejarme el diente asi porq no tengo mas dinero por ahora para cambiarlo. Me toco la garantia con otra doctora q no habla español y fui alla porq hablaban español pero la dra se fue y es dificil explicar como se ve tan mal

Past trips to the dentist often filled me with a fear that would make me physically sick and was the reason why I neglected regular checkups. My first visit with Dr Jugenis Falcon, was so pleasant and calm that I had no hesitation in returning. Dr Jugenis and her assistants’ personal and professional attitude is outstanding and these qualities accompanied them across to the whole Falcon Dental Studios practice. The entire team are very professional and you should consider visiting.

Having high anxiety I always struggle with going to the dentist but Dr Falcon was so empathetic and gentle. I was given exceptional advice on how to maintain my oral health and a fantastic plan to fix any problems I currently have. If your looking for a new dental practice, this is the place to go. I even got a cute gift bag on my way out. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve ever gone too, I made a trip up from Melbourne for two reasons 1 obviously for a great sunny holiday and the other was to see Falcon dental as I’ve heard many great things about this clinic. I had the pleasure of having Jugenis as my Dr and she was so wonderful, super attentive to what I wanted which she had recommended a Gingivectomy, this was something I was not to familiar with because my usual dentist barely would talk to me about soloutions for my teeth. This procedure is not new, and I wish I was told about it years ago cause I would of jumped at it!! So much more affordable then having to fork 7/8k for braces. This procedure felt very life changing to me as my gummy smile was my biggest insecurity so to have that transformed without needing braces was a dream come true. Thank you to the Falcon dental team for the amazing customer service and for taking the best care of me when I came down to see you I couldn’t of been more happier with my experience in your clinic . Wish y’all were in Melbourne, but it won’t stop me from coming up again when I need it another dental visit.

Fantastic experience: To write a review of such a great experience is no easy task, where do I begin? I’ll start at the entrance where both receptionists I have encountered (Inés and Katey) have been wonderful in providing service quality (both in know-how and efficiency) as well as making the wait interesting and entertaining. Both women have been kind, and genuinely nice and smiley, having talked and joked about many things from video games to favourite pizza places. This is far from the “artificially nice” yet cold and distant reception you get at most commercial business venues. The doc (Jugenis), is a wonderful person with an excellent mix of capability and humanity which shows she really cares for her patients. She is all technical and knowledgeable about dentistry, but she is still down to earth and sympathetic to the things that happen on the chair. She was not judgemental about my lack of dental care, but did admonish me sternly (in a caring mother kind of way) about my deficient hygienic technique, while at the same time being compassionate about my specific situation, and momentary discomfort throughout the procedure. She started the session sitting in front of me, giving full attention and great eye contact while we discussed what I needed, and then proceeded to ask for my musical preference during the session, and hence playing that kind music during the procedure for comfort and distraction. On my second visit she also complimented the good changes and obvious improvements I was making. Thus, combining carrot and stick to create continued motivation. I love this POLITE NON BS approach to expert services. This is a great place to go for your dental care needs. Proficient, kind and welcoming. I wholeheartedly give an outstanding review and award full marks to the team at Falcon Dental Studios. I'd give more than 5 stars if it were possible.

Fantastic experience: I visited Falcon Dental Studios a week ago for my first visit. They were very friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had. I had a clean, xray and filling done in the one sitting. I didn't even have to get out of the chair for the xray (loved that). Their location is good and the front of house very nicely decorated. Everything went pretty well and the fee was very reasonable. They were nice enough to fit me in to an available slot as I was travelling soon. Thanks guys
