Negative experience: If you hear a south african accent runnnn!! Pain from the point they started prying to 4 hours later when it finally clotted up. Front tooth extraction should've been fairly pain free, no wonder people are scared of the dentist.

The reception staff, mostly dealt with Marinda, was super helpful and understanding from the very first moment. Dr Francois McDonald and Morgan who did the procedures, were very gentle and compassionate right through. I could not be happier and more relieved with all the great quality work. Very grateful for all the staff's kindness and caring ways.

Fantastic experience: Who is a fan of going to see the dentist? Not me. But all the staff from reception to the Dentist herself were brilliant. All processes were related to me clearly and concisely and I was always given control of each and every step during my appointment. So I am not a fan of seeing a dentist but I will be back in the future for more procedures.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a big shout out to DR LORENA DIAZ and KATEY. I brought my mother-in-law, Kathleen, in for an extraction of a rotting tooth. Due to her severe Alzheimer's Kathleen was quite heavily sedated to prevent an escalation of her anxiety. Lorena and Katey were so understanding, patient and kind with Kathleen. They treated her with gentleness and empathy and I was so grateful for their care. Lorena was very skilled in extracting the entire tooth without incident. Thank you ladies for your exceptional treatment and care. I highly recommend this dentist.

I am getting all on 4 implants on the top which I am so looking forward to the final outcome so I can eat alot better without that denture that constantly moves around when eating. My Wife is also getting work done as well and she is loving her experience here with Dr Ong looks like we will be coming here for many years to come. But I'm now of the age that I've let things go to far.i contacted Coronation house dental after an ad on facebook, telling me that i could use my super to pay for major dental work. I went in for the consultation and found my need for dental work a little overwhelming. The team at coronation house are by far the most professional that i have encountered. They saw my bed, they had solutions. They helped me apply through my super. They kept in constant contact to make sure that everything was going well..... 5 hours and today, i was in the dentist chair for nearly for close to 5 hours. I had 2 extracting of wisdom teeth and for at is for prosthetic teeth. I didn't feel a thing. Amazing. Awesome crew, the utmost in professional.. very, very, HIGHLY recommended. Best dental experience in 51 years.

The reason I said that is because I've recently had an implant done and the moment she completed her work, I just felt I had my original tooth back. It felt so comfortable and natural.
