Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr. Giancarlos and I loved it! He was very patient, explained absolutely everything to me, and his work was incredible. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!

Fantastic experience: This week I flew up to Surfers from Melbourne, but unfortunately my mild tooth sensitivity became much worse, and I knew I couldn’t wait till I returned home to sort it. A staff member where we are staying suggested ringing Surfers Dental. Receptionist Evelina kindly booked me for two hours ahead. I was so pleased, as I certainly needed help.Back molar pain not much fun! Dr Andres Garay was very competent testing and assessing what was causing the pain, and I knew I was in capable hands. He discussed his findings very clearly and showed me the X-rays and why I was in trouble. He was very calming and gentle, and no part of the procedure was painful. He and the nurse worked solidly for an hour, sorting out my tooth situation, and after he’d finished, he did a report for my dentist at home, as the second stage will occur later. I am so grateful for the excellent treatment by Dr Garay and staff. The last thing I was expecting to happen on my holiday was have a dental procedure, but I was able to enjoy the rest of my time here with my face feeling normal again after you looked after me so well.

I had a tooth extracted without any problem. The procedure was fantastic fast, gentle, and professional. Also, I didn't feel any discomfort, although I am afraid of needles . Fantastic experience: Exceptional Dental practice. Dr Andreas was a pleasure to let loose on my teeth. I was referred here from Southport Oral Health clinic when they had a spill over of workload & clients during Covid. I have since returned and elected for an implant & am very happy with the job they’ve done. They have comfy waiting area, nice visual imagery on high definition screens, immaculate operating area & a lovely friendly receptionist. Limited parking but metered on street parking is available. (I think it was 4P)

Fantastic experience: I came to Gold Coast for tourism. I booked an appointment because I was overdue for a check-up and cleaning because of a concern I had. I was extremely nervous as many people are with dental appointments. I discovered that I had a cavity that required prompt intervention, and another that could be postponed but also needed to be addressed. I was hesitant at first, but I decided to book an appointment for the procedure. The procedure went so smoothly and professionally. I was so relieved after the procedure and extremely satisfied, to the extent that I happily booked another appointment for the other cavity (which was today). I never thought that I would be this comfortable going to a dentist, especially on a vacation and not in my home country. To summarize, do not hesitate to book an appointment or do procedures This is by far the best experience I had with any dentist in my life. Thank you Dr. Andres!

Positive experience: Very gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. Explained process and showed preventative measures for future. Would have been a 5, however the receptionist had her feet up on the chair when I arrived and didn't explain my billing when asked...i.e she gave me the total but failed to say she hadn't run my health insurance, therefore giving me heart failure. That initial impression is what stuck as being unprofessional for a dental receptionist. The dentist was otherwise wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Came up to the Gold Coast for a holiday for a week an had a severe tooth infection & needed my tooth to be removed. I called quite late a they fit me in that afternoon even when they were suppose to close at 4pm. The reception lady was extremely polite & helpful the minute I walked in, made me feel really comfortable. I explained how nervous/scared I was with needles & pain a they did everything possible to make my experience as pain free & comforting as possible. Explained everything in detail & helped me understand the next steps I would need if I wanted to get dental implants (no other dentist has bothered to take the time to do that) very clean practice too! I would recommend this practise to anyone, even the costs compared to where I live were cheaper as well which makes it even better. I will be making the drive to come back before I see anyone around my area again. Thank you for the service & helping me feel abit more relaxed coming to the dentist in the future.

As someone who hates going to the dentist, their service and patient care is by far the best I have ever experienced - felt totally at ease, and with maybe the most painless needle ever! Fantastic experience: Today I went to Surfers Dental Centre for the very first time and had a great experience. Whilst I was waiting for Dr Garay to stick the needle in my gum to put my tooth to sleep, he had already done it without me feeling a thing and then continued to do a great job. Very nice and very professional. As was the lovely lady at reception. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have a photo of the after if I can find a photo of my teeth before as it was broken. I’ll post them as well.

Fantastic experience: I walked into the dental clinic today because of a minor problem on the upper teeth. I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and yet, was immediately attended by Dr. Andres Garay. There was no waiting time at all and his service was perfect! Fantastic experience: While on Holiday in Surfers, I lost a filling on a Saturday and we all know what that means, sharp edges and aches. Being the weekend I went on line to see what Dentists were available. Surfer Dental were a walking distance from our hotel room and I was able to book on line for the Monday morning. Arrived early to complete the required info as being a new customer. The receptionist was a delight and the dentist, Dr Andres was very professional with help from his assistant and after an examination we came to a solution which made my life much nicer once he completed the necessary procedure. What a great find under the circumstances. Great job.
